They helped me build the perfect custom engagement ring that my fiancee still a year later looks at every day and is amazed at how beautiful it is. Living in NYC, I was able to visit the showroom a couple of times to look at stones and each visit they gave me plenty of time and didn't put any pressure on me. Once I had found a stone I loved, they helped me to build the perfect setting by taking into account my design input over several design iterations. They even were able to provide me a 3d computer model and wax model of the design so that I could truly envision and provide feedback on the design before purchasing. As someone who was initially afraid of the ring buying process, I can't speak highly enough of how much I loved working with Sam, Michael, and the rest of the Natural Sapphire Company! I wouldn't even consider working with anyone else in the future

She let us take our time with each gem we had chosen to see, and had answers for all of our questions. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our emails. Time from order placed to being delivered at our door was right in line with what we were told to expect, and it came packaged very nicely. We are both very pleased with the item itself and would shop here again.

Verified reviewIf you are looking for the perfect sapphire look no further! I wanted a yellow sapphire that reminded me of a “Tiffany Yellow Diamond” and I found it with the help of Lauren! Lauren was a jewel to work with. She was professional, sweet, knowledgeable, honest, detailed oriented and patient. My husband and I celebrated 34 years of marriage this year and he wanted to surprise me with a special ring. He went to our local jeweler to try and do that and it was a failure. That ring was returned and we started googling sapphires and found Lauren at The Natural Sapphire Company and she knocked it out of the park with my custom ring and all on our budget!! Thank you from the bottom of our Texas hearts! We are ecstatic to have a beautiful heirloom to pass down to our daughter and granddaughter. Looking forward to working with Lauren again!
