Seemingly limitless selection, unique stones, 3d modeling of selection prior to purchase, and the amount of detail that goes into every part of the process... its breath taking. Sam worked with me start to finish and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. My fiancé loves her ring and can't stop looking at all the different colors it changes to as different lighting hits the stone (Montana saphire).

Lauren helped me customize a ring to match my vision and the one I received was exactly as shown in the 3D renderings. She worked with me to understand final pricing including conversion, tax and duties due to international shipping so there were no surprises on my end. Before purchasing an engagement ring from TNSC, I worked with other (local and online) vendors and I found TNSC to be the best for both customer service and value for money. My local jeweler wanted double the price for a far inferior ring! Overall very happy with my experience and purchase.

Verified reviewI couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying my ring. It is beautiful, perfect and exactly how I expected. They were able to create a picture of what my ring design would look like, which was super helpful. I also couldn't find any other company that had this big selection of sapphires. Nancy was super great and was able to answer all my questions. I also wanted it to receive it by a certain date and Nancy made sure that I got it by that date. Overall my experience couldn't have been better and I would highly recommend the Natural Sapphire Company.

I just received and it’s beautiful and better than I expected. Verified reviewI recently bought a beautiful violet sapphire engagement ring through The Natural Sapphire Company's website. The fact that they have videos of the actual sapphire that you'll be buying, in my opinion, puts this company far above the other online retailers. The stock photos of gems on other sites kept leaving me uneasy and unsure, and I didn't want to have any doubts while making a purchase like this. It made me feel much more secure in purchasing something so important in an online setting. I worked with Lauren and received one of the best customer service experiences I've had. My bank was giving me quite a bit of trouble with making such a large payment online, and her suggestion of trying a direct wire transfer was incredibly helpful and appreciated after all of the frustration. Her patience, promptness and care definitely showed and I couldn't have been more appreciative for that throughout this process. The only critique of the website is that I wish there was a way to broaden the searches to select multiple color categories to browse through at the same time. However, it was not a huge inconvenience and doesn't detract from my review and rating of them at ALL. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely be coming back for my future jewelry needs!

The customer service was also exceptional with multiple follow-ups and checking to make sure the ring was perfect from the first questions to wax model to final product.
