The Natural Sapphire Company stood out because they offered specific images and information about each sapphire - no stock images! I also loved that there was a wider selection of colors to choose from, and am very happy with the lighter blue stone I chose - a color not actually easy to find elsewhere since many companies just use a traditional dark blue. The petal basket setting was scaled perfectly in proportion to the stone, and looked even better in person! I worked with Lauren, who was always friendly and prompt to reply to questions. 100% recommend the Natural Sapphire Company. My partner and I are thrilled with our forever ring!

I bought one yellow sapphire from them and Nancy who is one their staff member helped me through the process by presenting me a model picture in 3D before i placed my purchase. The ring was delivered on time and Nancy kept me updated in whole process. We wanted our gem stone to touch skin and Nancy made a point to check that with us and ensured. Overall i would highly recommend this to my friends or to anyone who wishes to make a purchase.

Verified reviewI had the absolutely best experience working with this company! Katherine made everything so easy and fun, I knew she was just as excited as I was to design my ring. I had a particular stone in mind, and she sent me additional videos to show me how it looked in different light. She also helped me work through the many beautiful settings that were available. She sent completed 3D image/renderings with several settings, and she nailed exactly what I was looking for. I got “the feeling” when I saw “one”! Excellent communication from the moment I sent in my initial inquiries, throughout the selection process, and after I placed the order. I never made a purchase like this before and she made me feel so comfortable, especially since I wasn’t able to see the stone in person. She let me know when my ring was completed and ready to be shipped and was genuinely eager to hear my feedback. This company has excellent products, the website was easy to navigate, and the customer service is THE BEST!! (also, no pressure at all to make a purchase, which is a big deal to many people, myself included) I purchased this ring for a milestone birthday, and I will remember Katherine every time I wear it!
