Lauren is extremely kind and helpful in helping me select a pink sapphire. throughout the process I asked for many photos and she was extremely patient and is very knowledgeable. The photos and videos are very accurate in displaying the true color tone/cut etc. i will definitely buy again in the near future. Thank you!

Katherine was a massive help and was extremely attentive considering I enquired from the other side of the Atlantic. They replied with minutes and went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted (even taking additional photos). I can’t speak highly enough about the amazing customer service.
