I worked with Lauren on my most recent purchase, and she was fabulous. She was endlessly helpful and patient, and she was incredibly responsive as I worked my way toward my purchase. While I had hoped to visit the showroom and see all the options in person, when that proved impossible for me Lauren was amazing in sending me videos of the many stones I was contemplating in all different lights. In short: Natural Sapphire Company has the best sapphires and personnel you will find anywhere.

Verified reviewHad a really incredible experience working with Sam and the company. The website was easy to navigate and allows you to "favorite" different gems to come back to later. Sam was extremely helpful and patient while helping design the perfect ring. They provided 3D mock-ups of the design before moving forward and had a very quick turnaround time. I will definitely use them again for other jewelry needs and highly recommend the company!

Although we needed to stop/start the process due to some serious medical situations we encountered midway, we were able to start back up precisely where we had left off. Katherine was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. She was courteous and helpful to answer all our (many!) questions. She gave prompt responses to emails and our requests for renderings. My husband gave me this gorgeous ring to celebrate my completion of almost four years of chemotherapy and my 60th birthday! I was purchasing a significant gift for someone very special and I had quite a number of questions about all aspects of my selection and policies in case she did not like my choice or it didn’t fit her finger and needed resized. I also had questions about the quality, cut and grade of the sapphire and diamonds. Lauren answered every question I proffered with all the confidence I needed to feel good about making my first online significant jewelry purchase. When she opens her gift on Christmas I know Lauren and The Natural Sapphire Company will stand behind my purchase. The company website was user friendly. Most of the information I needed was present on the site. Had this not been my first purchase of a sapphire, I doubt I would have needed to ask as many technical questions. I would recommend the company and I suggest you ask for Lauren as your sales assistant.
