Verified reviewI cannot recommend Sam and everyone at NSC enough. The process of ring shopping (especially if you want something like a sapphire) can be daunting but Sam made this process a breeze. He and NSC were actually the first place we went to in our search, but soon after meeting with Sam and going through everything including our budget and preferences, it was clear we were at the right place. We ended up meeting with another designer just out of not wanting to make such a big decision without doing our due diligence - 5 minutes with these other folks let us know we were in good hands with Sam. If you want knowledgable people who have been in this business for decades, employees who are not the least bit pushy, and people to guide you through this stressful process and educate you along the way, then look no further.

Verified reviewI liked shopping at the natural sapphire company. There seemed like an infinite amount of variety because you can pick out any kind of gemstone you wanted and then match it to any of the settings. The delivery was quick and the feedback from assistant was excellent. I especially liked the pictures of the product when it's all put together. I would highly recommend the natural sapphire company for anyone looking for sapphires.

Verified reviewMy wife loves her new sapphire pendant necklace! I know nothing about jewelry or gems. However, I know my wife of 23 years. And she is an armchair Gemologist. I purchased a sapphire pendant for her as a gift. The NSC was the right place to purchase from. The online shopping experience was easy and informative. The necklace and paperwork is an exact match of the pictures and description. Katherine was helpful and pleasant to work with emailing back and forth. The necklace was shipped and delivered on time in very sturdy packaging. The “luxurious packaging” it comes in, is exactly that. The Natural Sapphire Company is a class act company with great customer service.

Hesitant to buy jewelry online and looked at many sites, but I liked that NSC shows multiple photos of the actual stones for each piece with a certificate of evaluation rather than showing a generic description or picture of the earrings. Very easy to compare different pieces and purchase the pair that I liked best. The actual earrings arrived quickly and matched the photos. In fact, they were even more stunning in natural light. Overall great experience. Highly recommend and would purchase from them again

Verified reviewAfter not finding what i wanted online or in stores, i decided to purchase sapphire gems, and have jewelry made with them. Response from the sales team was quick. CAD renderings displayed my gems showing how the jewelry would appear…. The service is A , Lauren N. went above and beyond by taking my sapphires and placing them under natural lighting and in door lighting and even making videos so that i may be able to make an informed and confident purchase. Were the most expensive sapphires, NO, but this didn’t stop Lauren and her team from making my purchase special. I highly recommend this company!!!

Verified reviewI never thought I would own a natural sapphire in the pale blue color I wanted. Other jewelers said they could not get that color. But they do exist, and the Natural Sapphire Company had the color I wanted not to mention every color imaginable. The photos are a very true representation of the actual colors. The settings are high quality. The documents the stone comes with are thorough and extensive. Would highly recommend this company.
