Verified reviewWhat's not to load up with all five stars? The selection is gorgeous and the online browsing experience is detailed and thorough. You see each stone from every angle, with precise magnified resolution, and in motion against the light in video clips. You can really **see** it before you buy it, and it's hard to imagine that being there in person could be more comprehensive. Of course, that only holds up until you actually have it -- and I received my stone yesterday and it's as beautiful in person as it was online. Just exactly as advertised. The prices are competitive, the delivery is quick and secure, and the friendly, enthusiastic personal touch to the service makes an expensive investment a lot of fun. The process is risk-free with a 14-day return window. I have to guess that Lauren's excellent customer service would remain as top-notch as it started, but I'll never know, because they'll have to pry this beautiful gem off my cold, dead hand. A unreservedly recommend The Natural Sapphire Company.

Verified reviewAn excellent company with great customer service and quality products. The website, configurator tool and product rendering were really helpful for designing jewellery. And Nancy (the team member who worked with me) was lovely and very helpful. I designed a pair of sapphire and diamond earrings, picking the stones and the setting, and was able to look at render of them before I ordered. They made up the earrings and shipped them over to me in the UK much quicker than I expected. The earrings were a gift for my partner and she loves them! Great experience all round. I would definitely recommend and I'll be using them again!

Verified reviewOut experience with The Nature Sapphire Company could not have been better. Lauren was very helpful and communication was excellent. I had only narrow windows to stop in to their office while traveling. Each time I stopped in—to select the stone and setting, to pick up the ring, and to get a size adjustment (it was an engagement ring and I was guessing the size initially)—Lauren was flexible about when we met and worked with my shifting schedule. The stone and craftsmanship of the ring is superb and the documents are clear and polished. Indeed, the whole presentation (box and such) is satisfyingly polished. We intend to get our wedding rings working with Lauren.
