Verified reviewI worked with Nancy on a bezel set star sapphire. She was communicative and helpful, pointing me in the right direction of the right settings. Production took around two weeks and I had the ring in my hand after three. The packaging was beautiful and meticulous and would definitely work with them again! Verified reviewI was so lucky to work with the head of sales, Lauren. She was truly amazing. I had met with many sapphire vendors in the past few months and my experience with her was truly unique in the gemstone industry. She was so forthright and honest in her thoughts and I never once felt pushed to buy in any way. As a matter of fact, she was so thoughtful that it felt like I was working a very smart friend who happened to be an expert in sapphires. She also helped me navigate through the myriad of possible settings and kept sending me potential computer generated images showing how the stone I selected-which was truly magnificent- would look in each setting. Michael was also just wonderful. This is beautiful setting to choose a breathtaking gem, where I was able to take all the time I needed while getting wonderful, expert feedback.

This way one knows exactly what the piece will look like, taking away whatever qualms one might have about making large jewelry purchases on line. Verified reviewSapphires! Sapphires! Sapphires! For my anniversary, I wanted to surprise my wife with a sapphire bracelet. I began looking online first with the company I used for our 20th anniversary ring. As I perused the web for other fine jewelers, I came across My Natural Sapphire Company. I saw a bracelet that caught my eye and called them to ask about it. (Buying fine jewelry for a surprise gift online is extremely daunting for me). I was pleasantly greeted by Lauren. I told her the occasion and what I was interested in for my wife. She emailed me details about the bracelet I saw plus gave me a few options based on our conversation. While looking through their awesome website and getting educated about sapphires, I saw a beautiful sapphire necklace. When I called back to order the bracelet, I inquired about the necklace. Lauren described it and I went with impulse purchase. (not usually me) I am so happy with it. My wife was shocked! The necklace is more beautiful on her neck than in the pictures on the website. She says it looks like “blue fire”. I had a fantastic experience shopping and working with Lauren. Oh, and the bracelet, yes that is coming as well. I will be back to tell you about it.
