Verified reviewWe discovered The Natural Sapphire Company searching for an engagement ring, something that would be as special, unique, and brilliant as the occasion for which it was intended. We both were amazed by how much there is to sapphire quality and impressed by NSC’s deep knowledge in these gemstones and large selection of their jewelry. Although they were a traditional jeweler pre-dating e-commerce by decades, their website is more sophisticated than any of the major online brands we looked at, with detailed descriptions, photos, videos, and 3D models of their products. The best of all, they show you such information for the actual pieces of gemstone you are considering, not just generic images of a certain style. They also give you the option to view the physical piece for seven days obligation free. This was very helpful since we are in California, on the other side of the country, but wanted to see the actual sapphire before purchasing. We were rather meticulous and particular in our search; Nancy, the salesperson we worked with patiently assisted us through the month-long shopping process, addressing our many questions and accommodating three rounds of viewing by mail, until we finally found the one we are happy with. When our custom order arrived, we were both so pleased with our selection. I love my beautiful ring! Thank you Nancy! For anyone looking for a natural gemstone ring or jewelry, we highly recommend the Natural Sapphire Company!

The earrings I ordered are absolutely beautiful and the customer service I received (Nancy) was second to none! I only wish hey carried more products besides emeralds because dealing with them was easy and quick. The shipping arrived as scheduled and required a signature which is always appreciated with people stealing packages these days. I also appreciated the care they took with shipping nd also including a very professional folder (appraisal as well) with information about my purchase. Even though my purchase was over the internet, it felt as if I had made the purchase in person because of how friendly and personable they were.

Verified reviewWebsite: easy searching for stones and rings and excellent pictures of everything. The only thing that I wish the site had was a way to combine a given stone on a given setting to see what it looks like. NSC does have a free service where they render your chosen stone with the ring. Katherine did this and very quickly for me. Service: Katherine was highly professional, pleasant, and very quick to respond (like within minutes) to any questions I had along with performing operations like placing my chosen stone on hold for a few days. Product: I can't tell you how amazed I was at the final ring sent out. I was hoping it would end up like the pictures I saw and was a bit worried it wouldn't look that good. Instead, it was way better then the pictures! The 2.17 caret color change sapphire just seems to glow between blue-violet and purple, depending on the light. My fiancé couldn't believe how gorgeous it was. Besides the ring, you receive very high quality report on your stone and ring, along with a beautiful case and jewelry cleaner. I highly recommend the Natural Sapphire Company!!

Verified reviewI selected 10 sapphires for rendering. TNSC provided rendering photo quite fast. The ring looks fine when arrived. It looks little different from 3D rendering photo. 3D rendering photos look more sharp and shinny. The payment failed due to my credit card protection. Then Nancy told us the payment is failed. And she helps to hold the sapphire. Finally, the transaction is ok. TNSC took 21days to finish the ring and sent the ring with Fedex. My ring is fully protected with a bubble bag, document box, paper box and a metal ring box.
