Lauren has helped me with all my purchases & she has always been really lovely. :) Once again the order was processed, shipped & here very quickly! I think that's impressive for free delivery [which is also insured & tracked]! The sapphire is absolutely beautiful & it came presented in it's own really smart black box with a glass lid. Everything was packaged really carefully so it was all well protected during transit. I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. Verified reviewFor our 45th wedding anniversary, I wanted to go traditional and get my wife some sapphire jewelry. I decided on a simple, stylish pair of earrings - but couldn't find anything at the local jewelry stores that I liked. I found the Natural Sapphire Company on the internet. They offered a wide variety of settings, ring materials, natural stones, stone sizes, stone cuts, stone colors, etc., the choices were endless. I settled on a white gold setting with a pear shaped sapphire in medium intense blue. The finished earrings arrived in about 10 days and were exactly what I ordered. They look gorgeous and my wife loves them. Lauren at Natural Sapphire followed up with me after the earrings arrived to make sure that I was happy with the purchase before charging my credit card. I can't say enough good things about this company, their products or their customer service. Excellent experience!

Verified reviewMy Stars Sapphires are Artwork I added this white star sapphire to my collection. This was my 4th purchase from NSC. All are custom creations, guided by the NSC design team. Each experience with the NSC professionals was outstanding. They engage in active listening and provide choices based on your desires. They help you to see the strengths and weaknesses of the stone and setting you consider. Creating this ring Lauren worked with me via videos & photos over email to create a perfect everyday ring. My white star sapphire set in rose gold is spectacular. Its simplicity defines elegance. The stone is translucent with unique flecks of color. I love the stone’s flecked personality. Lauren pointed out the flecks ensuring that I knew they were there and how they look. The stone picks up the pink hues of the rose gold and my finger. When the Florida sunlight hits it, it’s lit from within. The star is strong and perfect. It’s a secret star sitting on my finger. Like my 2 other rings and pendant, the ring exceeded my expectations. I also have a diamond halo around a blue star ring purchased from NSC many years ago. It needed a minor repair. Lauren provided the guidance to safely ship the ring back to NSC for work. The jeweler tightened the setting. I was very happy with the work. Most important was my experience. NSC sells the highest quality custom jewelry. The jewelry you get will never be mistaken for a chain-store piece. The sapphires are exquisite, and the descriptions are very accurate. To initiate my purchase, I began looking at the stones and descriptions. Then, I asked Lauren to pull a few stones and take additional pictures and short videos of the stones in sun and office light. She held them against her fingers so I could see how they’d look as a ring. This helped me to choose a stone size. After we narrowed it down to 2 stones that I loved, she then had the design team create a 3-D graphic. The turn around time was well communicated. The rings were shipped via FedEx, packaged securely. The presentation of the certificate of authenticity and the packaging was lovely. The videos and the graphic design gave me the confidence to buy via online. This was my 4th purchase from NSC – each experience has exceeded all expectations. Every piece is gorgeous & even prettier than the renderings indicated. Words don’t do NSC work justice. When you buy from NSC, you know you are getting a unique, real, and magnificent piece of artwork.

The website features high definition videos of every single gemstone in stock, and in speaking with Lauren and making my appointment, she set aside other varieties of gem stones so that I had a few options (which was amazing of her to do). During my consultation, I got to compare all the gemstones and make the best selection for myself as well as the necklace setting. They made my vision come to life in just a few weeks and it was mailed directly to me in a gorgeous box. I had one small adjustment request, and Lauren made it happen for me super quick. I love this piece so much and I have gotten so many compliments already. I have been telling all of my friends to check them out. :)
