How and why each one had it's personal values. She was patient, personable and professionally knowledgeable of every aspect of my rings detailed design. We needed a custom wedding band that fit the engagement ring we had originally purchased, and they were immensely helpful through several rounds of feedback and reviews. Always timely and polite, even on weekends, and the ring they produced was *absolutely* stunning. Verified reviewLauren was truly spectacular to work with when my fiance and I were designing my engagement ring. From our first meeting together, Lauren was prepared (she had inquired about my sapphire preference beforehand), and she was extremely knowledgeable about the sapphires we had been looking at online. After we had selected our perfect sapphire, we decided we wanted to create a custom setting. Lauren had such creative ideas and immediately understood what kind of setting I wanted ( it was hard to put it into words and Lauren was so wonderful and patient in understanding my vision). While the ring was being created, Lauren was easy to get in touch with regarding any questions we had. When we finally picked the ring up I was absolutely blown away by how stunning it was! This ring is everything I dreamed of and more! Many many thanks to Lauren and the Natural Sapphire Company!

Verified reviewI had a great experience with this company. Their website was easy to navigate, there was a lot of choice of sapphires and the customer service was amazing. I worked with Nancy and she was top notch with great communication (quick replies). I found a sapphire that I loved and I chose a setting but it wasn't perfect, so I emailed Nancy asking her to make changes to the setting and they did without any hesitation. They are really there for you and they want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Plus, when the package was delivered, it came in a big box, which didn't reveal what was inside so that's a plus. Inside the box, you could find the cleaner for the sapphire, the documentation with every little detail about the sapphire and the setting and the ring box with the ring. The ring was exactly the same as the pictures she showed me online. The actual ring box itself is heavy, sturdy and just plain beautiful. All in all, I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
