Verified reviewWorking with Roy Rozman was the best. Very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I ordered online, paid and he followed up with an email. I received the earrings (0.70 Ct ruby round studs in yellow gold) soon after (this past Friday via FedEx, signed delivery). They are absolutely beautiful! They are the most perfect shade of red and the right size for the 2nd piercing area in my ear. They fit my style as well as vedic needs. The document presentation was also superb. I am now waiting to receive my yellow sapphire earrings order to complete the whole look. A all around.

If you're hesitant just open a quick chat and talk with them, never felt any pressure or anything. Upon arrival the provided extremely detailed laminated documentation regarding the stone and its origins etc really helped give me peace of mind! You won't regret it!

Found the Natural Sapphire Company website, and spent good 2-3 months looking through all the details, until I decided on what I want. Considering this is not a typical item for an online purchase, I was a bit reserved, however it turned out to be a great experience. I am very happy with the purchase- the setting I chose looks fabulous along with the other ring I wear - the ring size is true, the work is perfect, the customer service was outstanding ( thank you Katherine!!). The documentation provided has a lot of useful information, as well as full report and the appraisal of the stone. NSC certainly is the place I would return to should I decide on another purchase!

Verified reviewThe ring turned out gorgeous and we both love it!! We worked with Michael throughout the process and he helped us to custom design the setting that we wanted, and met with us in person to select our sapphire. He graciously accommodated our schedule to meet with us, as we were traveling from another state. There were SO many breath taking stones that it was extremely difficult to choose! But we loved the unique qualities of our stone and it actually seems to change colors in different lights! I can't stop looking at it! The website is very easy to navigate, there are tons of options for different price points, and the design team is very talented! After discussing what we wanted, we received a CAD drawing and renderings to review, and were even able to get a wax model sent to us before finalizing the design. Thank you so much to Michael and the team at The Natural Sapphire Company!! You guys are awesome!

Verified reviewI found your emerald website invaluable, especially the live video segments… I found them much more helpful than the simple photographs in actually visualizing the features of the ring I selected for my wife. She was delighted! I also appreciated your prompt and courteous responses to my questions. Frankly, I had apprehensions about making what was for me a substantial investment using an online service, instead of actually visiting your showroom. However, I found the “Education” section of your website quite informative and your 14-day return policy reassuring. So I’d have to say that my whole experience with The Natural Emerald Company was a positive one!
