While their 3D renderings were accurate and informative, meeting people and seeing rings in person was extra helpful. Natural Sapphire Company did such a good job with the engagement ring that we trusted them highly to help us with the more difficult project of adapting our custom drawing design for the decoration of the matching wedding bands, which fit well and look fabulous. Verified reviewOne of the scariest things a consumer can do is to spend a great deal of money online without seeing the product first hand. Even worse, is to uncover the fact that there are black marks in the past with the owner of the company. This is the dilemma I faced when I decided to purchase an engagement ring for my forever inamorata. Making things slightly complicated, after several years of dating, I came to understand my lovely woman's proclivities. First, she was totally over "Diamond" rings. Everybody has them, and I knew that a ring and gemstone had to be created just for her. Personally, I dislike the fact that the diamond market is being propped up by DeBeers to keep the prices artificially high. This is just wrong. Next, after weeks of researching, I settled on Sapphires. These stones are the durability factor second only to Diamonds. I knew she would not settle for a blue Sapphire. Since the Princess Di engagement Sapphire, everybody and their brother was buying blue Sapphires. Then, in one of my research forays, I found them. Pink Sapphires. It was then that I uncovered the fact that probably most Sapphires are heat treated for a host of issues including enhancing color. It was then that I found, "The Natural Sapphire Company". They had a wonderful selection of stones, and they guaranteed that my stone would be natural and untreated. Even better, they send me a stone I was considering to be sure it was what I wanted. All they did was to put a security hold on a credit card until I returned the stone to them. Simply put, they made it absolutely easy to do business in a comfortable and secure fashion. I did my transaction with the head of sales, and was able to communicate via phone and email without delay. And the beneficiary of all this due diligence, my fiance. She adores her ring. The ring I designed and presented on bended knee. She can't stop staring at it, and I can't stop smiling. I don't doubt you'll experience the same.
