Because of her exceptional personality and knowledge, I have bought four wonderful sapphires, and had two custom settings made. The sapphires and the settings were exactly as pictured, and excellent quality. I will return to Lauren again.

Su Su was very patient and helpful with a lot of knowledge and advice that was really on the point. She did not pressure me at all. And I am very slow in deciding and buying in general.

I took it to my jeweler and he said the sapphire was of good quality and I paid a fair price. I had the stone made into a ring for my granddaughter.

I had a wonderful experience with Katherine who helped me choosing two stunning grey star sapphires. She has been amazing with me, always answered all my questions comprehensively, super quick sending me pictures and videos of the stones i needed to see closer and really willing to help me with the shipping when i had a little problem. I am super satisfied with how quick the shipping has been and the professionalism of the company that included all the stones certificates. Not only that, they took the extra step to ensure the ring was delivered in time to ask the big question. I was kept up to date every step of the way. The final piece was stunning, and the pictures didn't do it proper justice. If you are looking for something special, this is a great company to do business with.
