Verified reviewWe designed a necklace for our 7-month-old grandson to give to his mom (our daughter) for her first Mother’s Day. We specifically wanted an untreated, natural sapphire (his birthstone) of better quality than is available in retail stores in our area. When we went to our local custom jeweler to price having a similar piece created, we were told that the color, quality, and price of the stone we chose from The Natural Sapphire Company web site (the specs of which we were able to show him) were far better than he could get. The website itself was intuitive and without glitches, lovely to shop. We chose the weight, color, shape, and quality of the sapphire, as well as the metal and setting style. In fact, we designed two different pieces with two different stones and settings and had photos of both designs emailed to us. Those were especially helpful in confirming our design choice. Pricing was clear and without surprise add-ons, the web site worked flawlessly, and secure checkout went smoothly. Throughout the process from design to confirmation of design choice, payment, setting of the stone, and shipping, Roy Rozman provided what was unequivocally the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. His email communication was frequent, speedy, congenial, and concise. He kept us updated on the progress of our piece, and all questions we had were immediately and clearly answered. We had expressed a need for delivery by 05/04/2022, and our piece arrived on 04/28/2022, six days ahead of the promised date. Roy’s follow-up continued after delivery, making sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. The necklace is beautiful! It arrived in an elegant gift box, along with a lovely folder containing official, professionally documented details about the stone and setting. Our daughter will be happy to have that for insurance purposes, and it will also show her that first Mother’s Day gift was chosen with deliberation and great care to be of excellent quality and styled perfectly for her. It is literally one of a kind, as is she. She will love it, and we could not be happier with the piece or with our experience with The Natural Sapphire Company.

Verified reviewThis was my best experience with a jeweler ever. First of all the gems are at the highest standard possible. Just amazing. Lauren was so good to work with. She’s responsive and insightful. She worked with me on creating a custom design for my fiancés padparadscha engagement ring and it’s absolutely brilliant. She custom designed part of it while helping me realize the vision I had for it. My fiancé LOVES it. And what’s so good about working with Lauren is she doesn’t push hard on anything. So many jewelers are always pressuring you on what they think you should get and like and whatever but she lets you in the driver seat. But if you have questions or aren’t sure about something she gently guides you. Also I live in Chicago and it was no problem working with a New York jeweler because the photos and videos on the website are extremely accurate plus they can also ship you the gems to look at in person before you buy - then you just ship them back! My ruby wedding ring is also incredible. It’s so perfect and I love it and can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day. I’m certain I’ve found the most unique ruby every cut that fits my personality and style. Of course the packaging is exquisite. The service is top notch, the height of professionalism. I will definitely work with The Natural Sapphire Company/Ruby/Emerald Company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best quality gems, service, and overall jeweler experience

Their 14-day review period was hassle free and there was absolutely no pressure put on me to make a decision or for payment.
