Verified reviewMy journey and process of acquiring a natural sapphire ring from your company was most helpful, and an enjoyable experience. The company is very easy to navigate and has a great selection of sapphires, with multiple certification and information readily shared. The process of allowing buyers to create a sample ring in virtual (model) environment, and sharing via email, was extremely helpful, and helped in decision making. My main contact was Lauren Kelly-Nelson, who was most patient, gracious, and never put any pressure, while helping with all my requests. On receipt of the parcel, the nature of delivery (white glove standards) was quite exquisite, and the ring itself as promised. I rate this business as a 5 star company for their quality of service, and customer relations.

Verified reviewI looked through their collection of already existing engagement ring designs and their were quite a few that were close but not exactly what I wanted. Katherine was an excellent help in steering me toward rings closer to what I was looking for, and I was able to narrow it down to two designs I really liked. I decided to do a custom ring taking the best of the two designs and the detail work done on the ring had me tearing up knowing my future fiance will be absolutely obsessed with this ring.
