  I received package on time same as estimated on the website while placing the order. The dress ordered is plain pant and plain shawl with designer top and i feel the price is too high for the given design. However the quality is 100% as described and the colour shade is perfectly same as shown in the website photos. I would say andaaz is trusted source to purchase online and the customer service is excellent .

  First of all, just WOW!! My daughter and I needed traditional clothing for a wedding. Loved the variety, but most of all loved the customer service and shipping time. As soon as I placed my order someone reached out to me to confirm all the measurements and date of event, once I confirmed everything the shipping was so fast to the US. But the other WOW factor for me was the dresses. They are stunning the quality and detail is to die for, my daughter and I tried them on and everything was perfect.

  The dress is beautiful and I received it sooner than I anticipated. It fits well and customer service is exceptional. I have already referred this website to friends.   I'm really disappointed very bad experience with andaaz fashion I ordered saree did advance payment but after 2 month right before one day of my event they said it's out of stock I was shocked then they made me sick and tired for refund I can't tell how I insist them for refund ... their staff is very irresponsible and annoying never reply on time and can't make satisfied I was madly excited for saree it's first experience with saree and andaaz fashion they make my event spoil literally they spoiled my event I was crying before one day of event when I arranged my matching jewelry and heels they refuse me it's out of stock I couldn't attend my event... Never trust them you will regret

  Not gonna lie, I was skeptical of purchasing online vs driving many hours to multiple stores in and out of my state in the US. They got my size perfect after they confirmed with me it was accurate (which is a good thing). The cloth looked new and not previously worn and looked just like in the photos. I definitely recommend this team of people and will be making another purchase soon.

  This could have been a beautiful outfit. However the top is too short so the crutch of the trousers is showing which looks awful. The top should definitely cover the crutch of these kinds of trousers. No wonder it was reduced by 70% . The other issue is that I'm not able to return it because according to Andaaz fashions it a heavely discounted. However this should not be the case as when a person orders online of course they havnt tried it on yet so regardless of the discount they should accept the return especially if it's a terrible fit. Extremely disappointed, a waste of money as I can't wear the outfit. I do not recommend this company.

  Did not receive updates on the order status/dispatch as stated, had to chase to find out a y details. Ordered a ready to ship/standard order with no custom elements. Unfortunately the blouse doesn't fit over my head so the outfit doesn't fit even though I ordered 2 sizes up Now trying to return. The type of order states return for refund is possible however they're making it incredibly difficult and not having much luck so far.

  The suit was delivered to me, and it looks very nice. This was made to measure according to the measurements and pictures I sent from an old suit that was comfortable. The neckline of the new suit is a bit 'wide' (too much neck/shoulder exposed), but maybe this is the design and not the tailoring. Overall happy with this and >would recommend

  1. Did not receive the same suit as per picture on website. I ordered lilac raw silk suit, received synthetic pink suit, poor quality & finishing ! 2. The fabric was Not Raw Silk as advertised. I have received a synthetic , cheap imitation . 4. The embroidery around the neck was antique gold colour , not the same colour as on the sleeve or on the dupatta. Also different to picture online. Dupatta was not silk organza. 3. The trouser was wide & too short , to the calf but online picture it is fitted & above ankle. 4. Very oversized top , floor length, more like a Kaftan ! I followed size chart but the garment was huge! 5. The embroidery on dupatta was uneven, the motifs were different & every other one is upside down. Also the fringe on the edge is uneven & again not the same as the picture online. Definitely not silk organza . When I complained , asked for returns instructions & full refund , they requested pictures of the garment with measuring tape, on a flat surface! . No acknowledgement that the suit was wrong colour, poor quality, not raw silk & not the same as the picture online. . Andaaz only offered 10% refund! Very poor customer service & not following consumer rights guidelines in U.K. Will report to bank & Trading Standards

  Me and my mother were hesitant in purchasing the dresses as we prefer to buy ready made hut loved the dress online snd sent out fittings over- through the process the team reassured me on everything and confirmed the sizes multiple times!   The customer is not always right. I wanted to return my ready-made outfit because it came out looking like an outfit you would get for a child, and very unflattering and nothing like the picture. They refused and told me get it altered, the reason I ordered online is because THERE ARE NO reliable tailors in my area. THEY kept repeating the same thing. I would not recommend this company.

  My first order with them. They kept pushing the dispatch date back and then said that they can't deliver. Instead of offering a refund and a compensation for the inconvenience, they asked me to buy from other available options. After much deliberation, the order was cancelled. It has been 20 days since and I still don't have the money back.

  I had a great experience ordering my two outfits with Andaaz. They reached out with questions after my purchase and made alterations, not common at all when I make purchases in the US. They had asked ‘we noticed you ordered two different sizes but same height, is this for the same person?’ And I said yes but the size I needed wasn’t listed so I chose what was available. They said they would go ahead and make the size I needed. So grateful! Plus they changed the shipping address after I ordered since I was worried I wouldn’t receive it before my travel date. Wonderful hospitality.

  If I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered this outfit for my pre-wedding celebrations. When the outfit arrived, I was disappointed to see that it looks absolutely nothing like the listing photo. I think Andaaz took a listing photo from another designer, copied the design, and are selling it- but they are unable to make the design as it is in the listing photo. The garment I received was in different fabric, and the appliques look NOTHING like the listing photo. The listing photo is an elegant piece, and for the price point, is what I expected. What I received was FAR below the quality expected and I would never, ever wear it out. It was community theater costume fabrication level bad. Heinous. They used low resolution files to digitally print the roses, so not only does it look nothing like the photo- the roses in the actual garment are pixelated. The fabric is not sheer like in the photo. The vine detail on the bottom is some version of heinous flat color patchwork, the entire garment has plastic pearls GLUED on. They sent me extra pearls and fabric glue. I paid close to $400.00 for this garment. Because I asked for custom stitching (decided to treat myself since its for my wedding) I cant return it- even though the garment looks nothing like the listing photo. Customer service did nothing to address my detailed criticisms of the garment and acted as though it looks exactly as its supposed to. Buyer beware- I think this website is a scam and they will just take your money. We are reporting this retailer for false advertising and fraudulent business practices. Weeks before my wedding to boot! Dont shop here unless you are willing to throw away money!! Wouldn't have paid $20.00 for the utter trash I received in the mail that they are calling clothing. Atrocious!!!

  When I went to that website, I saw the outfit that I liked. I wanted to make the other, I spoke to costumer service, they asked me to pay. After paying the full amount, they said they didn't have the outfit that I liked, when I asked for my refund, they said they had it.   SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Please do yourself a favour and avoid Andaaz fashion at all costs. I placed an order from them and subsequently needed to return some of the items. I was entitled to do so in accordance with Andaaz’s own return policy. However, promptly after I submitted my return request, I received a response saying that my items were non-refundable because they were customised items. That is categorically untrue. Andaaz did not engage with my response. Instead, they tried to say that I could save these items and wear them for future occasions (?). Eventually, after some back and forth, Andaaz without justification offered only a 10% refund because I am a “valued customer”. Some way to treat a (valued) customer! I replied to say that that was unacceptable and without any justification. I received a response saying I would hear back within 24 hours. However, at the time of writing, many days have passed and I am still yet to hear back from Andaaz. I have emailed them every day since. They are not replying to me. They are also conveniently not answering any of my calls. They are clearly without any basis refusing to engage so that they do not have to accept my refund/return request, and therefore pocket my money. I am entitled to a refund/return and they are not entitled to that money. They are clearly scammers and I am considering all of my options, including any legal options. Whilst I do that, I suggest you shop elsewhere and avoid these fraudsters.

  They don’t sell the actual product shown on the picture on the site. they sell a cheap knockoff copy of the design. And when you confront them they keep asking the full picture of the outfit from different angle. Their whole angle is to discredit you in any shape or form making you appear that you’re making things up or that you don’t know what you are talking about. They think everyone is stupid and they can keep scamming customers by selling cheap knockoffs. When you ask for a refund they don’t wanna give refund. This is a scam business. Dont trust me check the yelp reviews and you will find same issue with several other customers. their facebook page is full of designs that you will not see in their site. this is a scam business run by couple of people where they set up a site with images from different sources takes your order and then sells you cheap knockoffs.   I’ve ordered from Andaaz previously and the clothes were ‘ok’ for the price. The suits are typically unlined so don’t scream quality but when you’re desperate they do a job. The customer service however is AWFUL. I ordered a suit that I was promised had been despatched. When I chased it up and said, I’d probably need to return it as my event had passed. They assured me that would be possible. The suit still hasn’t arrived and so I chased it. I was given a tracking link that didn’t work. They then admitted the suit hadn’t been sent and they could send it to me that day. I declined and requested a refund. They refused so I opened a case against them on PayPal. When I informed them, they basically threatened me and said they’d provide the refund if I sent them a screenshot of having closed the case. I escalated the case with PayPal who eventually refunded me fully. The whole issue went on for weeks when a simple refund should have been issued. It’s a very strange way to do business. TLDR: This is an unserious business run by unserious people. It screams scam. Please give them the widest of berths.

I explained the situation but they showed no sympathy and would only offer 18% credit on suits which I am unable to wear.   I had confirmed multiple times if I will be able to return this and not once did they mention the that I must request a return within 24hours of receiving the item (which no other company does - its hardly providing a good experience for customers!) I have had to go through multiple emails, with so many different people emailing with silly reasons as to why I 'cant get my refund back' or 'will only get 10% back' or 'I will get 15% back'. A lot of advisors were referring tot he poly however when I went to look myself, nothing they had said was in the policy. Lots of manipulation to try and avoid giving my money back. They even offered to give me a discount on my next purchase but of course I will not be purchasing from this company again. When I began sharing screenshots, they backed down and finally agreed to give my refund. They claimed my outfit can not be returned, as per policy and that it was custom made - screenshots said the total opposite! They thought I was bluffing and when they finally saw the evidence, stopped making up total rubbish! Unfortunately I won’t be accepting this, I will not be keeping an outfit that I will be unable to wear. It was also extremely unprofessional and quite long winded that multiple advisors were responding to my email, with no clue about what was going on! Stick to one person! Show better customer service! 'We would like to kindly clarify that all our outfits are made from scratch on an order basis, ensuring that each piece is crafted with precision and care. Our team puts in immense effort to create your outfit to your exact size, ensuring a perfect fit. Additionally, the specific bicep measurement was confirmed with you beforehand, making this design a custom piece tailored as per your request.' < ABSOLUTE LIE. WhatsApp conversation to prove this. Further more, my refund is costing me even more!!! I am having to pay for the shipping to me, and from me!! I find this appalling. I should be compensated for both ways of the shipping considering the manipulation, using the policy against me incorrectly, the inadequate customer service and the lengthiness to resolve the issue!! If there as an option to give 0 stars, I sure would!!

  We were very unsure at first because we have never worn indian dress clothes and were on a tight timeline. However, the online chat and post purchase whatsapp chat support was excellent in helping ensure we got what we want and in good time. The male clothes were perfect and the female clothes were beautiful and generally fit well (thanks to made to order measurements). We will be saving some of the pieces for future use.

  I read the return policy in detail, ordered a ready to wear, (not custom) outfit. When I tried to return I am questioned why, then insisted that I send photos to justify what I don't like about it include a measuring tape of the garment. If I can't return this, what can I return? I don't appreciate being assigned homework to justify my return. If you don't take returns, don't claim you do, instead of playing games. Either take the return or don't. Don't force me to justify it, then use it as an excuse to not let me return.

  Worst experience. Nobody took the blame for giving me the wrong measurements at all. I hate that they do not advertise that their 'altering period' is 55 days. I ordered a suit and had it tailored to me. I gave my measurements and I dont think they did that as it looked ready made and it did not fit me when it came. They got all the measurements wrong. I then had to send my outfit back and pay £6 (unsure why as it was their fault) and now have to wait 55 days for the same outfit. I needed it for March and I told them this but they still decided to do my alterations wrong. Don't recommend.

  Overall, I had very good service from the team at Andaaz Fashion. My original design couldn’t be made due to poor quality fabric, so I was given an array of alternative designs to choose from in the same colour range. Customer service was very good in that they were in regular contact with me regarding my measurements before getting started with stitching. The product that arrived was exactly like the picture shown on the website; the embroidery is beautiful, the quality is to an incredible standard and the tailored fit is PERFECT. It couldn’t fit better if I tried! The designers who custom-made my outfit really know their stuff. I’m looking forward to wearing this outfit to my friend’s wedding next month! The reason I dropped this down to 4 stars is because once the measurements were confirmed and the design underway, there wasn’t any proactivity in keeping me updated on progress. I didn’t receive email updates to tell me that the package had been shipped or delivered. Each time I wanted to get an update I had to use the online chat. If Andaaz Fashion can find a way to automate this process so that the consumer is updated at each milestone, that would be a massive benefit to other customers. I do have to admit I was hesitant about ordering from here as I saw a mixture of reviews online, but i have to say I would recommend Andaaz Fashion to anyone looking for a cultural outfit as a guest for a wedding, especially for those guests who aren’t from the culture and have no idea where to start looking. It really takes the pressure out of the process. 4 stars, would use again for sure. Thank you!

  The stitching was absolutely terrible, with multiple loose threads, especially at the front. It wasn’t just one or two—there were several. I've been going back and forth with them via email trying to get a refund, but they keep running me in circles. After I sent detailed close-up photos of the loose threads, they asked for a picture of the entire outfit, only to later request close-ups again—the same ones I had already provided. Despite all this, there's still no resolution. Their latest offer is for me to keep the outfit and accept a mere 10% refund, which is completely unacceptable. I paid a significant amount for this item and expected much better quality. Not only did it fail to meet my expectations, but the ongoing back-and-forth has also been a frustrating waste of my time.

  I was very sceptical at ordering Andaaz online especially as a plus size female in the Asian category it's very difficult to find clothes that are of good quality and have a good fit. I was blown away with my outfit speed of which came and got delivered and the quality of the material as well as the cut and the fitting of the garment itself. I have a UK size 26/28 so I was very happy to see that my outfit had space within it to be expanded if needed which it didn't it came and fitted perfectly.

They said that this isn’t available, so I asked for my money back. I then got a message saying that they’ve ordered the material and that it would be made.   Do not buy from Andaz you will sorely disappointed! From the moment I paid to today I have not got what I ordered. Suffice to say their customer services have made a fixable situation impossible for me and I have lost 90GBP in the process. The dresses look beautiful but they don't give you what you asked for, then the refund is only 10% of the value and exchanges are being made impossible. Please don't buy from them you will be sorry and lose your money. Reviews are mainly fake over the internet as they use fake review sites, I wish you luck but you have been warned. I am a genuine reviewer I have nothing to profit from this. I still await a resolution that works for me the customer Andaz are only interested in their own again and charging me more money. Clothes are shipped from New Delhi, steer clear do not use them. Use stes like desiposh, sapphire, khaadi avoid this site please. I am still trying to resolve things with them but their customer services are changing prices online and sending invoices to pay via PayPal it's scary as who else are they doing this. They have my money and don't want me to have anything else but a suit I can't wear sad that businesses like this are allowed to run.

  I was nervous when ordering due to reading mixed reviews. The order process was very easy, their chat support is available 24/7. I did not order a custom made fit but they still reached out to confirm hip and waist size to match with bust size ordered. Order was shipped quickly via fed ex and arrived on time.
