  GORGGEOUS outfit. Even better than I’d hoped. However, the top didn’t fit. I didn’t have time to get a new one. I am a 34 bust, but ordered a 36 to be safe. I couldn’t get it over my head. I let out the seam and after another 2-3 inches of material were exposed, i closed it back up and it was perfect. That said, the material isn’t as nice as it was now in the area I had to let out the seam. I will order again, but request a 40 inch bust.

  The site is really good, everything is well listed. After-sales service is very accessible. Reimbursement is complicated. I am a French customer, the return was at my expense after 3 months of discussion and waiting for a partial refund because the supposedly item was not received. While both were packed in the same package.

  Had to cancel my order and seek for a refund (still waiting for my money back) because Andaaz informed me that the outfit I ordered (which they displayed in their website) is not up to their quality standard hence they wanted me to select other outfit. I suggest that Andaaz check their products availability and quality prior to displaying it on the website for the customers, because the one that i ordered has been paid for in FULL. Plus, still waiting for the refund, and more than a week has passed since i ordered it.

  Andazzfashion are an amazing company who go above and beyond for their customers. I needed outfits for pre- wedding events and was unsure of my size. They contacted me and also asked what the events were and the dates to ensure that I was ordering appropriate outfits and that they would arrive on time.   Do not buy from this store. The sight says product is in stock and then message after paying for express delivery saying they have to make it to order and then refuse to refund money and then tell you on the phone that it will take 30 days for money to be refunded to try and force you to keep the order placed. Steer well clear. Complete conmen.

  Bought a kurta based on the size guidelines provided in the website but what it was too big for me and they are refusing to replace it with smaller size or refund.   Despite the website saying it will accept returns, they make it incredibly difficult to submit a return request and then refuse to accept the return. Even if your decision to return a product clearly falls in their “acceptable reasons” to return a garment listed on the website, they can still refuse. A main reason I ordered from this company is their because of their return policy, too bad they do not enforce their own rules. My dress arrived too late to wear to my event but they refused to allow me to return it for a refund, despite there being NOTHING wrong with it. Order with caution. Make 1000% sure you have the right measurements and have SIGNIFICANT time for shipping, because you won’t be able return it

  I promise you won’t get off what you have ordered online. They will force you to get something else via WhatsApp by someone in India with no clear information. Once you placed order then you have fell in the ditch and no choice to refund your money back except to get what they sent you.

  I ordered this for my daughter for a wedding ceremony.It was difficult to choose and order without her being here and able to try out the outfit. The outfit fits her perfect and is very comfortable and easy to wear. Although it took time to arrive but seeing the final result is very rewarding and very pleased with the purchase.   I was really disappointed because I ordered this outfit as it was very reduced and I'm not sure I would have chosen it otherwise. But, I was charged and extra £59 for it because I was told that it had to be made from scratch as the one I ordered was damaged. I had already bought the accessories so had to go ahead and agree to continue with the order and pay the extra £59. Anyway, it arrived and I don't really like it much and I'm stuck with it! Just wish I could have paid £89 as advertised. Feel quite cheated. It doesn't fit very well so will have to pay even more to get it adjusted. I was going to order 2 or 3 more items that I had chosen but I'm not too sure now after this experience.

  The customer service was awful, likely the worst I’ve come across in my life. I asked for a refund on one of my items and they did everything in their power to not give me a refund. They told me to bring my item to a tailor to correct the issue, then they offered me a 10% refund, then a 12% refund. They continually told me it was made to the highest quality l, as if they meant there couldn’t be anything wrong with it. I asked continually why they wouldn’t give me a refund and they avoided the question several times. A man named Khushal was rude to me over email several times misquoting me and spinning my words. I then had to send photos of measurements of the garment which clearly showed it was not made to the dimensions they insisted that it was and I was told I measured it incorrectly. I sent photos of me wearing two garments that were apparently made to the exact specifications I asked for but they were clearly different fits / lengths, a point which they continually avoided and refused to address. After much more back and forth I was finally offered a refund. Their other reviews tell a similar story of their unprofessionalism and refusal to refund people.

  Communication was very easy with Andaaz over Whatsapp. They contacted me very early on to verify a few measurement details. We received our shipment well ahead of time and are very happy with the quality of our items.   This would be a very different score if their customer service was customer centered but sadly it's not about customer satisfaction or owning up to their mistakes. Instead they try and blame you for them sending you the wrong size and then admit it but expect you to pay extra to get the correct size sent. The only way to return the wrong item and get a refund was to seek legal advice. I am still awaiting the refund. I heard from daily when it came to giving me measly discounts but now my return has been received as shown with the tracking, I am still awaiting my refund to be issued.

  Customer service isn’t great if you simply want to return an item. While the return was completed, they made it so difficult to actually process. Didn’t get a full refund but couldn’t bear to have to deal with them again to question why. Products are good quality and arrived swiftly - so please just sort out customers who want to return an item and stop forcing them to buy something else or to have it altered. It’s totally the wrong kind of pushy and unhelpful. It makes you not want to buy anything else again from here.

  I ordered from this website for a previous wedding. The outfit was very average so I returned it. I was then using the credit note from this previous order. I clearly requested this order arrive by a certain date for a themed event at a wedding. I was ASSURED it would be here in time. I was strung along by Andaaz so did not plan another outfit for this wedding event. Bottom line, the outfit arrived OVER ONE MONTH LATER AND THREE WEEKS AFTER THE WEDDING EVENT. Quality of this outfit was also very average. I will never order from here again.

  Awful customer service. Customer service told me my outfit would reach before my event. Next day, another rep confirmed. Then the outfit doesn’t arrive for a few days AFTER the event. Rep tells me to drive 45mins to FedEx facility to try to pick it up on time. I spend $80 going back and forth in an Uber. Turns out the expedited shipping I paid for was never applied (they are stealing you all). So I call in to ask for a refund since I’d already drowned more money and time during my sister’s wedding chasing a package that they messed up. Andaaz refused to help on the phone, refused full refund over email multiple times till I threatened to go public with this story of horrible customer service + lying about expedited shipping and pocketing that money. After many back and forths they agreed to full refund, but want ME to pay for shipping label. I then asked for $80 refund for all the Ubers if they were so keep for my to keep the outfit. They only want to give $15 back. I still have the outfit, still packed in the unexpedited fedex package. Considering making this an actual Instagram reel since they’ve taken over a week of my time with nonsensical back and forth over email. HUGE WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, HEADSPACE.

  The suit i purchased did not fit me at all, when i emailed them they said it could take 40-60 days which is no good at all. Wasted my money for nothing. They said if i get it altered locally they will pay 'some' of the money. How can it be altered with no extra cloth on the inside. Absolutly rediculous

  Saree, Petticoat, Shawl and Blouse was of good quality. Promise made to ship by 10th even after tailoring Blouse to measurements was not honored. 3 days for shipping duration from pickup in India to delivery at residence in USA was accurately maintained. Next time please make sure the date of delivery is provided more accurately as the change in delivery date impacts the event date as well as preparatory work for the events for which these garments are purchased.

  Second time I have purchased from this site and once again I am very very impressed with the choice on the site, ease of ordering, speed of delivery, quality of the outfits, quality of the tailoring and the fit of my purchases. Why they have lost a star in my opinion is that on this occasion they cancelled one of my items due through quality control which I am happy that they did. The issue is refund process. I had to chase my refund multiple times and the time it takes to get your money back in this day and age of instant payments is shocking and needs looking at Andaaz. It won’t stop me buying again because of all the other reasons I started with but I am disappointed and expected better for a refund, particularly when not my cancellation but yours.

  these people are scammers. i ordered a lengha for my wedding in October 2024. What i received in the mail does NOT look like what was shown on the website. it looks like they take design inspo and try their best to * re-create* the look using cheaper materials. the duaptta border did NOT match the photo on the website, the skirts floral patterns and colors didnt match either. ALSO i ordered a ready made size, then they proceeded to contact me themselves asking for my blouse measurements even though i didnt pay for custom fit. then when i tried to return the whole damn thing they refused to give me a refund saying it was custom made, when it wasnt!!! avoid these people like the plague.

  I was promised from the sales person that I would receive m Men's Kurta by my owners party. I was the only person note dressed properly, it was very embarrassing. It was going to arrive over a week late.

  All was great I bought my outfit for my daughter's wedding in January 2025.I received a message to ask if my height was correct as we had writen it down wrong. I'm so pleased they got in contact with me.My outfit came and is lovely.Looking forward to wearing it to the wedding.Its beautifully made,lovely material.I would and have recommended this shop to other people,and would buy from here again.   Not very helpful, I haven't received parcel but they don't seem to care and telling me to contact the courier when they should be doing that as it was their responsibility to make sure that the item was delivered. It's like they got their money and they don't care if customer received product or not. I have been a loyal customer for few years but not after this. I will never be ordering from this company ever again.
