  I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company - items were not satisfactory and customer service was poor All outfits but one did not fit despite giving exact measurements - too big on sleeves and waist in each instance. As such they could not be worn for the event they were intended for When I asked for an update on my deliveries, I was sent another customer's delivery code - customer service did not seem to understand that this had happened despite it being pointed out to them several times. Needless to say this was very worrying and when I asked them to check if my parcel had been delivered to the wrong place, they were slow to respond and their replies did not answer my question. I was not told when my packages had arrived and I found them several days after arrival in the post room of my flat block on the returns shelf Very dissatisfied and if time had allowed I would have asked for a full refund

  I ordered from this website specifically off the rack so I could return it if needed. It was a terrible experience which is ongoing. After countless emails trying to get a returns address and only being offered discounts on orders I was finally sent the address to return. I waited three weeks for a refund only discover that the full amount was not returned and a fee has been taken from the return amount. So I have paid for the return and they have also taken my money. I am appalled at this company,, I will never order from them again. And the reason why I had to return the clothes; they were a completely different colour to the website.

  Customer service is not what as expected. I can only get through to someone via email regarding a complaint as the product I purchased was not as described or as the picture. Instead of replacing or refunding the item I keep getting ridiculous discounted offers that i am not happy with at all. I have currently sent 5 emails to advise what I would be willing to accept and so far my problem is unresolved.

  Really poor customer service! They don’t answer the phone. The dress I ordered was apparently out of stock, then I was sent a link to re order another style. Which I did that was also out of stock. They are advertising products they do not have in stock. I am told I will receive a refund in 15/30days. Not acceptable!!

  The quality and sizing seems to be well done. My only complaint was with shipping. I never got a notice when it was shipped and ended up having to chase it down through multiple fedex locations to finally retrieve it after it wasn’t delivered properly.

  I have been looking at this website for years and wondered if I should order something... Well, I finally decided to give it a go. I am SO impressed. The sari looks like the image, the blouse is well made and they supplied a petticoat too, which I didn't expect. I am so happy.

  After I placed my order it took 2 days for someone ot reach out to me to tell me that what I ordered was not what I would be getting since they do all "custom work". They showed me swatches, I did not like any of the swatches, I asked them for a refund. They kept pushing me back and forth for 5 days before someone finally told me I could get a refund. Horrible experience. I still do not have the refund.

  Andaaz reached out a day after placing the order to share that they didn't have the fabric to make the product shown on the website and offered alternate pattern swatches. I asked about trying to wait until the fabric came back in stock vs. getting a full refund, and Andaaz replied that they had procured the fabric and would make the outfit exactly as in the image. When we received the product, it was absolutely different in pattern compared to the image online and any of the patterns shared over WhatsApp. While delivery time was prompt, it seems that Andaaz prioritized quick turnaround over design that is authentic to what they show customers online.

  After several attempts to return, I was told that the policy is they dont refund. The quality is poor and the for is wrong. Needed for a wedding. Went to another merchant and got what i needed. Will never order again. Also warned friends and family in US not to use.

  The brown sequined saree only had sequins 3/4 of saree from pallu. So had to keep very short pallu so plain saree does not show. Not good. The plum saree did not arrive until I chased & did not have fold or stitched blouse paid for. Not happy with product quality, finishing & service. Will not buy from this company again as waste of money.

  I ordered a saree which delivery on website said it would come by 14th November. When I contacted Andaz they said it was actually going to be delivered by 20th November which I wasn't happy as I had planned to wear the saree 17th however Andaz however Andaz pulled it out the bag and got the saree delivered to me on the 17th so I did get to wear the saree in the evening. I would recommend Andaz for their Customer Service.

  They are absolute liars and cheaters. They said they have a returns policy and then refused to return an item which did no fit. They lie and said the product dispatches in 2 days: it doesn’t. They will charge you for fast delivery, but will arrive late. The item came for the size of elves, tiny. You will lose your money and get stuck with it. Warning: don’t buy from them you’ll just lose your money.

  They tried to have me agree to a print that’s different than what was displayed on the product page. Nothing was shipped because I had them cancel the order. I’m still waiting for my refund; apparently credit card transactions are really easy to take money from the buyer but really hard to return money back to the buyer. Desi diaspora deserves a better shopping experience. I do not recommend.

  The product I ordered is great, and everything came as expected. I had an issue with the delivery time— I placed the order around mid October (15-18th) and expected it to come by late October/early November at the latest. It ended up coming a few days before the event I needed it for, and if it ended up not fitting, I would not have had time to replace it. Customer support was helpful, but it took a lot of messaging and reminding before I got an answer about the ETA of my outfit.

Firstly they contacted me to say I won’t get the same I asked fabric I asked for then they delayed my item saying that they will try to get the same fabric then they made a promise to give me updates swatches of my fabric as they went along they didn’t and now the worst thing is the item came and it’s completely different to what I ordered!!!!!!! £150 for something I don’t even like .my advice is don’t shop from there unless u want them to mess up your order !!!

  Ordered last minute and promised to deliver in time. Came the day before. Spoke on phone on the online service via website was very professional then WhatsApp them once I ordered and was updated and asked a few questions regarding my order about sizing etc. came perfectly in time and fitted exactly how I wanted!   I ordered a custom tailored pre draped saree with blouse. Communication was super fast and responsive. They also processed it really quickly as I needed the order in a bit of a rush. So overall service was great. It arrived just in time. Unfortunately the blouse was far too big - it was tailored to fit my chest fine but the rest was huge, especially around my arms and ribcage. They'd queried my measurements and I'd confirmed that what i put was correct (because i have a large bust but am smaller everywhere else), but they seem to have made it to their own sizing chart anyway. For example, my ribcage measures 32.5 inches, and they said they'd make it to fit 35 'for safety'. When I measured the garment, the under bust area is 38 inches, so as you can imagine it was way too big for me. My arms measure 13 inches, but the arms of the blouse are more like 15.5 inches, so again just way too big. I had to use safety pins on all the seams to make it work for the event I had to attend and I will have to take it to a tailor in the UK to have the blouse remade. The saree itself is lovely and exactly as described, and I got lots of compliments at the event I attended. So overall I would buy from Andaaz again but I probably wouldn't use the tailoring service.

  Most of the suits I have ordered from Andaaz have been well-made and fit correctly. I did have an issue with one suit that was made far too long and looked nothing like the picture. Customer service only refunded me 12% of the cost of the suit. They also offered to give me 10% off my next order, but when I ordered again, I didn't receive the discount.

  Terrible service! Ordered 3 items, 2 weren’t available so was asked to choose other outfits, I refused and asked for a refund. The outfit that arrived, the stitching of the design was out of place, I complained and was asked to go to the tailor to get it fixed. I paid over £100 for each outfit so I was shocked to hear this. I returned the outfit at my own expense and I’m being told that my refund of over £300 will take around 30 days to be refunded to me. Save yourself the stress and don’t buy from here!
