  Good fabric and stitching. Only issue is delivery time. When purchasing the site states it will be dispatched within a few days, but it actually takes 3 weeks. So make sure you order at least 1 month in advance. Customer service chat is helpful.

  First time I have ordered through Andaaz fashion and can not fault any part of the process from the point of ordering to receiving the delivery.   The green lehenga I about was beautifully made with an excellent fittings on my daughter. Website was straight forward to choose and order.   Bought a saree for my wife on 2nd of May. It was her Eid gift ( Eid was on 24th may) received it on 12th -14th June. When contacted to the customer services ( through chat), the lady was bit argument. She said, before I place an order it says on their website guaranteed delivery by 18th June. But it didn't mean it cannot be earlier. And moreover, this kind of message should have been highlighted bolder. I m a none returning customer.

  The website was very easy to navigate and I was able to find exactly what I had been looking for. The anarkali kalidar suit was bought as a gift for a friend. She was delighted with it. It looks amazing on her and she is thrilled with it. I now need to find a suit for myself and I shall be looking on this site first. Their choice of suits is exciting and I know I shall be able to find a beautifully made suit here. The service I received was excellent. I felt I needed to have confirmation of my order and payment, and when I emailed my query, they responded straight away. My order arrived promptly. I am very happy!

  They were very good at taking your order and taking your money unfortunately the outfits didnt fit correctly tried to get it sent back for a refund they stopped responding sent numerous emails and chat messages but still no response. They dont have a uk phone number and it's a scam dont order from these guys. The woman talked us through the sizes and recommended what size to order based on our uk sizes the outfits were still too big. I will never use these guys again.

  Avoid...I ordered Kurta it arrived dirty I sent it back as I spoke to customer service and they said I would have another sent quickly as it was week to Eid they lied! Nothing got sent and I spoke to customer service again all they could do is apologise. I’m three weeks later and still awaiting for a refund! Stay clear I definitely won’t be using this company again!! Absolutely shocking

  The Churdaar outfit that I ordered was delayed for delivery by two months due to Covid-19, however, I accepted that reasoning. I finally received it and the color of the outfit is not the same as depicted on their website. The quality and workmanship is good. I have called number of times and left voicemails with the hope of returning the outfit for store credit but no one has returned my calls. I also left a message via Facebook to no avail. If the outfit was the color depicted on their website, it would have been lovely.

  I am more than pleased with this online shop! I ordered 2 kurtas for my husband and son about a week before Eid. The website had promised they would ship it before Eid if I ordered prior to their deadline. I made it and they did not disappoint.   Absolutely terrible service We places the order on 02/05/20 for Eid on 24/05/20 it is now 23/05/20 and We still have not received the item. Despite several web chats requesting an update and at least 3 telephone calls all I got was what is your order number please let us check, be rest assured you will receive in time for Eid. I had to chase up the matter each time myself. The company fraudulently states at time of purchase a 3-5 days delivery. Do not buy from this company, I now have nothing new to wear for Eid, I was so looking forward to wearing the item when visiting my family. They have ruined my Eid, and worse of all had they be upfront and honest with me at least I would have purchased another dress from elsewhere. Now claiming full refund from PayPal. Please please read the T&C’s before purchasing as the point of sale is done through one company whilst for returns and refunds they state another company’s details. Zero stars but you have to select at least 1 star.

  Confusing service. Understandable during this pandemic but when we asked if the virus would cause any delays with the outfits we were clearly told it wouldn't but we still had issues. Both my outfits look rushed. One has black stains all over it and the fitting is not good. Fair to say we won't be ordering from here again.

  I wish I could have seen examples of the three options in which the dresses are offered: unstitched, stitched up to a certain size and completely made. I would have been able to choose better. As for the rest, I have no complaints since the clothes look exactly the same as they do in the pictures in the website. The dresses arrived a bit late because of the COVID-19 scare, but the event where I was supposed to wear them was postponed to even later, so all was fine and dandy. The company asked me anything they needed to, they called me as soon as they could confirm they were beginning work on the dresses and they were always in contact with me. They also helped with videos on how to wear a saree.

  Received parcel today the 29th May 2020. Have tried it on and it is a perfect fit, as I knew it would be. This is for my 80th birthday in September and I wanted something special, and it is special. I look a million dollar's and my family will have a big surprise as I have only worn Saris before and I'm not going to tell them before the big day. The outstanding workmanship is amazing I cannot praise it enough. Beautiful silk fabric, trim and finishing all outstanding. I lost my husband after 53 yrs of marriage and although I am Welsh I wanted something special to wear as this garment will make us feel he is with us. Thank you for making my dream come true.   It came earlier than expected as they messaged me on whatsapp to ask when would i need it for. Really great and professionally tailored. Only main downside is the sleeves around my elbow is a bit tight but the dress around my waist is more than 2 sizes too loose so im going to have to get it readjusted. Good thing they leave extra material so you can get it refitted. They also made me a matching face mask from the lining which was a cute added touch!

  Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. First my item was not delivered when it said it would be, I kept emailing and it came to the point the dress was no longer needed as it came after the occasion I bought it for. I sent it back the next day from receiving it, a month later and I’m still waiting on my refund. Really disappointed and want my money asap.

  I did not receive my Saree in time for my event even though I was reassured several time that it would be. I asked for a refund because I received it almost a week after my event, but was told that was not possible. I was worried about ordering online, so I ordered my Saree almost two months before my event, but still it was not here on time.
