  They couldn’t deliver on the time they promised. Never received the product and when contacting regarding refund they are not processing or either trying to contact back. Very bad customer service, I must have called them 10 times so far, not even once I have received a call from them. One week back senior manager named Tarun said he will send me an email with his details so I can contact directly for any issues, till date not received any email apart from auto generated order received email. Yesterday when called they just said he is in a meetin and will call back but nobody called back yet. Doesn’t look genuine at all and wouldn’t recommend anyone using this website.

  Very bad customer service, its been over a month I have returned my order for a full refund because it was very loose and just didn't looked nice on me but I am keeping telling that I should wait for another 24 hours but no money yet. Would not recommend the service if someone encounter a similar problem.

  What can I say? I am thrilled to bits with my custom made lovely anarkili suit. I am a large English lady who has always wanted to experience wearing an Indian lady's costume. I came across this user friendly website and took advantage of the custom made facility. Customer service was good, delivery was quick but the delivery man delivered my parcel to the wrong house in an entirely different road. Anyway, I have the dress now and it fits beautifully. I feel really pretty and feminine in it. I would use this company again.

  A little disappointed that some alterations I had requested (and been told would be no problem) were not taken into account or even attempted. During the production process I was also contacted about the measurements I had provided not being correct however I had to point out that they had not read the message right. Another thing to note is the work on the dress is only at the front and the back is plain, I've noticed they haven't put any pictures of the back of this dress up online - just something to be aware of. Overall a nice dress though, and decent quality.

  The item arrived when they said it would . I emailed saying that i needed it for my daughters wedding and they said it would be delivered in the first week of October. My outfit arrived today , all i can say is that it is much nicer in real life x It is amazing made and i would recommend them 100% . I will definitely be a returning customer.   I paid for expedited shipping AND left a note during my purchase, about how the product needed to be delivered by today. I have communicated a couple of time via email with customer service, and they told me that they had contacted DHL and that hopefully it would arrive on time. My order was a gift, for a celebration on Sunday. And now I am empty handed. Super disappointing

  Great communication and quick delivery. Material is fantastic. Only disappointment is i requested the unstitched option however the blouse came stitched after providing measurements, which we were told were only going to be used for in order to ensure there was enough material for the saree. Which is ok I’ll find a work around in reconstructing the blouse, however the ordering process was great, the company is very on top of their customer service which is fantastic. Would order from this website again in the future.

  Andaaz gives you the option to have a custom made blouse for a charge. I paid for a custom blouse and sent my measurements. I specifically asked for my blouse to be 18.5 inches. I got a message from them saying making a long blouse might cost extra because they will have to make it from scratch. I told them I understood that and asked them how much extra it will cost. They said they will get back to me. I never heard back from them. Instead I received the saree with a blouse that is barely 14.5 inches long, the shoulders are .5 inch smaller the bust is 3 inches smaller than my measurement. I am very disappointed and have contacted them to either send me the right size blouse or let me return the saree.

  I must say, i was a bit skeptical about ordering Indian outfit online, but I am highly impressed with the quality and service of Andaaz Fashion. They personally reached out to me, to get my requirements, and made me a beautiful lehenga. I have also bought quite a few anarkali suits and patiala suits from them. Highly satisfied with them.

  I’m so glad I came across Andaaz Fashion. The outfit was made exactly to my measurements and fits perfectly. The online service allowed this so easily with step by step easy instructions. The outfit is as beautiful as in the online picture. An added unexpected bonus was the matching mask!!! The turnaround was amazing as was the price. Excellent customer service experienced throughout.   Ordered this for my best friends wedding a month in advance. Was guaranteed dispatch for the 2nd August. The wedding has been and gone and the dress has arrived late so I couldn’t even wear it. Deeply disappointed because I had previously text the company twice asking where my dress was. I had not received a confirmation email or tracking email. I was assured my dress would arrive on time and it didn’t. I had to find a dress last minute for the wedding which was difficult due to the area I live in not having any shops with Pakistani dresses. Will not be ordering again or recommending the store.

  BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE. This company is a fraud. They loot you for your money. If you pay extra money for expedited shipping like I did, and I was promised the item would get here in time. LIES AND LIES AND FULL OF LIES. The item never arrived on time because they dispatched it at a later date than what it stated. I have contact head sales department and have been talking to billing to refund me my extra expedited shipping cost but they have been giving me the run around, lied to me that they have taken care of the expedited shipping refund cost. But in fact, it’s was never even processed. The item or material of the clothes does NOT even resemble clothes to what is presented in picture. PLEASE, keep your money and take your business elsewhere. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

I constantly asked for help and my compensation for my money and they DO NOT take responsibility for what they did and their poor customer service.   Rate as ZERO STAR! (Which is not an option here) I bought 3 dresses from Andaaz recently (two as gifts, one for myself) - For Eid - they ALL arrived LATE! Past the due delivery date sent by email, so I didn’t even get to wear them for the day that I wanted. My one dress was farrr too big for me - I want to return this, label attached in original packaging, it’s not been worn. I bought online, no returns paper came inside. Andaaz said they will call me to “discuss the returns process” - I gave a 3 hours window for a call and no call back. I emailed and requested they send me the returns process in writing instead of waiting for a phone call. They then wanted me to send photos of the dress by email, with a measuring tape next to it and they will “check and get back to me” - what’s to check? The dress remains intact, with labels and original packaging and ive stated numerous times!! They are not a reputable company, with poor communication, poor customer service and the materials for the dresses are no good for the price you pay. The hassle is not worth it - I won’t be buying from again I want my money I spent back for this dress and a free return ... I’ve paid enough to them - not worth it !!

  The dress was as shown in the picture. Fitting was proper but despite of my constant follow upa and team's confirmation on completeness of dress before shipping, the dress was missing kan kan from the skirt. Due to which the whole flair of the dress was messed up. Also sincey first choice of dress did not pass the QA, I had to quickly choose a new design. As a compensation the company offered me matching earrings but didn't send one. Reason stated- out of stock. I was in constant communication with the team. If they would have informed me earlier, I could have asked for non- matching ones. Customer service representatives are helpful though. All in all I really liked their designs. And for my wedding I had planned to order a couple more dresses but now I have second thoughts because the first order was below expectations and owing to their high prices they should really thoroughly check orders before delivering them to customers.

  I got this custom made for my size and they did a perfect job at it! It literally hugs my skin, I love it so much. I would even go as far to say the product is better in real life than in the picture. The fabric is beautiful and the embroidery is done so well. I would recommend this for sure! They shipped it within a couple of weeks too which was awesome.

  I had placed the order 14th july and i was promised to have this before 31st july. They had not even notified me that it is is being delayed untill i contact 30th july the day before to know what is happening with my order? They explained the reason and i asked, why was i not informed it is not delayed. They said andaaz didnt know about the delay. Makes no sense as when i contacted you, you knew about the delay? Didnt recieve it for eid and i still have not recieved the item and have to wait till monday. Whats the point now spending over £100 on an eid outfit that i am now not going to wear.

  I am utterly disappointed at Andaaz. A week ago I spoke to the online chat to make sure my order would arrive before Eid which was a week away, the customer service assured me that I will receive my order before Eid as they will put it into express delivery. I waited and waited, kept speaking to customer service who repeatedly told me I should get the order soon and so on, on the day of Eid I had a call to say my parcel is still in London. I was shocked so I demanded a refund, my son was left with no Eid outfit and had to wear something he already had. I think customer service should not promise customers that they will not get their orders by a specific time as it is misleading. I also did not get any updates via email about where my order is and I did not even get a tracking number as promised in the order confirmation email. Very disappointed.

  I paid for top delivery service of £10 but that doesn’t mean it will get delivered straight away. They took weeks. The delivery is shipped from when the outfit is stitched abroad. I did not get my outfit in time for eid. Had nothing to wear for eid. Very disappointed. Ruined my eid. They offered me a full refund but doesn’t make up for not having a new suit to wear.

  Would give this company minus stars terrible company have not got my order yet and they keep promising delivery dates that order would come by and never appear the thing is when you place an order you think its getting made in this country but it gets made in India then shipped to UK...i spoke to an advisor on the phone and said they had delays and promised i would get my goods on monday with a £25 refund into my paypal account within 2 hours ..but still no money in bank ..this us a shocking company and would advise you to stay away and do not order think its a scam .

  The website is misleading with delivery dates. The guaranteed despatch date isn't right. I was led to believe it would be despatched within 4 days of my order being placed (20th June) - I am still waiting for it now and it's the 14th July. They keep blaming Covid however other suppliers/websites don't seem to be struggling. They eventually told me that it was being shipped from India on the 29th June. I paid extra for express delivery! That was a waste of money. Would rather this company was honest with its delivery time frame. I would not buy again from this website.

  Although the initial sale process was good after payment was made the communications and updates were appalling. I had to keep chasing on several occasions. My delivery date was originally agreed for 26 June having chased on the morning of the 26rh I was told it wasn’t going to be delivered till 6 July ! This is a dress I had purchased for a wedding !!! I then chased again on 6 July as no delivery was made and received a reply saying it’s in transit - this is not a clear answer I really loved the designs on the website but the absolute unprofessional standard of communication, lack of updates and wrong information regards delivery has really put me off ordering from here again. I am still without my dress!!!!!

  i was waiting for this dress from last few weeks. finally it arrived,i am very disappointed after seeing the dress completey different from the picture. it was mentioned hand work,dabka work. its only machine cheap looking work. it was mentioned plazo trouser in the description but its a simple trouser. completey not worth the price. completey wastage of money. i will return this and will never shop from here again.

  I'm gonna be very honest with my review so I placed my order 15 days before the event date and I asked one of the representatives will I receive my order on time they said yes I will. With that said I did not receive my order on time I couldn't attend my friend's wedding, thus I had a horrible experience with andaaz fashions I don't think I'll order anything from them anymore.

  Products were delivered very late (probably due to current circumstances with the coronvirus worldwide) and took over one month to deliver. When trying to communicate via email I was assured that it would arrive much earlier than even I had anticipated which gave me false hope. It is difficult to get a hold of support over the phone as they rarely answer the phone. I was not even made aware when the items were shipped and was only told about this when I decided to use the online chat function on their website to find out what was happening with my order. I also did not get a reply from customer support via email when I wanted to raise a complaint to management.

  Customer service representatives were very polite, but shipping was delayed. The pandemic caused the majority of the shipping issues, but I feel that Andaaz could have been more accurate with their estimation of when they’d have the dress shipped out, since they gave me several different dates. Overall, I was pleased with the customer service and all of the associates I spoke with.
