  It was the first time I ordered from Andaaz Fashion and I am really impressed with the whole process. They were prompt and friendly in their responses to my questions via email. I ordered a suit to be tailored to my measurements and I am really delighted with how it has turned out. It fits perfectly and the sewing has been done to a very high standard!   Prior to ordering my outfit I contacted customer service to ensure it could be delivered in time as I had an event within 2 weeks. Customer service reps. were able to work with me and my outfit was received in time. The outfit is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture. The skirt is very full and nice. I ordered a standard size and everything was stitched beautifully!

  The website seems really good, content is of high quality, product items seem fashionable and good quality. Price seems fair on the products listed. Delivery took longer than expected, one of my dresses was delivered after the event I needed it for, which I was promised would arrive before then. However, I was informed about the status via your chat team for these dresses when they were overdue.

  My oufit arrived yesterday snd it’s beautiful. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with it . I found it easy to order on the website and especially found the online advisor support helpful .   I am getting married and did not think I could find a indian bridial outfit in my size that was made well and looked good. The fitting for my purchase was perfect and the langha was sown in a way that is flattering to my pear shaped body. I will be purchasing all my future outfits from here from now on! I am plus size (American 2xl) and cannot believe the good quality and expertise they out into making clothes. I am happy to find a company that cares about making a good product versus just getting money. We need more places like this!

  I was initially concerned as I needed the outfits by a specific date. I was in touch with Customer Service and they were quick to respond and made sure I received my order in advance of the date needed. The only issue I had was that the shipping/tracking information was not provided to me until I asked Customer Service. Whenever I make other online purchases once the item is shipped I'm automatically sent shipping info so I can track and know when the item is to be delivered, this is an issue with the Courier company and not Andaaz Fashions.

  Took some time to find a suitable outfit , suits other than the description given would come up ie typing in shalwar kameez would show long gowns! In terms of processing of order and timing and delivery — absolutely fantastic!!   My order got delayed even though I expedited it and I’m not happy with the fitting either since it is very loose and I have to get it altered now. The quality of the suit is very good and the team reached out to let me know that my order will be delayed and gave few other options. They also refunded the extra I paid for expedited shipping quickly.

  Overall this is a beautiful dress, a little loose but that was intentional. Stitching done nicely. Usually I’m hesitant buying Indian clothes online but this is fairly decent quality for a nice event or occasion. Would definitely order from them again.

  The website was easy to navigate and the order process was simple however the delivery of my item is what has made me drop stars. I paid extra for express delivery and my dress still took 10 days to be delivered. I had to email several times to customer service to get an update on my order and specifically request a delivery tracking link/number. Customer services were great at responding to me within 24hours but I would have hoped they could be more proactive and provide the order tracking details and order updates without the customer having to chase them up. It's very stressful not knowing what is happening with an order especially when you are spending up to 3 figure sums on clothing.

  I had so many issues placing an order using my iPad as the cart icon was never visible and was then advised by a member of staff to use another device. This worked fine when I placed the order using my mobile. Also I wish there was a section where one could enter their height to receive the correct length for this particular garment like some of the others had but again a colleague took the instructions via chat. It would really be helpful if the website could be consistent

  I was so weary to purchase from a random website I google’d but I am so happy that I did. My mom’s 60th birthday is coming up and we purchased this beautiful outfit. We had few issues with the online profile to add our custom sizes but, I was able to get help from Safia (I’m sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) right away. She was able to help me with the sizes and helped me get credited when the coupon code didn’t work. Then when the custom sizes were a bit off, they contacted me via Whatsapp and confirm the sizes with me. Their customer service is amazing!!! Additionally, we received the package on time and my mom cried. It was beautiful and the price was great. We received a matching mask as well, which is simple and cute! The outfit fit perfectly. I cannot wait to order again. Thank you!

  Quite good company the only thing I could say negative about this company is their shipping/delivery method was confusing for me; it says 3 to 5 days from shipping but my order took 2 weeks to reach me. It’s very difficult if you have function to attend and need the clothes for that. I think the clothes come from India so it takes longer, please be aware of this otherwise two weeks are not bad as along as you know. The tracking information they provided once I called to find out about my order didn’t really work. To be fair I got my order in two so I am happy now.

  Saree came packaged alright “stone work” was not as described cheap looking small plastic stones just glued on not even sewn on sequins. Also no fall attached to or included with saree. Very inconvenient to have to now find a fall and someone to attach it on my own.

  I recieved my order 2 weeks after ordering. Initially I selected a uk size 10. When I made contact with team regarding dispatch time they asked for me to send measurements a few days later, which I did and followed the instructions given to me. The team were veru helpful and kept regular contact wothme via email and WhatsApp. However I did not receive pictures as promised and my delivery arrived a few days later than expected.

  Don’t shop here. You will regret it. Terrible and dishonest experience. I was guaranteed, in writing, that clothes would arrive by a specific date. They did not. And they knew they would not but they told me that anyway. After clothes arrived late, they tried to get me to keep clothes even though the event for which I needed clothes had already passed. They asked me to pay for return shipping and send clothes back- which I did and now they are refusing to reimburse me for clothes or shipping. They have had clothes for weeks. They have stopped answering emails. Also, I looked at clothes when they arrived and they were made of cheap materials. Maybe one-use outfits, at best. No matter what the price says, not worth it.

  The dresses were not as they were in the pic, this company clearly does copies which would be ok if they put up pics of their own products so you'd know what you're going to get and if they charged accordingly! they charge you extortionate rates for which you would expect something outstanding. You've agreed to pay that price for the dress in the pic not a copy which is not up to the same standard. More disappointingly when I raised my concerns they weren't as keen to get back to promptly as they had been when I was ordering! They offered me 17% off my next order which I wasn't happy with, it was this order I was dissatisfied with and as things stand they will be no next order! Again they've told me 'they'll look into it and get back to me and gone quiet again.

  Delivery was delayed beyond expectations. Received the dress after the occasion I had ordered it for. Dress arrived yesterday and doesn’t fit. Way too tight than the measurements I had given when placing the order. Have spent £62 for something that is of no use to me. Had I ordered this in India would have got it for £15-£20. Totally regret placing order via this website

  This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Order not delivered on time despite promises it would be delivered full well knowing the out was still in a different country. I had no outfit for my event because of them. Returning the outfit was a total shambles too. Two months it has taken me to get the issue sorted. I have called them in excess of 20 times, no one calls back and all they say is ‘I’m sorry mam’ I have spent two months chasing via WhatsApp, phone and chat. will never ever order from this site again. Disgusting customer service skills. Thankfully I paid through PayPal, if I hadn’t I would never have got my refund. Avoid this website, absolutely terrible. The only positive is that the outfit was pretty, but if you have a deadline do not trust that you will get it, and if there’s an issue... we’ll good luck to you

  The dresses are fine but I do not recommend this website at all. I returned my order but I had to wait from August to November to get a refund. Every time I reached Andaaz, they did respond right away but they kept on saying that the issue would be dealt. Very disappointed because I liked their dresses. So do buy them if you're sure you won't return anything afterwards.

  This company does not even deserve a 1 star. Where do I begin to explain my shocking (which is an understatement) experience!! How this company has any positive reviews is questionable. After having such a bad experience, I reached out to family and friends to later found out, two others have also had the same experience. They are full of false promises. Communication is only one way, I had to contact them several times to chase my order (they said they would call me back multiple times, and did not). An order which was only placed because they promised they could deliver for my family’s wedding! The 3 outfits did not arrive for the wedding date, and the stress was uncalled for. They waited until 2 days before the wedding to drop the bomb shell and tell us they would not arrive!! Then had the audacity to ask us to pay another £100+ to get them on an express delivery (baring in mind we already paid for express deliver). They are evidently interested in taking your money, and are not concerned about how it affects their customers. The management is shocking to deal with, appalling customer experience. I spoke to Shashi, Sanjar and Turun. After being lied to several times, I documented and recorded everything for legalities. I don’t often write reviews, however felt this time was required. It is only fair to let potential buyers acknowledge other’s experiences. I would hate for someone to be in the position we was. Please reconsider purchasing from this company, they will tell you want you want to hear and not deliver.
