  Most of the suits I have ordered from Andaaz have been well-made and fit correctly. I did have an issue with one suit that was made far too long and looked nothing like the picture. Customer service only refunded me 12% of the cost of the suit. They also offered to give me 10% off my next order, but when I ordered again, I didn't receive the discount.

  I ordered a custom tailored pre draped saree with blouse. Communication was super fast and responsive. They also processed it really quickly as I needed the order in a bit of a rush. So overall service was great. It arrived just in time. Unfortunately the blouse was far too big - it was tailored to fit my chest fine but the rest was huge, especially around my arms and ribcage. They'd queried my measurements and I'd confirmed that what i put was correct (because i have a large bust but am smaller everywhere else), but they seem to have made it to their own sizing chart anyway. For example, my ribcage measures 32.5 inches, and they said they'd make it to fit 35 'for safety'. When I measured the garment, the under bust area is 38 inches, so as you can imagine it was way too big for me. My arms measure 13 inches, but the arms of the blouse are more like 15.5 inches, so again just way too big. I had to use safety pins on all the seams to make it work for the event I had to attend and I will have to take it to a tailor in the UK to have the blouse remade. The saree itself is lovely and exactly as described, and I got lots of compliments at the event I attended. So overall I would buy from Andaaz again but I probably wouldn't use the tailoring service.

Spoke on phone on the online service via website was very professional then WhatsApp them once I ordered and was updated and asked a few questions regarding my order about sizing etc. came perfectly in time and fitted exactly how I wanted!   I ordered from andaaz biggest mistake I made ever …. Firstly they contacted me to say I won’t get the same I asked fabric I asked for then they delayed my item saying that they will try to get the same fabric then they made a promise to give me updates swatches of my fabric as they went along they didn’t and now the worst thing is the item came and it’s completely different to what I ordered!!!!!!! £150 for something I don’t even like .my advice is don’t shop from there unless u want them to mess up your order !!!

  Terrible service! Ordered 3 items, 2 weren’t available so was asked to choose other outfits, I refused and asked for a refund. The outfit that arrived, the stitching of the design was out of place, I complained and was asked to go to the tailor to get it fixed. I paid over £100 for each outfit so I was shocked to hear this. I returned the outfit at my own expense and I’m being told that my refund of over £300 will take around 30 days to be refunded to me. Save yourself the stress and don’t buy from here!

  Ordered this for my daughter, went for a ready to ship size but this actually does get stitched accordingly to the size you select from the drop down. The only downside is that you do not get a status update of your order nor an email when your item is shipped. I had to contact them via chat service, which was responded to very quickly. The item has now been received, it is like the picture but was disappointed with the trousers material, it is very see-through and I wish they had asked if I wanted the breast padding in the crop top or not. I personally think it’s not worth the money, please also check if you can get a refund before you buy.

  I wanted to get something else because I don’t like the dresses I got. Despite the fact that I chose a ready to wear a dress option for the dresses and not custom tailored, they have let me know that my size 42 is considered custom-made and you cannot return it. Please keep in mind. I wear a size 8 /10. Apparently, that’s plus size to them?

  The saree I ordered was good, but the blouse that they sent me was very very bad. It was far from my actual size and very loose, and even if I consider that I might have made a mistake in sending my measurements, the blouse pattern didn't look anywhere close to how they had advertised in the image. I couldn't wear it. Even if I were to get it stitched again to fit me, I can't wear it, because it didn't look good at all with the saree. It looked like a loose crop top, backless with a Dori, no proper neckline and bad sleeves.... as if it was cut from a long kurta just to make a quick top. I didn't use it. It was very bad and disappointing!!

  I recently came across Andaaz Fashion and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products on their site. There were many beautiful pieces in lots of different styles and colors. I enjoyed the option of personal online fitting or off the shelf purchasing. I ordered an outfit and duppata. Shortly after placing my order, Andaaz contacted me because the duppata was listed as black on the website, but they wanted to let me know it was actually navy blue. They reached out by calling my phone, What's Apping me, and emailing to let me know. I told them I was looking for a black dupatta, so they compiled a list with pictures of what was available and I picked a new one from the list. Their customer service was awesome! My order arrived (to the USA) shortly after finalizing my order. Both pieces are beautiful, fit well, and of high quality. I looking forward to wearing them to future events.

  Beware ordering from this site. Their return policy is deceiving. Return information provided in the item page is different from their information provided on their return policy. Had to provide images before a rep would even respond to my email. Worst customer service I've received. I was told to take it to a seamstress to size it correctly or send it back for alterationsthat wouldtake up to 6 weeks. Was informed I would receive a pitiful 10% refund and received nothing. I will never order from this site again.

  I had a great experience with Andaazfashion.com. I struggle with plus size options but there was a lot of choice. I had less than 3 weeks to get an outfit for a wedding event, I ordered custom, the measurements all had helpful videos on how to measure and customer service also helped with measurement queries on whatsapp. They queried my event date early in the order to make sure it arrived on time. They were proactive and responsive throughout, and the outfit was lovely fit like a glove and was true to picture! Thank you so much Andaaz!

  I placed an order 3rd Sep and cancelled next day when I realised through their whatsapp customer service that they could not send the semi-stitched suit within a few days as advertised on website, instead they were encouraging me to have it stitched. That was 3 weeks ago and I'm still awaiting my refund which they are saying is in it's 'last stage'?! Customer service is a lousy and they simply do not do what they say, very misleading and keep your money! I have opened a Paypal case and also reported them to Trading Standards as this is not acceptable!

  I tried to return an item that said it said it would be semi-stitched but it was literally just a bunch of pieces of fabric. not even hemmed. just big rectangles of unhemmed fabric. why put in my size when ordering it, if its actually just pieces of fabric? i reached out to customer support to explain that I would need to return it and to confirm that that would be possible. they would not confirm that it is returnable, and kept asking additional questions - asking for more photos of the item, recommending that i go get it tailored (super unhelpful because I had just explained to them that i already missed the wedding i was planning on wearing it to in the first place). this is a completely unused item, and this conversation took place a week after receiving it. now i have spent $50 USD on shipping it back to the return location, hoping they will reimburse me. and NOPE i guess lucky me is getting a 10% discount on a future andaaz purchase - W0W THATS GREAT. this place is horrible. dont shop here.

  I put my order in and the dispatch time was listed as three days plus shipping took another three days. I didn't receive my order until two weeks after I placed it. I was able to cancel one order after asking five or six times. My second order was canceled and still hasn't been delivered.. Now I have no use for it because the event I needed it for was a week ago. Even though I asked that order was not canceled and it was still sent to me.. So I basically wasted $200 on an order that should've been delivered in six days and still has not been delivered yet. I have no problem with your merchandise. It is beautiful but when it sent late and I can't use it it's a complete waste. I will never order from you again. If you advertise a dispatch Of three days it should be sent in the mail in three days not 12. I'm only asking for things to be sent out in the timely manner that you advertise.

  I had a very good experience with Andaz fashions when I bought 2 lehngas for my daughter for a family wedding. The service was prompt, I was kept in touch with every step of the process, emails were promptly and politely answered. The lehngas were good quality, well tailored and as they were in pictures on website. All in all I am a very satisfied customer.

  The clothing arrived a different color than the photos, and does not fit properly. I gave my measurements initially for a made to order outfit, but the customer service team that reached out talked me into changing to more standard measurements, saying it would be a better fit. It looks huge on me now as a result. Not at all happy with the finished product.

  Andaaz Fashion Fabric is of poor quality such as silk as described on the website. The sewing is not neat and measurements are not precise. I bought dresses from Andaaz Fashion about years ago and the quality of the fabric and finished was extremely good. Now the customer service is polite but the problems/ issues are not solved without costly additional charges for returns. I am disappointed in their service.

  They have a wide selection of clothes and their sizes are true to size. They are also flexible and if you contact them, then it can be bespoke as well. I have bought a number of clothes from them and have been always happy.

  Very happy with the order process, easy to use & great to have a custom sizing option as some of us struggle with standard sizing of Indian suits.
