  Quality very bad and service was very unhelpful. Delivery takes way over 2 weeks though the website advises 2-3 days. Was charged delivery cost but again said its free delivery when spend if a certain amount which i did but still git charged. Worse thing was the quality if the kengha and the kurta for my son was so bad. My lengha top couldnt even fit my 12 year old daughter it was that small. My sons kurta was so thin that it was almost see through. Would never ever buy from them again

  Website is easy to use, Communication about order is straightforward and prompt The actual fabric selection is not exactly the same as what is in the picture but I’m not made aware of that until after I’ve ordered the men’s suit The pants fits well around my waist, But is very tight around my calves.

  Awful quality of item. Sleeves not hemmed. No overlooking and shreds of material just hanging inside. Despite provided measurements many times, outfit too small. Robotic replies when trying to sort and customer service not helpful. Sent them pictures with measure tape showing their tailoring sizing to be wrong. Kept trying to negotiate a partial refund which didn't even cover my initial tailoring costs with them and a new local tailor to try to fix. Local tailor was shocked with the quality of stitching. It's a shame as the outfit itself is lovely.

  I was directed to Andaaz fashion by my friend to help me find clothing for his wedding. He is of south Indian descent and I was a clueless white guy wanting to make sure I looked appropriate, or even stylish at his wedding. The service by the team was excellent and they reached out to me by phone to confirm my size after I didn't respond to their email (it had gone to junk mail). The Sherwani fit perfectly and my friend said I looked like a true, regal, Indian gentleman. I was glowing in my Sherwani. I would buy from Andaaz again in the future if I need quick, wonderful service with high quality clothing.

  Im a western man going to a wedding in Hyderabad in October. I was a bit anxious at first but my fears were totally unfounded. The staff at Andaaz were superb. Helped to reassure me with fit and were better than their word in delivery. It took less than a week. The outfit fits perfectly and is good quality. I’ve just received my second outfit for the wedding in and it’s perfect. Delivered well ahead of the stated date for delivery so very very pleased with the service. The fit is perfect once again and material of excellent quality. I love the fashion detail and cut of the waistcoat and the Kurta is just right. The little matching details on cuffs and collar are fantastic. All the staff I’ve dealt with have been extremely courteous and true to their word. I can’t fault any of the service from Andaaz Fashion and would highly recommend anyone to use them.

  Though the dresses are beautiful, the sizes are not at all standard as per what is there in market (complete mismatch). I had selected 38 size which falls under large category but the Blouse from the saree set was literally small size category. Even the Kurta from the Suit set was a Small size one. On requesting for adjustments on size or to exchange for a 2 size bigger for both Kurta and Blouse, I am being asked to do all kinds of measurements and send it over for the designer to have a look. Its so simple that it is UK size 12-14 (for a size 38), yet not sure why I am having to give so much explanation. Little upset.

  promise of delivery of outfit before function date of 1st Aug. Lied before the date to say was near completion and would be sent out before function date. leading up to function lied every day to say would be out for delivery for tomorrow however was sent 5 days later when its no good to me. had to return matching items and buy another outfit &matching accessories costing me way more in time and stress!   Was a bit disappointed as I messaged via the chat to ask if the pattern on the scarf was silver or gold. The person confirmed it was silver but when it arrived, it was more gold. So I couldn’t wear it with the outfit I had planned and ended up giving it away to another family member instead. However, delivery was quick and it arrived safely via DPD.

  I am so pleased with my purchase. It arrived in just under 14 days to the east coast of the US. I bought two sarees. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic. The blouses fit and are well made. The petticoats are also well made with nice tailored features and approrpriate fabric and color for the saree. The sarees also came with the falls already sewn in, with compatible fabric and color. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and have already recommended the site to two friends. I love that the shipping was free and that returns were possible, if I had needed to, with an US return address. Also the chat feature on the website is great, with someone right there to answer questions. Thank you.

  I would not recommend customers following my experience. The garment did not match what was advertised in images online, the goods dispatched were not of the quality expected and faulty when delivered, the customer service team were slow in responding / had to be chased and gave misleading support (suggested I dry clean faulty goods and accept a 10% discount for a new item I paid circa £270). I had to quote the legal requirement to obtain a refund and even then they did not offer to reimburse for the expense of returning the sub standard garment and did not give a full refund. I will be reporting this company so other customers do not experience similar service.

  I've bought 5 outfits now from Andaaz and honestly the quality is excellent and fitting for me is excellent. My size is 36 ready made. Every outfit I bought fitted perfectly. Only one thing I have negative with Andaaz they only give you 4 days policy to return. So that doesn't even give you in my opinion enough time to decide whether you want to return or keep.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! My order was shipped to the wrong customer and I received that customer’s order. Rather than mail the items back to Andaaz, they asked me to mail the incorrect item to the other customer. I did so immediately but my items were not shipped back to me for several days. I repeatedly let Andaaz Customer Service know the date I needed the items by and was guaranteed that I would receive my items by that date. Of course, they did not keep their word and I received the items late so I did not have the outfit to wear to my important family wedding event. I asked for some reasonable compensation for this horrible service and received a small amount of money back which in no way made up for the horrible experience. I caution everyone from ordering from here. They will send your order to someone else and have horrible customer service. This was truly a nightmare experience.

  My outfit is better than what I was expecting. I bought 2 dresses for me and 2 for my son. They all look great. I will definitely purchase fromAndaaz Fashion again. Highly recommend them
