  I did not receive the product as it shown on the website! I tried to communicate and they keep offering 10%, 12% cash back when I kept saying I want full refund or exchange. I don’t trust this company and service is horrible. Never ordering from here or recommending anything. Awful experience

  Never had this experience buying something online. I bought an anarkali of course based on the picture of it. Once I have received it - also around 10 days after what there was written on the website- I have been sent something that has many difference from the picture: much less embroideries in many points ( arms, top parts). Very deceiving website. Be aware that what you order could be different - on the sense less rich and elaborated than what you see in the picture. I will not buy ever again with them. Also, all the pictures are not very good quality. Many when zoomed even slightly become flue. Maybe this is also a strategy...

  Andaaz Fashion did a beautiful job. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've ordered a saree and even though I watched the Youtube videos on how to measure myself, the saree doesn't fit well. This is on me, not Andaaz, they do incredible work. If this is your first saree, find someone with experience to help you!

  I have bought 2 outfits from Andaaz and on both occasions the customer service has been brilliant. I recently wore both outfits and I recieved so many compliments! They followed up on measurements they think may not be accurate just to double check we have provided the correct measurements.

  Navigating the site is simple. The clothes look beautiful. Unfortunately the signs that tell you when stuff would be dispatched is inaccurate. My clothes arrived after the occasions and they won’t let me return them. I have no other occasion to wear them for. It is a lot of money gone for not being able to wear them and customer service guaranteed they would arrive beforehand when they didn’t. The tops are unrealistic compared to women’s actual body shapes and sizes so they did not fit at all.

  I ordered the item I paid for expedited delivery. I had an email correspondance with their “customer service” they informed me the item will arrive after the wedding. I requested a cancellation immediately. They never canceled it. It’s been over 60 days I never received the item. Horrible experience

  This company is not to be trusted. I ordered three garments and paid extra for express delivery. It wasn't delivered on time so I asked for a refund as I no longer had use for the garments. Their website says they offer a money back guarantee but they are refusing, instead offering me a discount on the purchase. I have asked five times for a full refund and they are still offering me a discount instead. Underhanded behaviour.

  I would not order again. Ione outfit was the wrong colour and had a completely different dupatta although I was assures it would be exactly as on photo on Web site. Other item didn't fit. . However trying to get a refund from this company is virtually impossible as they make out they are in UK but items are sent from India . They make excuse after excuse to not refund. Eventually I contacted PayPal and they got the refund for me .

  I ordered a silk salwar kameez and it was beautiful. The delivery took about 3 weeks. One thing I was disappointed about was that the top was too small and they refused to exchange or return, asking me to adjust it myself via a tailor and they would refund some of the cost-15% of my purchase price.It would have been much better to refund the entire cost of the adjustment or offer return and exchange for larger size.

  1. Wrong size was delivered. 2. When asked about a solution to have this sorted, I was told to send in pictures with sizing to confirm. 3. I had complied and emailed the address I was given from the WhatsApp contact, however I never received an email response. 4. The contact on the Andazz WhatsApp said they never received an email, only for me to show them proof. 5. As I was running out of time for the wedding and could not have the outfit return, the WhatsApp contact told me to go to a local tailor and the andaz would refund an amount. 6. As the outfit is expensive with the fine quality material used, the tailor charged me $180 AUD, which is more than what I paid for the outfit. I understand it’s expensive because of the high quality material used in the outfit. 7. When I then asked the WhatsApp contact about a refund for the tailor and provided them a receipt, they responded back to me saying only $20 could be refunded as per their policy. 8. I then asked to see this policy, but was sent a screenshot of their initial WhatsApp message. They then said it will be $22 instead of $20. 9. I continued asking to see this policy but the WhatsApp contact continued sending screenshots of their own chat. 10. This has been going on for some time now and still nothing is resolved. Absolutely disgraceful. I had high hopes with this company and was looking forward to smooth experience as a friend mentioned this would be the case.

  Super responsive, professional “chat” customer service bc I chatted a lot, when concerned about arrrival date. However, items did not arrive per the website date, even though the order asks for the date of the event. One reason I ordered is bc I thought the items were coming from NY, and therefore, the shipping/delivery dates were plausible, but they arrived from India. Items are also much lower quality than would be expected at full price, so I am glad I bought heavily discounted items.

  Delighted with the jacket and palazzo pants bought for an Anglo-Indian wedding in August. The quality is excellent, and the fit is perfect thanks to the option to choose garment chest size and also enter my height. Would definitely advise checking sizes carefully before placing order but I am delighted with my purchase and highly recommend - also grateful for emails checking I was happy with expected delivery date - great service.

I should be able to get a full refund according to the website yet Andaaz staff are quibbling with me to get me accept a small discount refund when I’ve requested to return the product and get a full refund.   I am thoroughly impressed Andaaz. The fact that an assistant reached out to me via WhatsApp to confirm my size measurements speaks volumes on the quality of their customer service. I've never had a mass-market clothing vendor reach out to me personally to verify my measurement. All in all, very impressed. The website is very easy navigate, I was able to pick out my desired kurta very easily and quickly.

  The shopping process was very easy. I went with the custom fitting and submitted my measurements. They did not just go with the numbers I submitted, they analyzed it and made sure that the numbers were correct before starting the process. I received my outfit very quickly and let me tell you, it is gorgeous!! As a full time remote worker with little to no time to go out and shop- remote shopping is easy with Andaaz!

  Robbed! Do not use this retailer - they will scam you. I purchased and outfit and what a received was a cheap replica. I emailed for a refund providing images of the outfit received listing the issues and how this is not the same outfit in the advertised imagine and after being offered a 10% refund (which is as insulting) I have been ignored. I would not have next a bad review if this issue had been sorted.

  I can only give positive reviews regarding my experience with this company . The ordering process was simple . I was a little worried as any pre stitched items can't be returned and as you spend a lot of money I was concerned but I didn't need to be . The only issue I had was no tracking was sent via email so I had to instant message but the response was instant and Informative . The arms were sewn very looks so I will have to have these adjusted in England before my family's wedding and my daughters are were a little tight so the only advise would be maybe ask for measurements around the arms which on previous orders from other companies I have given.

  Order did not arrive until after my event. I confirmed with the company representative that 10 days would be enough time for the outfit to arrive to the US before I placed the order. It took 12 days for the outfit to arrive. I could not wear it at my event. Poor customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous, the dress does not look the same as the pictures, purely false advertising. Having discussed this with the customer service team they still did not agree for me to return the item. Recommended to avoid this product and company at all costs.

  A company that has no emotional intelligence! I would not use them. I was apprehensive about using Andaaz but looking at the 5 star reviews, I thought I would try their service. I needed an outfit for a funeral. When I placed the order, I went for the ready made suit, that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. I got an email confirming the order. The day after placing the order, I got phone saying that the suit will be delivered early July. This was unexpectable as the funeral was for 2 July. I was asking for constant updates via WhatsApp. I even offered to pay extra for an express delivery. The sad thing is that the suit was delivered on the 2 July but not in time! I called the courier service in the morning of 2 July to ask if I could collect it from their warehouse and the response was that I couldn’t as per their policy. However, had the parcel been marked for express delivery, they would have ensured an early morning delivery! Not sure why Andaaz chose not to go for the express delivery! Throughly disappointed.

  Customer service was good in that I was contacted to ensure I had the right dress size. However, the dress I ordered was not as advertised on the website. The dupatta was a completely different design with not all the same colours and the pyjama colour (bright white) did not match them dress colour (cream/off white). Will be returning the dress and feel my time has been wasted.

  The dress i ordered was not available, so they offered cheaper dresses witthout reference to partial refunds for the price difference. Once I decided on a replacement I had to send more than two emails to get my partial refund for the price difference. Then, the replacement dress arrived damaged and the return window (which was specified at the end of the terms and conditions) is ONE DAY. Since I missed the one day window, Andaaz refused to accept my return and only offered A PARTIAL REFUND of the cost of alteration to fix the dress. I had to file a claim with Paypal, since Andaaz failed to refund. At the end, Paypal refunded my purchase, since they had no answer from Andaaz. This has been my worst online ordering experience in more than 20 years using online services. Buyers beware!

  Terrible decision to order from this website. Sent me some shabby pant suit when the description was of a “Bollywood saree”.Then tried to dispute the fact I wanted a return. I have had to use charge back to get a refund. I will never use this website again! Buyer beware

  The service provided by Andaaz is good. However the product quality is very average. I expected a real Banarasi silk saree with zari embroidery and decorative edges as in photos provided on internet for the prize I paid. But this is not the case. Material feels very stiff and not soft at all as it mentions on description.

  I am satisfied with the product, and that's (mostly) what matters. However, the customer service was NOT great. I do not feel they were honest with me. They were not helpful on sizing, and if I'd listened to their advice, I wouldn't have been able to use the outfit. They also kept trying to push me into a nonrefundable item, even after I said a clear "no" multiple times. It was hard to get them to answer direct questions. Very evasive. Then, the shipping took 3 weeks, which is NOT what it said on their website. I had a deadline, and when I asked them about it, they confirmed a delivery date, which frankly was a flat out lie. It hadn't even shipped yet, and there was no way it could've arrived by then, but they "promised" it would. It did not. I had to intervene with FedEx to change the delivery address. Frustrating experience, but again, I am happy with the product.

  I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE: Andaaz fraudulently claimed they could deliver items by a specific date in order for me to place an order of nearly £900. They then continued to lie and string me along for days, on WhatsApp, pretending the items would come, only for me to realise this was never going to happen - and all too late. I cancelled the order immediately and requested a full refund. They THEN sent the items after I said I didn't want them and to arrive AFTER the date I needed them! And insisted on me then paying for them to be returned!!!! I refused to accept the order and they eventually agreed to redirect the delivery to their own address. Complete waste of time and money! After some intensely stressful and anxiety inducing back and forth, over a couple of weeks, Andaaz eventually agreed to process a refund, MINUS a returns and processing fee of £52.46!! The company have charged me to process an order that they should never have taken - because they they lied in order to get in the first place! Sent items after I told them not to, and then charged me to return them!!! They're still refusing to refund me all of my money, apparently in accordance with their "returns" policy. Even though I didn't return anything! The whole thing was disgraceful, unprofessional , and if it hadn't have been so awful, would have been an absolute joke. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible ethics.
