  Andaaz fashion used to be very good. It no longer provides this good service or quality of products. I have been a long term customer but decided to part ways now due to the number of recent mistakes and poor quality of products and service received. Before you used to get value for money. Pay higher prices but receive excellent quality. Now it's pay high price but receive poor products.

  I had a great experience shopping with Andaaz Fashion. They did a great job contacting me when they needed specific measurements. It did take a couple of times to contact them for a tracking number but they were pleasant every time I had a question.

  Horrible , if I could put zero stars I would. My order did not get dispatched or delivered the time it was supposed to for my nikkah, I even paid for express shipping. they claim it was the delivery service and not them and would not let me return my item . I don’t need it anymore. Claiming I can use it for another event . No I cannot . I don’t need it and wanted a refund and to return. Then only offered to refund 12% then said they’ll refund the express shipping I don’t know if they’re only gonna refund the 12% or what. But this is my first time ordering and will be the last. Horrible customer service. I spoke with multiple people before it got here and couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone about anything. I spoke to someone the thursday it was supposed to arrive and he said it should be here that same day . It did not come until SUNDAY! I had no dupatta for my wedding.

  I am very happy to have found Andaaz Fashion, specially being a plus size is difficult to find a store that sells plus size indian clothes. I first made an order to test and then placed other three more. I like all the outfits and the fact that they replied almost immediate to my questions make me feel that they care about their customers. It will be great if you add a section for cotton clothes for daily wear. I am looking forward to place another order:)

  I'm please with the outfit, although the lengha feels a little too loose. The quality of the stitching is great, the outfits looks fab! There was some heavy net at the bottom of the lengha which I will be removing as it's too stiff and rigid. Otherwise happy the team kept in touch with me, and they sent photos before dispatching the parcels, as per my request. Outfit arrived on time, as they promised. Very pleased overall, thank you Andaaz Fashion!

  I recently purchased a suit from this website and was very disappointed with the entire experience. Firstly, the dupatta was very short and this was not clearly described on the website. The pictures provided were deceiving and did not accurately represent the actual product. The product was on sale however there was no mention of a faulty or small dupatta mentioned . It cost me £62 including delivery and the suit is not worth it at all . Additionally, I requested a new dupatta as the one that came with the suit was vwey shorr the minimal length should be 2.5 meters and the one I received was less than 2 meters However, the customer service team refused to send a replacement because the item was on sale. This policy is very frustrating and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and the service provided. I will not be purchasing from this website again and will not be recommending it to my friends I have emailed my concerns and waiting for the response .

  This is the 2nd time ordering custom tailored clothing from Andaaz Fashion, the 1st time was a woman's outfit and this time a man's. The website is easy to use, the item looks just like the picture, and the cost was reasonable. What will bring us back again is the service, which was so good. They had important follow-up questions about the custom measurements I submitted to Andaaz Fashion and advice that was helpful. The outfit arrived in a timely manner and the fit was perfect. Will definitely buy again.

  I would never buy another item from this company. They are incompetent and misleading. The kurta I received was quite different from what they have advertised. They promised to correct the mistake if I order it again. The second time they charged me an extra $40 to get the color correct. Instead, they sent me pink kurta instead of maroon one. And a yellow bottom instead of white. Never again! There are plenty of other companies that do a much better job.

  There were 3 problems with the order: 1) Color didn't match with what was advertised. So, I placed a second order for a darker shade of maroon. They charged me $40 extra. The piece they sent was not even maroon. It was pink! 2) I ordered a white bottom, instead they sent me golden yellow! 3) The fit was incorrect, in spite of detailed notes.

  The delivery process was stressful. The item was not dispatched on the estimated date and I had to send multiple emails to get updates on the estimated dispatch and delivery dates. I never received an email confirming dispatch or containing tracking details. I only received these details after contacting their customer service through live chat. In the end, the order arrived too late for the event at which I intended to wear it.

  Absolutely fabulous. The fabric does not look cheap and neither does the stitch. They contacted me multiple times to confirm the measurements I had sent and provided guidance on how to measure. I needed these garments for my sisters wedding and they expedited my delivery as soon as I contacted them.

  I've ordered from Andaaz twice now (with custom measurements for both outfits), and both times everything was amazing. They have excellent communication within WhatsApp and answer all questions quickly. They make sure to confirm all of my sizing/measurements, and they were very open to making adjustments to the style that I needed. Once everything was confirmed, production and shipping were very fast as well. I got my order within just a few weeks! I was surprised since everything was so custom. The quality is also top tier! Both outfits are absolutely gorgeous (wearing to wedding weekend events for family member), and I can't wait to wear them!! Great experience all around!

  I ordered 4 stitched to size sarees. When purchasing, the customer service team were fantastic, advised that I could get 10% off with a specific code and the website said I would get it within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I contacted the customer service team and asked for an update. They kept me updated as requested. It took another 2-3 weeks before I got my order (around 6 weeks in total). I raised my concern with customer service who raised the issue further. I was contacted by a higher member of the team who listened to my concern and came up with a solution I was happy with. Overall, I am happy with the service however, I’m not sure I will use again. I will certainly keep them in mind for next time.

  placed my order on 02 April. after chasing up few times got it on 28/April despite of choosing READY TO WEAR dress!!! once recevied it,the pattern and the design was not similar to the dress at all!!! didnt like the quality and return it. I had to pay for postage £12.50 + 10% of total price, so I lost about £30 for no reason.

  Not a good service at all. Placed an order for a jewellery set. They sent me the wrong one. They said they would refund me a percentage back due to them sending wrong times. Bare in mind. It was there error and they should have given me a full refund. Anyway I never got the refund they emailed me about and nothing was ever done about this issue. Not a good company to buy from.

  I ordered a custom silk dress for my wife from Andaazfashion by only submitting 2 small jpeg images for references. The customer service was a very patient and helpful and knowledgeable throughout the measurement taking and fabric selection process. They certainly put my mind at ease.
