  Very unhappy. The customer service for shipping was good (though it took them over a week longer to ship it than they claimed when I ordered it) but what arrived did not match the photos. The top looks completely different from the photo and it fits very poorly, while the skirt waistband was a full 10 centimeters larger than the measurements I sent in, so of course it fell off me, it was huge. Very annoyed that for 210 euros the result was so sub par. Would not ever order from them again.

  I am extremely shocked and disappointed with the service of this company. I placed my order well in advance and used the estimated shipping guideline as to when I would receive my order. As I had never used this company or ordered these dresses before I used the chat function to confirm everything before proceeding with my order. I was assured the outfit would arrive on time. I also expressed concerns about the measurements and I was assured a designer would contact me to review everything. I gave my measurements and provided updated measurements as requested, however no designer contacted me regarding my order. I was told my order was delayed and from then on it was almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at Andaaz Fashion. I could not get through via phone and it was extremely difficult to get clear answers via their WhatsApp messaging service. My garment arrived more than a week late and 2 days after their committed revised timeline due to delays. They used the wrong measurements - they used my hip measurement for my waist so the garment was double the size, with no time left for me to get the garment altered. The stiff piece at the bottom was impossible to walk in and I had to cut it out. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this shop, the customer service was appalling and overall I do not think this is a professional shop who adheres to their commitments of excellent customer service, tailored desings etc. if you want to run a global business I suggest you improve communications, customer service and have accurate guidelines on your website regarding timing and measurement. Overall my experience was ruined and I spent a fortune on my dress. I feel totally ripped off and demand a redund.

  Overall, I had a delightful experience with Andaaz clothing. My outfit fits perfectly. Excellent material quality, whilst my husband's outfit , though initially oversized, was promptly and satisfactorily adjusted. The timely delivery of my husband's made-to-measure attire allowed for necessary alterations, supported by Andaaz's attentive service. However, communication regarding the delivery of my ready-made outfit could have been improved. Nonetheless, i'm highly satisfied and would enthusiastically recommend Andeaz for their exceptional service and quality clothing

  The website was easy navigate, and customer service was attentive and good service. My outfit fits perfectly. There was a slight delay of a couple days in receiving my Kurta suit, but they let me know that it was on it's way. The photograph of the outfit was slightly more vibrant in the embroidered flowers, but otherwise was accurate to what I received. I'm very pleased with Andaaz Fashion and have recommended it to many others.

  Fantastic customer service online chat is great they get back to you instantly. I was unsure of my size, the Agent went through it with patience and also kept a note of my e-mail address to ensure my outfit was delivered in time for my event. I've ordered 3 outfits, really well made and beautiful. Looks better than the pictures on the website. I highly recommend Andaaz fashion

  Had to chase to get update on order. People on chat are not as aware of the designs when I was looking for more detail. For example, in the picture, I could not tell if there was side slit and online agent said there wouldn’t be. Final product had side slits all the way up to the hip bone!

  Great website with lots of collections and the payment method worked great for me! My only feedback is the pictures are not realistic as they are glossy and misleading in terms of colors. Wish you had more realistic representation of the real product.

  I liked my first saree choice better than this one. The first saree there was a problem, it took more than 3 weeks for the company to tell me there was a problem. I had to contact them to see if they got my new order because it had been a few days and they did not acknowledge my new order. The same thing with shipping. I had to write and ask when my saree would ship. Now the saree I ordered is too tight under the arms. I am very small for an American. This saree top is cut very small where the chest meets the arms. It cuts into my underarms when I move my arms.

  I had a bad experience. The staff is constantly lying, told me I would recieve my outfit in time for my function and I didn’t. Then I had to fight for my refund and wait three weeks. I had two other outfits I was happy with but my experience was dampened due to the issues with the third outfit. It’s important to work on the speed of your service as well encouraging your team not to lie.

  They took my money, and sent me something that looked terrible! I gave them the opportunity to fix it and it’s still terrible. It’s NOTHING like what I ordered! This was meant to be my wedding outfit and now I have nothing to wear. They have literally ruined my wedding day and they’re refusing to give my money back. They take your money, do a terrible job and then refuse to give you a refund! I’m so upset I spent so much money with these con artists and now I’m without a dress and without my money! I paid a lot of money for a dress and I haven’t got what I paid for because it’s terrible. As their customer, I should NOT be out of pocket because of something they have failed to do!

  We ordered 6 items on the 15th March 2024, after Andaaz Fashion via phone assured us, that we would receive these items before the 4th of April. The items were to be used at a large party held on the 5th April and after this date they would be useless to us. We received 5 out of 6 items in due time, but despite several inquiries regarding the last item, it was not received before 9th April. We also stressed that if this last item was not received in due time as promised, we wanted to cancel this item. We have now tried to contact Andaaz Fashion since 9th April, in order to arrange return of this last item for a refund, but they are ignoring our inquiries and we have not heard anything from them what so ever. Very poor customer service. We will never use this company again.

  The ordering went fine. I ordered more outfits than I needed with the intention of trying them on and returning those which did not work; my husband and I are attending our 1st Indian wedding and we were very unsure about the clothes and sizes. The website gave the company address in NYC, and the return policy stated returns are to be sent to a Miami address and there would be a 10% restocking fee. All good. When I contacted the company to make my returns, they tell me that returns aren't accepted - listing lots of exceptions which were not to be found on the website (they provided a link which went to a broken page). I have emailed several times and will continue to do so, but so far having no luck.

  Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. I ordered an Eid outfit from them and they sent me the wrong size. They offered to refund me 10% of the order total for a mistake that was done through no fault of my own which was insulting for an outfit which cost me more then £100 as a “goodwill gesture”, then told me they can send me a new outfit after Eid even though I had told them the outfit was for Eid and would be no use to me after Eid. Threatened them with legal action and over 1 month later they agreed to refund me. But be aware, they don’t refund you the full amount as they take off a charge for “order processing fees”. Absolute joke of a company. Save yourself the headache and do not order from them.

  I purchased this garment by selecting the option "Ready Size" and selected 50. On the same page the Return Policy stated all "Ready Size" can be returned for a refund. I did not look any further into fine details of Return Policy. The garment did not have the quality of the picture and I wanted to return it for refund. However, customer service stated they can't because per Return Policy anything over 42 is plus size and can only be returned for alterations. This was very misleading because I bought the garment ONLY because it said all "ready size" can be returned. They will not refund by $300

  They got the sizing completely wrong. I did say that we needed them for an upcoming event so there’s not time to get them fixed. The trousers were short and the sleeves are too tight. There’s no space in the bust to get them adjusted. It’s far simpler than the pictures so it’s misleading.

  3/5. The video to measure the sleeves while ordering is different than how to measure the sleeves once the product arrives. Ended up with sleeves too short and had to spend $50 at an alternations store to have them lengthen the sleeves, thankfully the outer layer had material available and only had to add material to inner layer. I also gave my height when ordering and the pants were a foot too long so I had to have those tailored too.

  I ordered the item and specified I needed it for Eid day they assured me it would be delivered by Eid but when began to worry as my daughter ordered from a different company and received hers in a matter of 3/4 days .. I queried it couple days before Eid they told me it still hadn’t been sent off and was telling me that it would not be delivered by Eid I was disappointed and Requested a refund to then be told they could deliver it by Eid…as soon as I requested refund they suddenly could send it out I tracked it and they sent it out in the same day of my complaint it did come on eid day but very late on in the afternoon when the day was nearly over. The dress was nuce but service is very poor

  NEGATIVE 5* if there was one!! I wish I had read the previous reviews before I bought from this company. Exactly the same thing happened to me. I asked if the outfit would arrive in time for an event on 23 March. They said yes if I placed the order that day. I went ahead then they said it wouldn't arrive in time and asked me to select a different design which would. They sent me photos and I picked one. Of course the item didn't arrive till over a week later ( despite having paid for 2/3 days express delivery ). When it arrived, it looked nothing like the photo. No sleeves, and the bottom half a completely different design. They would only refund me if I send the wrong product back at my own cost! What a scammer! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

  I was extremely happy with my outfit however I was shocked when the dispatch date stated on the website was incorrect by 20 days. Customer services was happy to speak with me about my concerns about needing my outfit for a particular date. They managed to deliver my outfit in the nick of time and I have had many compliments. I will be ordering again but leaving more time before outfit is needed.

  Very bad experience with the products we bought this year ; we were regular customers of this product house but not anymore . We bought the clothes which were very small in size we trusted and asked them to exchange via emails and they said we will not exchange the order. This has led to a very bad customer service and retention also the clothes received are damaged
