  The delivery was very quick, however, I paid £160 for my item to arrive in time for Eid celebration. The saree I chose did not give me selection for trouser size. The trouser does not fit. I am size S/M in trousers and it has come as something lime XS. Absolutely disappointed and now will have to return the item back for full refund. Therefore I have nothing in time to wear for eid.

  I would rate it as very bad. They sent me a completely different order than the one I paid a lot of money for. The garment could not be worn and I had to pay another 600 dollars to get something suitable from another company. They substituted a ghastly yellow fabric for the vest, when the picture was green. They are hopeless, duplicitous and I regard their business as organised theft

  Received my products and the right size perfectly right on time. The material and the work are worth the money that I paid for. Even though I didn't receive the same product for one of the Kurta but Andaaz managed to offer me something similar and a good quality Kurta which for I appreciate. Overall, I will be shopping from Andaaz again, will recommend to friends too.

  The site was comprehensive. Excellent choices with well set out sections and advice. Easy to navigate. Ordering was good Communications after order were good- on several platforms. However advice on sizing proved to be a bit mis-leading. Also alternative products purchase for choice, due to sizing these proved to be non-returnable. This is only apparent in 'the small print'! If you purchase larger sizes then these automatically become non-returnable. This is very poor- other clothing sites offer full returns as standard Communication after order was less good. A small discount was negotiated but this leaves me with unwanted outfits and the hassle of having to arrange for alterations. A shame really, spoilt my whole buying experience

  I would give no stars if I could. Do not buy from this supplier. They did not make the outfit per the picture, they are amateurs and they said they I could return the item and now they are making it very hard for me to return and not refunding me the full value of the items even when they haven’t been made per the picture. They give India business a bad name. NEVER again.

  The quality of the material is great. Having said that I ordered the “ semi stitched” option and I received fabric and beads in the mail. No pattern or instruction and absolutely nothing was made other than a skirt was semi made for the lehenga. I was unable to have this made by a local seamstress, as I was directed, in time for my event. The policy on their website clearly states that non custom items can be returned within 10 days of receiving it. I was well within my window and they tried to deny be my return, offering every option but a refund. I contacted them multiple times a day until they allowed me to return it. I have still not received my refund despite it being returned over a week ago. The customer service is fairly responsive but does not follow through on anything they say. Additionally they direct you to emailing when you call and response times can take days. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

  Very delayed delivery. I missed my program plan. Initially in the next morning of the ordered placed, I was told that the design i chose is not available, i need to choose another one. I requested cancellation and refund. They did not do that. Later they took 24 hour time to confirm about the chosen product availability but without any time frame of delivery. I told several times that if you cannot provide on time please cancel my order and refund pls. But customer care team promised they will provide on time. But failed to do so, I questioned them but just carried on apologizing and offered 10% refund only - though requested for the cancellation and refund early when I assumed that the product is not coming timely. It finally came 2 days after my program. Just rubbish service. Never coming to this site for buying anything.

  Garment did not arrive in time for an event ~ despite being assured by online chat and paying Express Delivery. Garment not at all like the image on the website either ~ it’s actually very ugly.   8 days from order to delivery in the UK, I made sure the measurements were sent within 24 hours of my order. Overall 9/10 as they make you choose a swatch but this may give flexibility for some. Sherwani was made beautifully and good quality. Top tip don’t try to flex or add a little extra when measuring, they will do that perfectly. A little expensive for what it is but the 8 day turnaround makes it well worth it

  There was an issue with a custom order dress, that I had to choose a new dress from a set of images they provided. When I recieved the order it was not the correct length. Due to their mistake I had to order an entire new dress after their failure to rectify my issue. Ended up not being able to wear the wedding dress due to their lack of shipping within their time frame that I asked multiple times about before reordering the dress. Now the company refuses to answer the multiple emails and phone calls I have placed. I would advise not ordering from them since they have horrible customer service and lack the ability to acknowledge their mistakes.

  This online shopping experience was just awful! They promise you everything, take your money and then totally ignore your instructions and measurements sent for a custom fitting. They then charge you for the privilege of their mistakes!!!This company should be investigated by trading standards, the credit card companies and PayPal too. Why do they happily feel refund / pay out to customers for someone else's mistakes? Talking of mistakes, through no fault of my own, I have lost 10% of the cost of my outfit and postage costs too through NO FAULT of my own. I am absolutely furious that a customer can be treated so unfairly, disrespectfully and with huge contempt. Fortunately, I have photographs, WhatsApp messages and screenshots from their website to support my case legally. Someone needs to stand up to such bullies. My warning to you is don't touch them! They will never accept they have made a mistake and will not refund you any money, even when the mistake clearly is with theirs.There address is a UK one and it appears they use a Surrey address. I plan to contact the consumer programme, Rip off Britain and Which and ask them to look at this company, their ridiculous policies and actions. This is simply not acceptable

  Overall the website is ok, but needs an update as it can get quite confusing when looking for what I want. Search results include men’s outfit when I specifically click on women’s cothing! The past orders are not saved when logged in so have to look through size guide to remember. Can be time wasting. Feels like there are not many new outfits added- they are mostly the same outfits I notived for past three years. And it would ve nice to have more modern, and simple designs in your Eid and Wedding range. You have great outfits but most are very heavily embroidered, beadwork, catered for weddings in my view. Missing out on capturing part of the community that prefers simpler outfits for big events. Be great to have members perks… i have bought quite a few outfits now and feel that with a reward scheme like other websites, it will encourage me to come back and buy more outfits and tell others.

  Saris that I have bought are of low quality especially for what you are paying, and they do not take returns, or not very easily. I had explained that I wasn’t very happy with the quality I have received and nothing was done on there end. Quite disappointing as I had spend over £350 on saris. Will not be buying again.   TRASH website and order. Scammers. The outfit arrived not looking like what's in the photo. The top was completely deconstructed with just scrap pieces of fabric sent. The skirt was not what it appears in the photo. I am 5ft 3" and skirt is for someone 6" or more. It is heavy and bad quality. The return process is not doable since the package has to be returned within 4 days of receiving it. I will never purchase from here again, never recommend the website, and tell people NOT to order from here. I want my money refunded.

  I ordered a purple saree in January 2024, along with 5 other items. All for my daughter’s wedding on February 24, 2024. The other 5 items were delivered promptly. I received an email stating that the purple saree needed to be remade and it would take 10-12 business days. That would have been February 12,2024, plenty of time for the wedding. I did not receive any updates from the company so I used the chat option and email to request info. I did not receive any reply emails and the chats were always saying “we will inform the design team to expidite the order”. I finally got ahold of someone via the chat who understood the urgency and then I received an email that I would receive the saree on Feb 23, 2024. Not ideal but, at least I would have it for my daughter’s wedding. It is now Sunday, February 25, 2024 and the saree has still not been delivered. I had to wear someone else’s saree to my daughter’s wedding. The company failed to deliver this order as promised and I have asked multiple times for the order to be canceled and for a refund. I spent $142 on a saree that I was not able to wear as intended. The customer service for this issue was an utter failure. I would not give this any stars whatsoever but that is not an option.

  Tried returning bangles I got that was not in great shape. It doesnt open or close well. The screw to close the bangles is black and tinted and looks like it's about to break. Then I'm told it's a non returnable item.

  I did not get the saree I ordered. I was expecting the saree as pictured with simple embroidery. I got the one with shiny threads and plastic pearly stuff with embroidery that I won’t be able to use.

  Website states 'Free Delivery on orders over £100'. This is not true (and possibly making this statement is against the law). I was charged delivery because of where I live. I live in Bedfordshire, hardly a difficult place to get to! Customer Services did help slightly offering me a discount voucher which I had already claimed anyway and then a bit extra. But in my opinion you cant offer free delivery unless you state on the website the areas you wont deliver free. My dress arrived promptly and is Beautiful !

  I ordered a custom made suit which Is so not the size I ordered, I have 35.5 hips my trousers are 42 inch hips, I am 5'4 my dress is 60 inches long, the suit is massively too big for me even after the double checked my measurements and asked for photos, I have just wasted £144 and I am absolutely fuming and I would not recommend anyone using this company

  While the Andaaz team is excellent at communicating, we have not been happy with how they have dealt with our main issue which is that the blouses were not stitched as per the measurements provided. We have received three outfits so far and the blouses/tops for all the outfits have required alterations. I have paid $180 for alterations and they have agreed to reimburse me only a fraction of the cost.
