  The initial service provided was very good. I have ordered a few dresses now. This dress was made a bit differently. Didn't have the same level of adjustability as the last ones. I think it depends who does the sewing. But can't complain the dress is well made. The prices are a little on the high side when you custom order. Good service. Thank you Andaaz.

  I contacted a member of the team regarding this outfit and said I would not wanted it altered as I may need to return this. They advised I should get a size 46 which is plus size and I said I think I would prefer to get the next size up just in case. And checked again regarding the refund. I have now tried to return the item and have been told as this is a plus size I can not get a refund. Awful customer service. I have contacted Trading standards and they have confirmed this should have been confirmed at the time. I made them aware I was plus size. I will be leaving a review to explain how awful the experience has been and would never buy from this site again

  Their sales team was always dedicated to maintain good communication. I got information always. But at the very beginning they were not clear about their courier price. For that reason I had to pay twice which was unacceptable. Because every customer has fixed budget, so it is hard to change tjeir budget instantly. Thanks.

  I basically ordered a size 54 in the chest. I was contacted and ask what was my size without loose fitting which was a 52. The garment was suppoae to be 5inches bigger but it wasn't. I've taken to a tailor to get it adjusted and it's costing me $200. Next time I will stay with the size I ask for originally.

  Worst experience ever. They practically make it impossible for you to return your order. I ordered a dress from them which turned out to be a bad copy of a designer dress which by the way, they were selling at the same price as the original designer. Even though, the order originally came from Delhi, India, they dont let you send it back to India. They want you to return it to a UK or a US address which costs you even more than the price of the item. Ridiculous!

  I Ordered an Anarkali outfit from Andaaz fashion which I loved. I loved that you can do different color and add in any type style you may like we which I did. The only thing I was disappointed in was the Dupata which was very plain so I contacted Andaaz fashion and they were mire than happy to add some designs to my Dupata which I had to pay an additional price for that which I don't mind. But I am still waiting for my Dupata to be shipped.

  I ordered 6 dresses from Andaaz and they are all top quality! Very well made,the stitching ,embroidery, all of it. Once it shipped it arrived in about 5 days. We'll package, no smells to the clothes. The dresses are beautiful and look just like the pictures.

  The good: they assign dedicated, polite and responsive representative to communicate your customization and preferences. I asked them for modifications after the first embroidery to match the original design more, and they made an effort to redo it. The bad: Sizing, despite measuring accordingn to their videos, was still off. I specifically asked for looser measurements so for alterations its easier to tuck in. Final product design is okay, but sleeves very tight and i was disappointed that i couldnt fully slip on the dress to see if rest of the measurements are fine. Finishing also not good, because embroidery/glue is coming off in places, and embroidery wire is unwinding. My biggest disappointment really is in the sizing. On the whatsapp chat i specifically asked the “designer” to make the armhole loose. They insisted my measurements were incorrect and off from standard sizing and kept pointing me back to the videos (which said not to pull the measuring tape too tight). I clearly told them IN WRITING ON WHATSAPP CHAT if i pull measuring tape tight around armhole it will be the measurement they are suggesting. They are supposed to understand material better. But final product they went with that tighter measurement, and now it does not fit, nor do i see material to loosen. And all of this back and forth on whatsapp, would have appreciated if they could schedule a phone call to have cleared the measurements. I would have rated 3 stars for the good things alone but just because of how disappointing armhole size is, I am going to give 2. Heartbreaking is the word for it, I was really looking forward to finally trying it on.

  The order never arrived and has been lost by EPS/DPD who have no tracking no. for it. I ordered this for a special occasion and have been left in a position where there was not time to replace the item before I left for India. I will be seeking recompense from Andean/EPS/DPD to cover the £188.00 cost.

  Had ordered 3 suits which are very nice. But unfortunately all 3 came incomplete. I had selected the free matching mask with each of the suits and never received. I contacted Andaaz Fashion and they stated it must of been a technical issue even though it showed on my email receipt for the orders placed. Customer service requested me to place another order for suits to get a discount. But the only discount I was getting was for the items that had already been on sale. No other discount was made. So I decided not to order because I wasn’t getting any additional discount for the items not received. For a business this I can say is bad service and for this reason I probably will not buy from them again. They just want to sell the suits but not prove customers with credit, discount etc. If they made a mistake with the order you placed.

  The suit looked nothing like it does in the photos, it looked very cheap considering how much it cost, and it also fit badly - the top was too big and the bottoms were too small. When I tried to return it i had to email multiple times before I was able to get confirmation that I would get a refund, and even still it’s not a full refund, AND you have to pay for your own shipping, and I still haven’t received the refund even though it was delivered a week ago. I won’t be buying from Andaaz again.

  I wasn't too keen on the website as it gives you sizes for a price and then says you should opt for an extra size which depending on the size may cost more. Saying that customer service was very good when I queried about the extra cost. They explained the reason and then offered me a discount on my purchase as a jester of good faith. Product was delivered in a timely manner and packaged very well.

  Good selection but site can be hard to navigate. It’s not easy getting custom measured tailoring if you are plus size. First order they made all wrong, second order they repeatedly questioned measurements which I deliberately had done for a looser fit bc they made it too tight first time on prior order. It took a lot to get them to do the right thing ie replace the defectively made item with a new one. They should do better for plus size women. It’s insulting they make it so hard.

  Very fast delivery and quick to respond. I am overall very happy with the quality of the product and the contact with andaazfashion. However I just give 4/5 stars because I wear normaly size M. For Andazfashion this is already considered oversize and you need to pay in addition to that .

  Customer service was really good with regard to my trouser suit, trouble was taken to make sure the fit would be right. Customer service for the earrings was poor, they sent the wrong colour and would not, or could not, replace them. They do not accept jewellery returns, even when incorrect, and offered only a partial refund.

  As I was browsing the Andaaz site a small button popped up offering assistance. I was glad I took advantage of that. The person on the other end was extremely helpful! Not being familiar with Indian clothing and culture I asked about the appropriateness of a few gowns for a wedding celebration. The person offered information in helping me choose a gown. Since I was getting a gown made to my measurements, the videos showing how to take specific measurements was very clear and very helpful. After placing my order I was contacted in about a week saying it was done and would soon be sent out in the mail. I am so very pleased with my gown, with the service at Andaaz, with their promptness and professionalism. Now I can't wait for the wedding celebration. Thank you Andaaz!

  This has to be the worst website for Asian fashion! This company is not UK based at all and the out fit looks nothing like the image at all despite providing height details. The audacity of these people!!! Upon returning, they advised to get it tailored, and when returned as per the original condition they have the cheek to take a percentage of the full priced item. if this was a UK company this would not happen. Strongly advised everyone and anyone before purchasing anything do not buy from here!! Go to your local Asian shopping area and get something decent.

  I received my order yesterday and the fabric looked superb. I tried it on and loved it but it is too flouncy. Too puffy which is not what it looks like on line. But the trousers are perfect and the dress is beautiful but it makes me look fat. The online pic shows a more streamlined dress. There are at least two panels of fabric too much. Luckily I am attending my daughters wedding in Dubai and can get it altered in time but this was not the stress I needed.

  They don’t even deserve 1 star. Ordered twice, and the outfits did not reach in time both times. Order placed a month in advance and reminded them of the dates of the occasions twice each time, and yet the outfits still did not reach in time. I was reassured on the despatch date, but in the end they shipped 5 days later than the promised date. Don’t waste your time and money on Andaaz, other places have the same items at much cheaper prices and ships on time.

  The product was what I saw on online, but upon measuring myself with the accurate measurement, they even made some extra allowance to it, however, it turned out to be tight, one of the buttons fell. I will commend them for their communication, straight from day 1, they kept in contact, on WhatsApp showing me what to do to receive a perfect dress.

  I would say what I paid for the outfit is not worth the value. Workmanship is not very good and outfit looks cheap. Customer service was pushing for the order. Once I received the outfit and complained no one is interested. Will never use you again.

  It is rare these days to find a company that has such fabulous customer service, provides first class tailoring and all at very reasonable prices. I ordered an outfit for a wedding and the very next day was contacted to confirm measurements to ensure a perfect fit. A week later my jacket arrived and was a perfect fit. Not an easy task considering I am 6' 5" tall with a 54" chest. I have since ordered 3 more outfits and was really impressed by the advice and guidance I received over WhatsApp from their customer service team. It was a genuine pleasure to deal with Andaaz Fashion.

  Two stars for engaging on WhatsApp and fast shipping but end product is bad stitching, smelly garments and poor fitting is what u can about this product. Though they tried to immediately engage me via WhatsApp, I can see from final product that it’s made in some cheap shop where the tailor doesn’t even know where the natural waist would be. The jacket seems to be intricate but not the style you see in the picture , it feels like night gown length and width where 4 people can fit in it. Overall not at all worth the money or wait.
