Verified reviewThe shipping was almost as expensive as what I bought! I suppose that is because it is international. It would also be nice if I could buy a few select patterns that I like as a digital download - I would happily pay per pattern if I could get it digitally, and pick the patterns I like!

Verified reviewShopping for the yarn was easy enough. Getting the special offer coupons to work was trickier. I could not figure out how to get the free shipping if order was over $60 (as advertised on the catalog). Finally, just submitted the order (deadline looming). Happy to do another review when I receive the yarn.

Had additional items in cart and took them out. looked to see if I needed a code, but was given other two offers so do not know why I was charged for shipping. Spent a lot of time trying to make it work.

Verified reviewI had to look diligently for comparative options for the yarn I was trying to use in place of the one called for in my pattern… not one of yours. It would be helpful to include a subdivision of the menu that is washable. Otherwise the subcategories and the stitches per inch/row and needle size is something everyone else is still trying to catch up on. It is there for my use. Another thing is a sort for those sizes…. I had to go through the whole list to get to the 3 or 4 that had potential but they were along a widely opposite margin.

Verified reviewAfter my order, it stays pending for two weeks. There is no way to contact bergère de France. Com. No phone number, no email address, no messenger. The only possible contact is to ask information for knitting process. I was obliged to contact berbère de France.fr to explain my problem. Now my order has been process thought France.
