  I really enjoyed the Izipizi experience. The staff member in the Covent Garden store was really helpful and friendly. Also the glasses are great functionally and looks wise. Finally the price point is spot on. All in all - a great purchase. I suspect we are going to get a few of these in the family (readers, sunnies etc).

  Experience was good enough but when I asked if there is a discount if I bought multiple pairs I was told there isn't. So I only bought one pair meaning izipizi miss out on sales. Seems odd.

  Last year I bought a couple of reading glasses from you. Unfortunately both frames snapped within the guarantee period. The sales person said it was a manufacturing fault and I got immediately two substitutes. No quibbles at all. Great service!

  Phoned prior going to shop to check what I wanted was in stock. Phone answered quickly and very friendly assistant checked for me. Went next day and all the staff very friendly and helpful. I went there on recommendation and was not disappointed.

  Hi No don't worry to be honest I won't ( after wearing IZIPIZI for many years ) buy again. All I wanted to do was to put more money towards buying glasses that would not break as it's the third tone I have had to replace them . But I was actually questioned over how I wear them and although they were replaced I definitely do not need to be questioned about how I store my glasses . But being a good person maybe she was trying to help. Thank you Diane

  Unfortunately, I have been experiencing a significant issue with the lenses. The lenses appear to be distorted, which causes visual discomfort and results in frequent headaches when I wear them. I chose Izipizi because of your reputation for quality, but this problem makes the glasses very difficult to use. Thank you for your prompt attention.

  I now have 7 pairs of IZIPIZIS my daughter has 5 and son in law 1. A beloved pair of red reading specs had a damaged arm and I popped in to the Covent Garden store ro see if it could be rescued. Sadly not but a very charming assistant suggested I choose a replacement pair from the current range. I'm wearing them now - very smart translucent pale blue. Thanks very much.

  It is never easy to choose sunglasses on your own and thanks to Asmaa and Shannon I had a great experience at the shop in Covent Garden. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses without any pressure. They took the time to make sure the fit and style were just right.   The sales were very friendly. The 1st shop near Oxford Street didn't have the glasses I wanted. Then the sales offered to help me check the Covenant Garden shop and asked the shop keeper there to give it for me. Very helpful.
