  Staff were polite but showed zero enthusiasm. They seemed bored, unhappy and I had to prompt for basic information repeatedly. The service quality varies wildly depending on who's working. Some visits feel professional, others feel like you're interrupting their day. For a brand I've supported for a decade, this inconsistency is disappointing. The shop's only real value is trying frames before buying. Beyond that basic function, it adds little to the customer experience.

  I popped into the shop on my way to the cinema and wasn't expecting to buy anything. I just wanted to browse the different styles and tried a few on but really liked how lightweight the sunglasses were and one particular frame that ended up making a very spontaneous purchase. Really pleased with how comfortable every pair of glasses felt both on the nose and on the ears.

  I looked up sunglasses camden the night before and discovered your site and found the virtual reality method of trying on the sunglasses really really helpful. So then I went to the store the next day and asked the staff member if the glasses suited me and he recommended a slightly wider pair which defo suited me more. He was really helpful and formerly and made the experience good, I was impressed

  The sales executive was friendly, helpful, supportive, patient and informative at the branch in Camden. However I have been using the branch in Soho and never once did they mention anything about the 2 year free warranty. I have broken at least 4 pairs.

  I like your products, but would be nice to have more options of lens colours. And a mirror with a strong white light to see how it looks in natural light, sometimes when is just warm lights I can't see very well

  The experience at the store was very good. I bought the glasses but realized that they are defective and they sit crookedly on my face. They even have a dark mark on one side as if they have been heated.
