Verified reviewStaff were polite but showed zero enthusiasm. They seemed bored, unhappy and I had to prompt for basic information repeatedly. The service quality varies wildly depending on who's working. Some visits feel professional, others feel like you're interrupting their day. For a brand I've supported for a decade, this inconsistency is disappointing. The shop's only real value is trying frames before buying. Beyond that basic function, it adds little to the customer experience.

Verified reviewI popped into the shop on my way to the cinema and wasn't expecting to buy anything. I just wanted to browse the different styles and tried a few on but really liked how lightweight the sunglasses were and one particular frame that ended up making a very spontaneous purchase. Really pleased with how comfortable every pair of glasses felt both on the nose and on the ears.
