  Always good - my go to place for glasses and sunglasses. Easy - and staff know clearly the range and the styles. Like going in - glasses you have to try on - and then you can order on line if you need additional pairs.

  The staff were extremely polite and always smiling! The prices on the glasses were very good, and there was an ok variety to choose from. Even though I was there on holiday and from another country, they told me that if anything happens to the glasses, I can contact them and they will assist me online. Highly recommended!

  The staff & products are great. However I wanted a gift receipt, and the printer wasn't working so they couldnt provide one. I had to buy a pair of glasses and use the regular e-receipt for a gift, which is fine, but not ideal.

  Dealing with IZIPIZI is always a mixed experience. If it's online it takes a while and sometimes they don't show up. In the shop (Carnaby st) it depends on the day and the staff working. Some are very helpful and friendly others.... not so much. As for the glasses they break easily compared to other similar brands but they do their job. Nice designs.

  I had a great experience recently at the Izipizi store in Covent Garden London with the very friendly and helpful sales staff. I bought a pair of the new style "Chapters" readers in the Old Leather color - an extremely stylish pair of readers at a very affordable price! I've been an Izipizi customer for years, but these new style options are next level - keep up the great work!

  The sunglasses I bought for my 6yr old were perfect. Great fit and fantastic design! The spring loaded flexible arms are perfect so they can take some stick from my daughter. Unfortunately we only had the pleasure of using them for 1 hour, after riding on the London underground then train to the airport, when we arrived she had lost them somewhere en route :( We will try find the limited edition colour again. Very satisfied customer if only for a very short time!
