My eyeglass frames broke during my trip to Paris. With my lenses in hand, I visited several opticians looking for a suitable frame. When I entered your store, I didn't realize you sold pre-made prescription glasses. I'd heard of your brand, but I didn't know I could buy prescription glasses directly. You saved my entire trip. I bought both regular and sunglasses. Thank you.

I love my IZIPIZI glasses. I intended to buy more but I refused to use the DETAX app that you require. Firstly, there was no WIFI in the store. Secondly, the app ‘takes' a portion of the DETAX dollar amount. That's a lazy way of IZIPIZI to do business. Every other Paris business from small boutique to large department store processed my DETAX forms. That app which would take a portion of my money was the deciding factor of why I didn't purchase the 5 pairs of glasses that I intended. One pair was enough. For those from the US buying in France, spending 101euros the amount required to get almost 20% tax back when departing France. At CDG it's easy to use the DETAX kiosk. FYI IZIPIZI is sold in all the department stores where your DETAX forms will be processed easily. That way you're sure you'll get all your DETAX money as opposed to the app taking their portion.
