Verified reviewI can always find what I need, even the small parts. Quality and fitment has always been good. It’s disappointing that any hardware I’ve received recently is metric. I had to add metric wrenches to the tool bag because of parts ordered from KW.

Verified reviewThe people at Kaiser Willy’s are very nice. If you have a problem they will work with you to fix it. Good job. The problem I have had a few times now is that the pictures they show for items may not be what you get. You almost have to phone them and verify what is shown is what you are going to get. They need to work on that. If they get a new vendor they need to update the photos to reflect what you get. Once again they are a good source for parts.

Evidently that is not the case. I always log into my account when ordering and the only email that is received is "thank you for your order". When I access the order history page, I see the order but nothing beyond the placement of the order. All orders up to 5 Dec 2022 reflected the steps in the order process and ended with "shipped" and a tracking number. Every order since then is still in the "awaiting fulfillment" status, not reflecting that it has been shipped or providing a tracking number.

So, there is a problem with your system, and you are expecting the customer to fix it? As I see it, you have been notified of an issue with your website, where upon you do not see it as not being in your interest to address it.

I understand how frustrating that must be! (This is the webmaster now replying) When we migrated over to a new platform last year, we had an issue between our inventory and order management system and the new e-commerce software that interrupted the integration for shipping updates that you were used to having before; however, we did just open a new support ticket up recently to see if there is a way for us to improve that part of the customer experience. I am sorry that it has been difficult for you and others to access that information. Please rest assured that while it won't be an easy or quick fix, we are actively working with our developers to improve this for all customers. I do hope to get those improvements done as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience in advance, and do let us know if there is anything else we can help with in the meantime.

Verified reviewOrdered some engine mounts off the website. Come to find the supplier no longer produces them and they are not available. I received a refund. However, it put me behind schedule in my project. Just wish items that are no longer available would be removed from online catalog/website.
