  Hello Mr, We are very sorry to see the condition in which your order was delivered to you. Unfortunately the carriers take little care in handling the packages, which, despite the protections placed in the box, are sometimes mishandled. Did you put any claim with the delivery man on the receipt sheet ? When receiving a delivery, remember that it is your responsibility to check the condition of the goods in the presence of the delivery man, and to make any claims if necessary before signing. In case of a problem, the package must be refused and correct claims have to be issued, along with your signature, and the words package refused / damaged goods / missing items (for example). It is also highly recommended to claim the quantities (number of goods concerned). If claims have not been issued properly, you are responsible for having accepted the delivery and no additional claims will be accepted, either by DriftShop or by the carrier.   This has not happened to me with other carriers and other companies. Please check your cushioning elements inside the packages, take the time to prevent yourselves from carriers. Consider using another carrier. You are the one sending the package, I am a customer, it would be unfeasible for both me and the carrier to check the inside of the package for each one I receive before signing for delivery. But yes I can change store if others offer me a better service, and that costs me much less effort than putting a complaint to several sites to get nothing. I hope my comment will help to improve your service in the future.

  Couldn't ask for a better shop. Ordered the exhaust for my gt86 on a Saturday. Received the shipment email first thing on Monday morning and had it delivered by the end of the week. Couldn't ask for quicker service than that.
