It came within a week. Well packed and no dents or scratches. It was as pictured. Did fit the Civic just had to remove a rubber piece so the exhaust wouldn’t burn it. But I’m sure I can figure something out. Sounds amazing! Happy with the purchase. Would buy again from them.

Order the wrong product the initial process was quick. Then I return it and this part is taking forever. I tracked my package and it’s been sitting there untouched for 5 days and I never even opened the box and still have yet to receive my store credit

We do wish to stress that this is not the norm as most returns are processed through and completed quickly. Unfortunately, due to a delay from the manufacturer, some returns are taken longer than expected to complete. From what we can see, the manufacturer has responded and the return is due to be completed shortly. Well quite unsatisfied since couldnt buy of you with paypal because Im in another country and your payment system deems it scam, I tried via directly PayPal but the same issue, so about services must remain neutral but quite unsatisfied because I see other items I would like to get for mi Fb6 civic but since we had the payment issue it seems I can't buy anything from you guys, I always buy with PayPal via ebay and never had these issues. Answer by procivic.comFlagRivas, We do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we do are not setup to ship directly to international customers outside of the US or Canada. We are still able to process orders if payment is done through options like PayPal and use a freight forwarder. However, PayPal can sometimes still block transactions as well. We do not know the reason for this as it is their decision to make. In the case that this does not work as well, we do offer other payment options. A bank wire transfers is another option that can be used. It is an alternative to when debit/credit card or PayPal cannot be used. Though we understand this may be less convenient, it is another payment option offered for those who are having issues with more standard payment options. Ordered the Tein EnduraPro shocks and struts along with the SiriMoto braided steel brake hoses. On the Tein EnduraPros, I gotta say these have made a huge difference with the D2 lowering springs I have on my 10th gen Civic. Both bumps and potholes are way less harsh now that I have them installed, making my rude much smoother. Also can't wait to get the steel hoses installed with new calipers and DOT 4 brake fluid. SiriMoto makes excellent products so I'm positive they'll work well and last a long time. 👍👍 for Pro Car Studio on the super fast shipping too. Thank you!

The order transaction went very smooth. Parts arrived in great condition. Fitment of the grill for my 10th gen Civic is good, not great. If you have a Type R, I recommend using 75700-SNW-003 red Honda "H" emblem for fitment. You will have to cut off the alignment pegs, but it fits perfect otherwise.

As is notated on the site, the parts being ordered are specific to all civic from 06-11. This has been confirmed by various customers currently using them. These have been sold for nearly as long as the car has been out without issues. Per your email, you simply notated that you were told they were not correct and requested a return. As such, we followed the standard overall returns process as is notated on our site. Since no other elaboration on the reason why it did not fit, it was treated as a standard return. We also provided the option to select a store credit option to exchange for the parts you wanted without any return or restocking fees. We work hard to ensure our parts are listed correctly and have had these available for a long time without issues. Great for selection, ease of purchase, and fast shipping!!!! Ordered lowering springs twice and both times had them within 4 days. The negative though is once I place an order I get a lot of spam emails and fake order confirmations so that I feel is a site with bad customer information safety.

I ordered the product expecting it to do exactly what the description depicted it to do. It simply did not perform the way I had hoped and when I asked to return the product with no damage they told me that they couldn’t under any circumstances do anything about the situation. On our returns and cancellations page, we do notate that any parts that have been installed, registered, or modified are not eligible, for a return. This especially applies to electronic parts due to their fragility. As you stated in your email, you did install the part and used it shortly after receiving it. Due to this, the return was unfortunately, denied. Since we do not sell or offer any used parts, we do not accept returns for used items. We have also had instances where manufacturers deny returns if there are signs of installation as well. This may result in parts returned and possible additional fees applied. To ensure that this is avoided and ensure our customers do not experience additional issues, these policies were put in place. If you like, please email us or the manufacturer directly to report specifically what you did not like about the product, and to see if there are any solutions possible. These shouldn’t have costed $185. The bottom clips were stuck on with what seemed to be super glue. And both broke off with me not forcing them on. All the clips seemed cheaper than the oems. Every other product I’ve ever bought from y’all I’ve been very satisfied with the quality. These are not that. Fitment was fine I don’t expect the fitment to be perfect.

This is a dry style carbon fiber, which will have a matte or satin finish to it. This is also fairly common on hoods and trunk lids, among other smaller parts as well. A gloss finish is simply the top coat they put on the carbon fiber. We ensure that the parts we offer are to the best spec and the descriptions are as accurate as possible. The site was pretty simple to navigate through - Delivery was fast, about a week maybe a week and a half at most and during the busy holiday season too I was pleased with that. Also the product came in good condition which was great to see - I purchased a front lip for my car and I haven’t installed it yet but I have test fit and it appears to be perfect! I intend to paint it and then install in the coming weeks, I’m quite confident that it will be just the look/performance I was looking for… If I had to be critical of something I guess it would be the overall selection of product, I wish there was more to choose from and more brands… But no doubt will be shopping with Procivic again if they indeed stock what I’m looking for!! The front lip should be available in carbon fiber

Order came in fast, installation was simple but bolts stripped easily and ruined threads, needed some minor adjustments for the rear coilovers because the forks were too wide for the mount so I had to hammer both sides because the bolt wouldn’t screw in properly. Other than that it does what it’s suppose to do.
