  I’ve ordered from pro civic a few times already with no issues at all. I ordered a shift knob and it came in defective with no thread. I took a picture and sent it to their customer care. Right away they emailed me back and shipped me out a new one same day! Great customer service with fast shipping!

  Procivic did not have the headlight bulbs i ordered in stock, so they had the company email them directly to me. Emailed me what was happening through the entire process and even gave me an update on my order outside of normal buisness hours. I will happily order from Procivic again in the future.

  I ordered a new grill and Injen cold air intake for my 2019 Civic SI. Everything went smooth and I received my cold air intake basically next day and the grill right on scheduled time.   I had a shipping delivery problem. When I emailed them about the issue they quickly replied to get the return process going but ask to look around first. So the garage door was open and the package was sat inside the garage near the door instead of the front door. All was well and I got my package on time!
