Sold me an item they didn't have in stock. Should have known this and told me. They didn't hesitate to take my money. Still haven't received my order, and from what they told me it will be weeks before it ships. Not likely to use them again.

The parts being ordered are either stocked by our warehouses or shipped directly from the manufacturer. This particular manufacturer has recently been a bit slow a bit slow to confirm stock or ship parts out due to a high demand on visors. Shipments are generally fast to ship and process through. However, the manufacturer did confirm that your particular visor did have an inventory error and was not able to ship out. As soon as we were notified of this, we did attempt to contact you to let you know about the issue. However, we were not able to get in touch with you during the initial call and email. You did reach out to us when you saw our email and we went over the details. We provided you with the option to wait for it, cancel, or switch to a different product. In the end, you decided to wait for the product to be ready. We are already scheduled to update you with further details close to the date the manufacturer told us. Site was fine, pictures of products could be better, prices are fine. Product itself seemed very cheap, i ordered kia window visors. When they came in the box was fine but when opened the product came in what was supposed to be a sealed piece attached to some cardboard. The seal was peeled back and it was easy to open which is fine cause the product wasnt damaged. I took the product out to check fitment and realized it looked nothing like the photos. Instantly requested a return and refund. They stated i had to verify the product was fine working condition and not installed which i did. I then was given instructions to bring to Fedex or ups and send it back for a refund. I had to spend $30 more dollars to send back an item i paid $65 for. So now im in the product $95. You also have to put a number on the box so they know whose return it is even though they have you send them a tracking number to travk the package. When the product gets there they charge a 15% restocking fee... so now im out 15% more. This is just crazy to me. Ive purchased many aftermarket parts and for something so simple and cheap that they most likely wont even restock is just crazy. I went elsewhere for a replacement of what i bought from here. It seems they sale cheap Chinese knock off parts. I would have been better off throwing these parts away after all the hassle of the return.

The manufacturer, AVS in this case, does not always provide images for all their products. If they do, we make sure to load it to the site and if the don't the image general image is labeled as such. On our site, we do outline the returns procedure and the requirements needed to complete it. There is also always the option to select store credit, which eliminates the manufacturer restocking fee. The parts you selected are specific to your model and should have worked without issues. Again, the images on the site were generic images. However, the parts sent out were specific to your model and could be confirmed with the part number on the box. We also do not sell any knock off parts on our site. We work directly with the manufacturers or purchase from authorized dealers only. This ensures that we maintain good relationships with the manufacturers and ensure that customers get authentic parts as well. Please let us know if you have any other questions. My experience with Pro Import was actually really good. After making my order a technician called me to let me know of some fitment issues regarding what i ordered and my specific car. He helped me find what i needed then proceeded to finalize the order. And finally my order (coil overs and sway bar) showed up 2 days later. Overall great experience with this company.

Tbh the products dirty almost looks used the slightest bit but the welds are very clean it’s obviously a polished product very much high in quality but I do feel maybe there could be one more step in the process of sending it out where they clean it out quick but overall very quality product will install later today

This can be slight soot, slag, or other leftovers from the welding process. Since this will be exhaust related, it will not effect the performance or function at all. Great customer service and fast shipment. My mechanic told me the exhaust system fit very well. He only had to slightly bend a tip of one of the mounts. There is a noticeable difference in acceleration. My Xterra now has a throaty rumble to it thanks to the 3" tailpipe. I would suggest also offering a 2-1/2" tailpipe version as a quieter option. Would definitely do business with Pro Import Tuners again!

Ordered my parts on Thursday was told they were shipped Friday but they didn't ship till Monday. Didn't get them in time for my alignment appt.

The order was placed late in the day on Thursday, 3/7 close to our closing time. The order was processed through and the following day, the order was prepped and ready for pickup. You can see that the label was made on 3/8, which shows that the package was ready for FedEx. However, FedEx did not pickup our shipments that day for an unknown reason. Though we contacted FedEx, we were unable to get a proper reply from them. Since we and our warehouses are closed over the weekend, the next pickup would occur the following business day. The order was picked up and was in transit as normal. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We wish to stress that this is not the norm by any means and most shipments arrive very quickly. Delays from the shipping companies may slow deliveries in a few cases, but we can assure that the vast majority of our shipments arrive quickly. Bought control arms listed for my car. They dont fit. Got referred to the manufacture. They didnt answer me. Contacted Pro Import again and got told to check my spam mailbox. Im a Subaru tech. I know they dont fit. No response from Truhart still, not even in my spam box. Done with this.

The website navigation was easy to use for me, even on mobile. My shocks were delivered quick, took about 3 days to where I'm at in central California. I don't usually write reviews, but their customer service was great and stands out from other websites. The day after I made the order customer service reached out to me thru email letting me know that the shocks i ordered can vary for my front suspension mount style with either a ball mount or fork style mount so they wanted to make sure i was ordering the correct one before sending it out. I verified it with them and they got back to me quick as well. I thought this was great because i watched a YouTube video on a tutorial for replacing the shocks on my car and the guy in the video took out his shocks and spring from it just to find out partsgeek had sent him the opposite mounting style shock for his application. That really stood out to me because I would hate to be taking my front suspension apart just to find out I don't have the correct part 2 hours into it and having to put everything back how it was originally. Thanks pro import tuners! Will come back to buy more shocks for my other car in about 15-20k more miles lol
