  I had ordered 2 parts for my 2021 corolla apex sedan, and the parts were her within 2 weeks. Also I wanted to know where the packaging and if the order had be recieved, the customer service representative helped me alot and I was given all the info I needed. Great service, fast deliver to Toronto Canada and amazing aftermarket parts. I will be purchasing again. Thank you Proimporttuners your guys are amazing.

  Please contact me. You said my order shipped a month ago but according to the tracking number it hasn't been. I am unable to get ahold of a real person using your phone number and the email address for customer support gets returned saying it doesn't exist. Apparently I'm not the only one having these issues too according to the complaints on the better business bureau. Please contact me so we can resolve this!

  The website is easily navigated and great descriptions on products available. Made my purchase with the site stating that the products were "in stock" in turn received an email shortly after about issues with my order and to call their customer service. Turns out that half of my parts I ordered were NOT in stock even tho website said they were. Had to verify I was the card holder even after my card was charged not a big deal. Was told it would be upwards of two weeks till my order shipped hopefully not more which is a big let down but I could wait. Customer service is okay polite and understanding my only concern is I have had no updates on my order at all and their billing department will not ship the other half of my order separate. Honestly if the customer service rep I spoke with hadn't been as polite and understanding I probably would have gave this a 1star. Still waiting to hear updates on my order. After 2250 dollars spent.

  Easy search on web site, good in depth info on the products that they carry, on the strut bar, very easy install took more time to gather the tools than the install it, the strut bar seems (subjective) to impart a bit more stiffness to the frt end. very good price and fast shipping, totally satisfied

  I could have given a 5 stars but the packaging could have been a little better. All 4 boxes where the coilovers came in where all ripped off and the bag where the adjustable tools came in was ripped open. First time impressions goes a long way and mine didn't got too far buying at Pro Imports for the first time. I did line the fact that Oscar called me on the phone to verify that it was me who made the purchase, other companies would have just charged my card in a heartbeat.

  It was my first time buying from Pro Import Tuners and they put a stop to my card and made sure it was I that was purchasing. That’s great customer service to me! As a business they could’ve just charged my card and made their money but the fact that they took time to make sure it was legitimately me goes above my expectations. I’ve already ordered again.   Bought a TPS sensor for a 2002 Acura TL and took about a day for them to process but then only 2 days to ship AND it arrived earlier than predicted that day. They also wrapped the initial sensor in a package and then put that package in ANOTHER bubble-wrapped package. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with shopping with you guys and will likely be ordering from you guys again! Quick, easy and professional!
