At first was iffy couldn’t find much review wise decided to order came within the week everything included. Took about an hour to install without removing the strut bar but am very happy with the product also was like 30 dollars cheaper then all other sellers

I will only order parts from Pro Import Tuners. Their customer service is Top notch! It's elite! Even when I ordered they called me just to make sure it was really me ordering the part due to the high dollar amount. They really take care of their customers. I was quoted that my part would arrive in 4-5 days. It arrived in 2. And i live in Canada.I was blown away. Kudos to the the Pro Import Tuners team!

I ordered a similar part from another website that claimed they would work with my car but they were way too small. These ones from Pro Import Tuners said they would fit and they DID!! The items I bought which are the red polyurethane motor mounts for a 2006 Honda Accord with the 3.0 VTEC motor are amazing! I break OEM motor mounts in less than 8 months. I break other replacement mounts within a three to a 6-month period nothing seems to last. However these polyurethane mounts are very heavy duty, and once I installed them I can definitely tell the difference putting the power to the ground. I'd love the product, I just wish they would manufacture transmission polyurethane mounts also for my car. Without the polyurethane transmission mounts it's like wearing one shoe with a sock and one shoe without. I love the products they carry I just wish they would carry complete products for a vehicle. But anybody out there with a stock 2006 Honda Accord who is looking to replace motor mounts I would highly recommend the 60 a series mounts. You do get a little bit of vibration when you put the vehicle in gear and you're sitting at a stoplight but other than that you get pure drivable power without all the twists and without having to worry about how soon will you have to replace your next mount. They are built heavy duty, the old ones are a pain in the neck to get out but putting the new ones in from Pro tuner is easy and they look very nice also. The lifetime warranty on this product takes away all the worry also. Looking at these and handling the mounts you can tell why there is a lifetime warranty on them they are just built heavy duty like Vehicles back in the 50s 60s and early seventies used to be. Pro tuners has a good product! Like I said my only wish is that they also carried transmission mounts made of the same polyurethane.

Answer by Michael RFlagThe gas pedal definitely would not go all the way to the floor and I know it's properly installed because Toyota has little hooks that goes through the holes in the mat so I had to cut a notch out of it which is not a problem I'm not really complaining about it it took about 3 minutes to do it but it certainly wasn't what I would call a perfect fit

At first I was very skeptical of this company, just simply due to the fact that I hadn't heard of them before, but I was incredibly pleased with their customer service, and everything that went along with the ordering process. I was notified that my order had been shipped 4 days after I ordered. They had accidentally sent me two tracking numbers, one that was for my order, and one that was not for my order - which seemed to have been an honest mistake. I contacted support about it and they were super quick to answer (no wait at all) and assured me that the tracking number that I had was the correct one.

The product does not fit my car which is the two thousand and twenty four. I am returning what they want to take a restock fee and shipping fee to return the product that does not fit my car. After speaking with the manufacturing company they stated that there's technically no part for that car because of the newest year.

This is confirmed by the manufacturer and can be searched for on their site this way as well. I went ahead and reviewed your emails and wanted to clarify on a few things. Per your emails, you notated that you believe it does not fit due to it sticking out a bit. We asked for images showing this for review, but you never provided them. As is shown on our site and the installed images the manufacturer provided, this is by design. It is not designed to fit flush with the hood as it is meant to clear so that vibrations do not scratch or wear the pain under it. The screws normally included are also not normally set to specific areas under the hood. As the instructions show, they require drilling if you decide to use them. These are not required as the tape is more than enough to hold it and the instructions do notate that the screws are optional. Since the manufacturer's site confirms it will fit the 2024 models, the instructions do not specify that the screws are required to install, and we have sold the item before without issues, this return falls under the standard return procedures. We have been attempting to work with you to help resolve the issue, but you have since stopped replying to us. I will keep it real with everybody. When I was searching for camber control arms, I came across this website and was super doubtful. I really thought this website was a bit sketchy, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I also read the reviews and saw many positive comments about the customer service and the delivery. Well, I decided to take my chances because the price looked promising. I was hoping not to get scammed. Well, the reviews did not lie. Proimporttuners have a wonderful customer service and I can tell that they really care about their brand and their service. They emailed me directly to make sure I was aware that they were working on my order. I called their service number to answer some questions and they picked up relatively quickly. I’m giving 4 stars due to PIT being great all around. Shipping was extremely fast, they reached out due to my billing and shipping address being different to be sure it was me placing the order…. Every company should do this! What I am disappointed about is the Camber kit I purchased. It was advertised as an Eibach kit and even came in a Eibach branded box. Upon open g the box the camber kit was in fact not an Eibach product, it’s actually made by SPC. So here I am thinking I bought a Eibach camber kit so imagine my disappointment when opening the box to a SPC product. The worse part is nowhere on PIT website does it mention anything about the Supposed Eibach camber kits being SPC kits! This should be changed so customers know what they are buying being the kit is $605. That’s my only complaint. PIT was great in every aspect and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service!

Seems like a good product. It changed my engine sound by allowing you to now hear the turbos spool up. I can tell a difference in performance but, I have not seen a very big increase in gas mileage.

Note that the order was placed on 9/17 and we did try to reach out to you due to this being a international order. We were able to get in touch by 9/19 and were able to clear up the hold then. The order was processed through the same day and was handed off to UPS the same day. Tracking in general may take 24-48 hours to update, not including the weekend when we are closed. Tracking was provided to you on Monday, 9/23 when we opened for the week. Note that the tracking was showing movement since 9/20, within 1 day after the order was processed through and cleared. Shipping internationally, including Canada, may have additional holds placed by the government on imported goods. This is not something we have control over as it can be done to any package at random. Regarding the the fees, this also depends on the government as they may apply taxes, brokerage, or other fees as well. Again, this is not something we have any control over. We also want to clarify that we are located in California and all values are in USD only, they do not convert to any other monetary values, we also notate this on our site during checkout. This is the AFE rock basher. It fit as it should and feels like quality parts. It sounds very good. Reasonably quiet while driving normally with a very low growl. But it sounds great when you get on it. My neighbors are happy now that it replaced an obnoxious glass pack

Everything about this site is completely professional. The shipping times are also quick. I love this website for aftermarket performance products. I just wish it had more vehicle specific, instead of universal, products.
