    website is nice easy to use however company needs to do a stock check hahaahah was a little sad that the cold air intake i wanted was out of stock. it also makes me nervous to buy again from here as anything could be out of stock other then that will be returning

Though we do keep the site as up to date as possible, some manufacturers are slower than others to properly update us. However, we also make sure to notify our customers as quickly as possible if something like this occurs. From what I can see, the order was placed in the morning, before we opened for the day. As we began to process the order through, we were notified of the part being out of stock. Shortly after, we ensure to contact you the same day to see how you wishes to proceed. Though we do everything within our power to ensure all the info is accurate, some inventory errors or slow update can occur. Due to this, we always ensure our reps contact the customer and notify them of the situation. We do not leave our customers in the dark and always ensure your are kept up to date as possible.     Received my order 2 days earlier than told which was a nice surprise. The installation of struts and shocks went in flawlessly and gave my car a better than stock feel as I drove down the road. I was looking for a product a step above stock and the Tein struts and shocks delivered.

    Always been a great place to purchase items from. However, For the first time, I had to return a product that was unused and I was disappointed with having to pay for return shipping and a restock fee. $50 bucks down the drain.

To note, we do outline these specific details on our site's returns and cancellations page easily accessible from the tabs on the site. Though it does not apply to everything, some products may carry a restocking fee as it will be returned to the manufacturer. Since we do not sell, offer, or carry any used products, they are sent back to the manufacturer for disposal or refurbishing on their end. As such, a restocking fee is placed on these returned products that are carried over to the customer as well. Though we do try to negotiate and provide assistance to reduce, remove, or waive these fees, it cannot always be applicable.     Unfortunately, I never received my order. I place an order and the tracking number said usps was awaiting the item for about a week. I contacted customer support and they looked into it. They told me there was an error in the warehouse and usps should have my item but again, it said they were awaiting it. This was about 3 weeks since I placed the order. I ended up canceling and getting a refund. Customer service was very prompt and polite though.

The order was fully processed through and we were only waiting for tracking to update. Since we are closed over the weekend, any updates that would occur then, are updated the following business days. Tracking was sent to your email on 8/13 and we were contacted by you regarding an issue with the order. A rep spoke to you regarding an error on the shipping side of the process and offered to help resolve it along with providing a discount for the issue. We did confirm it was shipped and is in transit. Though we always pay for the best possible shipping methods, delays with the shipping companies can occur. Though we do not have direct control over these, we can certainly still help in getting info and trying to sort it out. We want to stress that this is not the norm and normal shipping times are fast in general. We work hard to ensure that all shipments are processed, shipped, and received as quick as possible.     Hi I bought a clutch off you guys, which was supposed to arrive on Thursday-Friday last week but it did not get here until today, I’m messaging because my clutch dropped out yesterday and I had to get it towed home.     Hello, I am sorry to hear about your order delivery time. Reviewing the order, I can see there was a slight delay from the manufacturer on shipping the part out and a delay with FedEx delivery times. The order was placed on 8/4, over the weekend when we are closed. As such, it began to process through on 8/5, Monday when we opened for the week. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update and automatically emailed to you when it is ready. Tracking was sent to you on 8/7, within the time frame mentioned. However, we do see that FedEx had a slight delay in their delivery time frame as it should have been delivered a minimum 1 day earlier. We were not notified and were not provided a reason as to why this happened. We will continue to check with the manufacturers and delivery companies to ensure that all shipping does process and arrive in the appropriate time frame.     They called me personally and told me the exhaust wouldn’t fit and gave me a refund which is nice.

    I was searching the internet for any auto parts providers who had after market shocks for my car. For some unknown reason most companies are out of the front left strut. After scouring the Internet, I came across your website that stated you had a complete set ‘In Stock’. So I ordered it. Seems you are out and not expecting a new shipment for another month. Consider updating your computer inventory system so that it does a better job recognizing when you are out of parts and it shows in your website. I am now waiting over a month for the parts.

The manufacturer at the time did show it available. However, they had an inventory error and parts were actually not in stock.     Placed my order. Sent an email on a Friday of a holiday weekend asking me if my order was right?? What?? My order should be half way here by now! Yes it’s correct so send it. Well that email isn’t answered till after the holiday weekend only to the words of “it’s back ordered”! Wait what what??? You took my order n a back ordered item and didn’t tell me? Then waited days to ask me if my order was right? THEN tell me it’s on back order. Your systems and inventory need serious work to take better care of your customer. You backed my project up weeks!

    Mark, I am sorry to hear about your experience shopping with us. I do wish to clarify on a few things here. The order was placed on 7/3, very close to our closing time. As such, the order could not be processed through the same day. Since we, our vendors, and warehouses were closed in observance of 4th of July, the order could also not be processed through then. Though we were active on 7/5, many vendors were also closed this day as well. Our initial email was sent out to you simply to confirm the note we have on our site was seen and the correct item was selected. It is not unusual for customer to overlook the note and either have problem installing the part or not be able to use them. To ensure this does not happen, we send out a quick email simply as confirmation. As for the shipment, as is we mentioned, many of the warehouses and vendors were still closed during this long holiday weekend. Due to this, we were not able to confirm that the stock info we had from the vendor was accurate till it updated the following working day. Once we got confirmation that the part was actually out of stock with them, we immediately contacted you to notify you and see how you wish to proceed. Unfortunately, the order was placed during a holiday period that delayed many of the stock checks, shipments, and processing of orders. However, we do still ensure our customers are updated as quickly as possible and had this not been a holiday period, you would have been notified the same time the order was processed through.     I find the issue with payment was a bit iffy making it extremely difficult to order since I live in the Caribbean because when we place orders it's alot easier through PayPal and they need to be shipped to a wherehouse first before shipping to out to my country so our billing address usually don't match our shipping address and since there was an issue I decided to go through ebay where it's easier and avoid all the trouble I honestly love the availability of parts but the constant payment issues are a no for me hope this little issue is fixed in the near future

We have no way of inputting international addresses or processing international payments like international credit or debit cards.     No no I clearly understand that you do not ship outside the us you misunderstood I placed the order to be shipped to Miami not outside the us there must've been an issue with my PayPal because the billing address is different that is where the issue was because I live outside the USA so my shipping address is in the USA but my billing address is outside the USA and that's where it must've caused the issue

    Ordered some shocks and struts through Pro Import Tuners. They originally told me that the parts were being made and that they would ship out the next week. Then, over a week later, they called and told me that the items were sold out. They were expecting a new shipment almost 2 months later. I could not wait that long so had to cancel the order.     Kevin, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I do wish to take a bit of time explaining and clarifying on some things. Please note that the stocking issue is not on our end. This is all based on information from the Manufacturer themselves. Though we do stock some of their products, we do not stock everything and rely on their inventory to fill order for items we do not stock or have run out on. Unfortunately, this manufacturer has been having issues with shipments coming in from Japan. With many of their shipments not fulfilling all the open orders at this time. The initial ETA we provided was the latest info from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, they were unable to fulfillment at that time and we were told that it would be in the next shipment. Due to this, we ensured to provide you with updates and ensure that you are kept up to date on the current situation. Though we understand this can be frustrating, we do not wish to leave our customers in the dark and did do our best to provide you the latest info from the manufacturer regarding their replenishment orders from Japan. If changes do occur, we ensure you are updated as well. Though their shipments are taking longer than normal due to circumstances in Japan, they are still bring in shipments and orders are being fulfilled.     I ordered a Megan Racing strut bar for a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer even though I have a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I took a chance that it would fit after researching for a long time. My car was super jumpy and bumpy roads and the shocks and springs are good. The strut bar eliminated 90% of the issue. Ordering and shipping was a piece of cake and the price was the best I could find. If they have more items for my vehicle I will definitely order from them again!

    Hello, Please find more parts and accessories for the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport/RVR/ASX. It's a wonderful vehicle with little to no support for after market accessories. Outside of the U.S. it sells very well. It would be great to find after market parts for off roading, overlanding, etc.
