  I understand that many companies have back orders due to stock or high volume... But, I've been in the automotive industry for about 12 years. A back order of 3-4 months for rain/wind guards is laughably ridiculous. The customer service was quick with emails... although that might be automated. If your going to order aftermarket or add-ons for your project or daily driver, please go to your local bodyshop or custom imports shops... most hole in the wall shops will order for you.

We review each and every order that comes through and ensure to notify the customer if something does pop up. We understand that delays and back orders can be frustrating. We rely on manufacturers to provide us with not only the parts themselves, but also their best estimate as to when their next batch will be ready. Many of the visors we carry are also fairly specialized as they are not manufactured cheaply like many other manufactures. They are injection molded, which does have a longer process, but provides a much higher quality visor. Due to this, they are not cut and ensures a cleaner overall look. We understand that there are plenty of other manufacturers, other shops, and plenty of options. However, not all of them will have the same overall quality.   These guys have good prices, and part of my order was delivered in less than a week. The other part of my order didn't ship until 6 days after I ordered, and for a couple days nobody seemed to know what was going on. My other disappointment was that I had emailed for advice on what to buy and got very little useful info. What I did get was mostly mealy mouthed statements about how different people have different expectations so we can't give you much guidance. You guys are supposed to have some expertise... I'm installing now, and expect everything will go fine.

  Gary, Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it! Reviewing the order, I wanted to go over some details. The order did not ship 6 days later. All parts and tracking were provided well within the same work week the order was placed. The order was placed a bit later in the day on 5/7, most of our final shipments had gone out. One of the parts shipped the same day and tracking was sent out to you as well. The second part shipped from the manufacturer and a slight delay did occur with them.   I ordered a pair of toe links for my 2010 Toyota rav4. The description of the toe links specified that they were for models from 2006-2012. After receiving the toe links, I attempted to install but they would not fit. After researching the part number, they actually were made to fit rav4 models from 2013-2018. I find the description deceptive and since I attempted to install, can no longer attempt to return the toe links due to the return policy.

The parts being ordered are either stocked by our warehouses or shipped directly from the manufacturer. This particular manufacturer has recently been a bit slow a bit slow to confirm stock or ship parts out due to a high demand on visors. Shipments are generally fast to ship and process through. However, the manufacturer did confirm that your particular visor did have an inventory error and was not able to ship out. As soon as we were notified of this, we did attempt to contact you to let you know about the issue. However, we were not able to get in touch with you during the initial call and email. You did reach out to us when you saw our email and we went over the details. We provided you with the option to wait for it, cancel, or switch to a different product. In the end, you decided to wait for the product to be ready. We are already scheduled to update you with further details close to the date the manufacturer told us.   Site was fine, pictures of products could be better, prices are fine. Product itself seemed very cheap, i ordered kia window visors. When they came in the box was fine but when opened the product came in what was supposed to be a sealed piece attached to some cardboard. The seal was peeled back and it was easy to open which is fine cause the product wasnt damaged. I took the product out to check fitment and realized it looked nothing like the photos. Instantly requested a return and refund. They stated i had to verify the product was fine working condition and not installed which i did. I then was given instructions to bring to Fedex or ups and send it back for a refund. I had to spend $30 more dollars to send back an item i paid $65 for. So now im in the product $95. You also have to put a number on the box so they know whose return it is even though they have you send them a tracking number to travk the package. When the product gets there they charge a 15% restocking fee... so now im out 15% more. This is just crazy to me. Ive purchased many aftermarket parts and for something so simple and cheap that they most likely wont even restock is just crazy. I went elsewhere for a replacement of what i bought from here. It seems they sale cheap Chinese knock off parts. I would have been better off throwing these parts away after all the hassle of the return.

The manufacturer, AVS in this case, does not always provide images for all their products. If they do, we make sure to load it to the site and if the don't the image general image is labeled as such. The parts you selected are specific to your model and should have worked without issues. Again, the images on the site were generic images. However, the parts sent out were specific to your model and could be confirmed with the part number on the box. We also do not sell any knock off parts on our site. Based on the information you provided, the correct part should have gone out. Though rare, mistakes can occur and if a part was not correct, we can definitely help resolve this. However, we were never notified by you that the part was incorrect. In order to be able to follow up on this, we require an email or message from your notifying us that the part does not appear to be correct for your model. If you have not already, I would recommend to simply hit reply to any of the emails we have sent you and provide details on the situation. We work hard to always ensure that our customers are happy with their orders and will work to fix any issues with them.   yes I got my part on Friday. but they sent me the wrong item; it does not fit with my car. I don't know why they have my vehicle specification. I opened the package on Sunday when wanted to mount on my vehicle I noticed that the part is wrong.
