  Product has no documentation when it arrived. I call to the company and a guy, who was demeaning and routed me to a web page for the wrong product, because he knew everything and couldn't answer my question. I got off the phone and emailed a review and low and behold someone called me that knew the answer. Issues I don't need to deal with when buying car parts

  Parts were exactly as promised and on time. I was told immediately that one new fuel pump rebuild kit was out of stock but they would let me know when they got more. I sourced it somewhere else but ended up being old refurbished parts. Returned it and learned to stay with Kaiser. Their videos on Old Jeeps and printed catalogs are like having a personal mechanic mentor

  Thanks. These were all parts that are specialty parts manufactured new (ie taillight lenses and rubber gaskets, Willys wagon). All came in a small box but a big price tag. I did take advantage of the free shipping. Without companies like yours I wouldn’t find much of anything and for that I’m thankful.

  I have dealt with Kaiser Willy’s for many years as a Jeep restoration guy. Parts quality are on par with the rest of the vintage Jeep sales places. Your order usually gets to you within the week to Michigan. If there is an issue they fix it no questions asked. If I email them I get answered that day.   Everything I order from Kaiser Willy’s is a perfect match to me jeep. I highly recommend them to anyone who has an old jeep that are restoring or fixing. Even if they don’t show a part on the site just give mike a calll and almost every time he has or can source a part for you. There isn’t a high enough rating for this company if I could leave 100 starts I would. Extremely knowledgeable and fast response even for some random custom mods that were popular they seam to know it all Highly recommended don’t be afraid to call they are extremely helpful

  Was not impressed with the shipping disclosure costs . Connecting gasket domes not fit my cj2a carb as stated. And cheaply made product. Staff were not helpful with my concerns. Basically said it’s yours now we can’t help you we only have 9 people working here.

  Online order was shipped timely. Box arrived well packed and undamaged. Sheet metal replacement had obvious damage with a small dent and crease on a visible face. This will take some time to repair. Why even ship a damaged piece? This should have been sold in a scratched and dented discount sale. Paying for return and time lost for re-shipment doesn’t make sense so I’ll repaire it.

  Die Webseite ist verständlich einfach und gut organisiert, ich habe auf einfachste Weise die nötigen Ersatzteile gut gefunden und auch bestellen können. Bis jetzt habe ich mehrere Bestellungen aufgegeben weil ich vorzu einen Jeep CJ3B restauriere. Die Lieferkosten von den USA in die Schweiz sind etwas hoch, aber dies können wir nicht immer beeinflussen. Immer noch günstiger als wenn ich hier in der Schweiz zu einem Lokalen Händler gehe. Mit etwas Geduld ist bis jetzt jede Bestellung eingetroffen, die Ersatzteile sind von Stabiler Qualität passen und geben keinen Anlass zu Reklamation.   Have by far the best selection and in-hand inventory of parts for vintage Jeeps. Always willing to provide help asd assistance when requested and post the the questions and answers as many have the same questions.   They were right for the Jeep and were straight. The 2 things that could be better were the outside box was almost falling open, but the parts were well wrapped. The other is that the piece could be offered as a but weld piece or a crimped piece. This was not a big deal.

  KW is the go-to place for any part I need for my '51 jeep. I'm not sure how I would be able to restore this little piece of history without them. The catalog is awesome from both a parts resource and also educational. I also like all the pictures of other projects to keep me motivated. I'm on the website so often that I think a "Save for later" feature in the shopping cart section would be helpful-sort of a wish list. I currently will fill the shopping cart as I think of things while working on a project. It may take me several weeks and I appreciate how the site keeps track of it for me.

  Kaiser Willys has an impressive assortment of parts in line with my needs. However, their webshop's support for shipping parts outside the US is really poor. For me living in Europe (EU), it's hard to understand the total price including shipping cost. It must be an easy thing provide the standard shipping cost to countries within the EU.

  As I stated in the review. The last 3 orders have had issues. I ordered an overdrive in July of last year when it finally arrived in Sept. it was in pieces. I waited another month for a replacement. I ordered parts for a front axle repair and had parts missing in the parts packaging. And now the order besides having 2 different springs is still missing bolts and the brake order is missing s tubes when it asks you when ordering if you want flexible is steel lines. A pop up saying not available would help. You have no problem loading emails to my address I’m sure you can figure out how to let customers no when parts are not available for kits
