  I ordered tires and Eric C called me up to verify the tires and explain that two tires were at his warehouse and two other tires were at another warehouse. He explained that he wants to send all 4 at once so it may take up to 7 days longer to receive all 4 . I was fine with that . Awesome service !! Thanks again Eric !!

  Happy with delivery- ordered on Thursday, goods delivered on Monday. What was missing was not functional Follow up of the order - last info was second step .. goods pick up - no Transit, no Delivering. At 2 PM driver was front of our house, luckily I was at home. What if I wouldnt be home??

  Before ordering I contacted Capital Auto to determine shipping time as the part was needed ASAP. I was told "4-10 days for the warehouse/1-4 days for shipping. Using the average's, I of course was looking to have the item within 10 days. I ordered the item 18 Sept 25. Eleven days later I'd heard nothing so I contacted them. A response was quick to come advising that the item should arrive "their" location in 2 more days... and it did. That was 13 days for the warehouse. Item was shipped out to me that same day; and arrived my door 06 Oct 25. From order to arrival was 21 days, even using the extreme dates I was advised of, it was still 50% longer. I was disappointed.

  It was easy to search for winter rims to fit my Mini Countryman on the site - and I got personal attention from phone support when questioning what the difference was between the 2 options presented. I was advised which SKU to order and to trial fit before mounting tires. The wheels showed up within a few days and turns out they do fit on the car. Perfect.

  Site was easy to navigate, though I went to the webpage I needed directly from google search. I ordered a WIX 33617 fuel/water separator for my 1989 F250 7.3L IDI diesel. No product image was provided, but the specifications were good enough to ensure I was buying the right product. At time of writing I have not installed the part on the truck, but what was received was what I ordered/intended to order. Took three days for the order to be shipped after purchase, and then shipping went smoothly where I received it 5 days after the shipping notification.

  I ordered tires that it states they have them in stock took my money and then switched them to a different size somehow and when I sent a note stating that was not the size I ordered I did manage to stop that from shipping but I didn't get my money back and they still have it on there website , advertised that the tires I want are still available as of July 10/2025. I have never seen such a scam as take your money for something they don't have and say I'm not getting my money back. TDot Performance is an honourable business that doesn't keep ppl money if they don't have the stock when ordering online

  I received the part that I ordered but have not installed it yet. The customer service I received was prompt and polite. I would have preferred to have the extra shipping cost calculated at the time of purchase. The shipping company started good but quickly fell apart. The tracking did not work at all. Fortunately one of the shipping company's best employees, Lori Ann, knew exactly how to do her job and saved the day. Koodos to her. All is well that ends well. I would still recommend Capital Auto Parts. I gave only 4 stars due to the shipping issues. All ended well to date.

  Very reliable to get your order as soon as possible and customer service was so polite. From being way up Northern Quebec I need my tires either the same day or next morning for pick-up, other places were giving me delivery dates in 2-3days. I would definitely consider them for my next set.

  I am very happy with the product I received from Capital. It was exactly what I’ve been looking for! My shipment, however, experienced severe delays due to issues with the manufacture. Because of that, the shipment took several weeks longer to arrive. Where Capital shone was in their customer service throughout the shipping delays. I always felt heard and cared for, never passed over or forgotten. Capital stepped up to the plate and did what they could to make it right. Listen, not every purchase or shipment goes exactly to plan, that’s ok, the thing that sets one company over another is how they respond when things don’t go to plan. Capital rose to the occasion and resolved the issue very well. You can purchase these products almost anywhere…choose to make a purchase with a company that will treat you like a person when things don’t go to plan…choose Capital.

  Staff at capital auto parts are always very helpful and Brian always has the best interest in mind when it comes to helping you…he goes the extra mile to make sure you get the proper set of rims and tires without any hassle, I have bought 3 set of tires and 2 set of rims from them already and will keep buying from them…definitely recommend them if you are in the market for rims or tires

  Tires were as expected and delivery was quite fast. Saved about $25 a tire on trailer tires, over the Canadian tire price for the exact same tire. The other nice part, the tires were delivered to the house, the nearest CTC for me is about 20 minutes drive each way.

  Capital’s shipper is not up to the task! Like they’re out of 1995, they are not available evenings and weekends, their shipping status reports are simply icons without data (cartoons), they reported ‘DELIVERED’ 5 hours before the package was delivered. Capital deserves a better shipper, in fact, they cannot compete with NAPA, PartsAvatar and others without a change.

  The parts were initially expected to arrive on April 16. Then estimated arrival was moved to April 17. Today is April 18 and the shipping tracker stopped listing an expected date of arrival. Might be good to use locally in Ontario but shipping to BC appears to be unreliable if you need a part on time.
