  I received the part that I ordered but have not installed it yet. The customer service I received was prompt and polite. I would have preferred to have the extra shipping cost calculated at the time of purchase. The shipping company started good but quickly fell apart. The tracking did not work at all. Fortunately one of the shipping company's best employees, Lori Ann, knew exactly how to do her job and saved the day. Koodos to her. All is well that ends well. I would still recommend Capital Auto Parts. I gave only 4 stars due to the shipping issues. All ended well to date.

  Very reliable to get your order as soon as possible and customer service was so polite. From being way up Northern Quebec I need my tires either the same day or next morning for pick-up, other places were giving me delivery dates in 2-3days. I would definitely consider them for my next set.

  I am very happy with the product I received from Capital. It was exactly what I’ve been looking for! My shipment, however, experienced severe delays due to issues with the manufacture. Because of that, the shipment took several weeks longer to arrive. Where Capital shone was in their customer service throughout the shipping delays. I always felt heard and cared for, never passed over or forgotten. Capital stepped up to the plate and did what they could to make it right. Listen, not every purchase or shipment goes exactly to plan, that’s ok, the thing that sets one company over another is how they respond when things don’t go to plan. Capital rose to the occasion and resolved the issue very well. You can purchase these products almost anywhere…choose to make a purchase with a company that will treat you like a person when things don’t go to plan…choose Capital.

  Staff at capital auto parts are always very helpful and Brian always has the best interest in mind when it comes to helping you…he goes the extra mile to make sure you get the proper set of rims and tires without any hassle, I have bought 3 set of tires and 2 set of rims from them already and will keep buying from them…definitely recommend them if you are in the market for rims or tires

  Tires were as expected and delivery was quite fast. Saved about $25 a tire on trailer tires, over the Canadian tire price for the exact same tire. The other nice part, the tires were delivered to the house, the nearest CTC for me is about 20 minutes drive each way.

  Capital’s shipper is not up to the task! Like they’re out of 1995, they are not available evenings and weekends, their shipping status reports are simply icons without data (cartoons), they reported ‘DELIVERED’ 5 hours before the package was delivered. Capital deserves a better shipper, in fact, they cannot compete with NAPA, PartsAvatar and others without a change.

  The parts were initially expected to arrive on April 16. Then estimated arrival was moved to April 17. Today is April 18 and the shipping tracker stopped listing an expected date of arrival. Might be good to use locally in Ontario but shipping to BC appears to be unreliable if you need a part on time.

  Awesome service. I was looking for car parts. Found this site. Went in and started an order. Did not complete order as I needed to talk to a mechanic to clarify exactly the name of parts that was needed. I passed this concern to Capital Auto Parts and next morning I received a detailed itemized of what I needed including nuts and bolts. Can’t say enough about their help and EXCELLENT customer service. No hassle. No confusion. This is what I needed and all I had to do was order and pay. Items arrived on time. I would definitely recommend dealing with this business and it wi be my “go to site” for vehicle parts in the future. Thanks.

  Great site, clear and clean. Appreciate the offset being listed, other sites don’t until you click, wasted time. Price of my rims was great (though on sale), tires great price. Delivery was prompt. What kept from a 5 star was wrong lug nuts were delivered, emailed, got response, new ones were to be delivered. Got 2 invoices; one with a charge and one without one. Emailed for clarification and if they want the wrong ones back are they sending me a shipping code? Haven’t heard back in 2 days. That small hiccup will not prevent me from buying or recommending again. Thanks Julien and Capital

  Ordered new Vors gold shoes with Maxxis tires for my bmw e30 and while fitment could not be verified and the shipment was delayed all to no fault of their own, Capital responded to my inquiries and kept me informed along the way.   Everything good so far, I haven't installed the module yet as it's too cold here, hopefully it works well. Shipping was slower than I would have liked and was with a company I never heard of before. They never delivered to my home even though Amazon, ups etc. come here all the time! I had to drive to their place to get the piece, bit of a hassle. Aside from that I've bought from Capital before and will continue to do so in the future.

  I ordered 4 wheel rims around lunch time and scheduled the local Ottawa delivery for 3-4pm. They called to let me know it would be delayed to 4:30-5pm and I received it as scheduled outside my door. No issue with the tiny delay as it's already quite speedy! Thank you.

  Great customer service. I bought rims and took them to Costco for install. However the Costco technician told me they didn’t fit . I contacted capital auto parts both through phone and email and they were extremely helpful. Despite the busy holidays season I was kept up to date on the returns process. Last week shipping came directly to my home and picked the rims up and took care of the process. So far I’m very satisfied with the service and I would highly recommend anyone who needs auto parts to check them out. 10/10

  Order processing is slow compared to my other online purchase experience. Took 3 working days for my order (tire) to get shipped from warehouse. Picked up by courier the following day and now after 6 working days it is still "In Transit" to Ontario. I just hope my order has not been lost.

  Thanks for providing feedback about your experience with us. We received a notification that you were a little disappointed about the DOT Date. I wanted to share extra clarification on the DOT Dates. 2623 means the 26th week of 2023. When the tires are warehouses in temperature-controlled warehouses away from direct sunlight, as per Michelin 7 years outside = 1 year in a warehouse. Furthermore, since these tires are manufactured in Korea and more of a newer size they mix containers and it is near impossible for us to receive tires for almost 4 months after production. Anything for this size with a DOT Date of within a year is considered to be excellent. The age of these tires is 1 year and 4 months.
