  Really bad service. I've order tires which were "on stock" just to learn two days later they don't have it. After my question why it isn't available if it still "on stock" on the website they offered me different brand tires. I've accept that and next day I got black friday better price for those ones. I've sent email to sale person that I should get that lower price if I accept tires what shop wanted to sell not the one O originally ordered. I didn't get even any answer, of coirse. Those new tires weren't on stock again and shop waited to get it delivered and than sent it me. By the end of the day I finally get order (little different than I originally order) aftee two weeks. I do not recommend this sellee !!!

  We ordered wheels for our BMW and they came quickly, fit the car and look great. Capital auto parts was very efficient, no concerns and we liked that they followed up. I would highly recommend. We will definitely use them again in the future.

  Great company to deal with. Tried to buy tires for Black Friday but happened to be out of stock. Brian did his best to find alternate tires that were comparable and shipment came quick. Very pleased with the quality of tires and affordable as well.

  14% off Sale price shown on the website was not reflected at checkout. Apparently the sale had "ended" even though the sales price was still shown. This was disappointing at checkout. Otherwise the product quality and shipping process was great.

  Its been about a month since ordering and still have not received the wheels I ordered. They use canpar to ship which in my opinion is a vastly sub par courier. Tracking shows the wheels have been sitting in Winnipeg delayed by weather for a week. There is no weather to delay them so super frustrating as usual with canpar. Maybe if the wheels ever arrive I can update my review as to how they are...

  Wheels arrived, Replika 262. Well packaged, undamaged. Very nice, can't wait to mount my new winter tires on them on my 2025 Tundra. Price was good, delivery time decent for here in NL. Original wheels I wanted and ordered could not be supplied so after a little haggling and price matching they substituted these and they look real nice too. Staff were great and overall a satisfied customer

  I ordered 4 tires of one brand The. Was told a week later they were not available and would be substituted, no problem. Then at delivery time I only received 2/4 tires and now told they are stuck at some terminal of the shipping company. At the same time I ordered tires from another on line retailer and got them delivered a week later and no issues. Still waiting for my tires and have already booked a time with an installer that I will now have to cancel. Not happy!

  Fantastic, what else can I say? Eric was great in that he called to inform me about details for my wheels that I otherwise wouldn’t have known about and the install would’ve gone horribly wrong. He also helped me get the correct TPMS sensors and had them preprogrammed for my truck!

  I bought my tires on Monday and they shipped them on Wednesday. I received them on Friday, so I consider that a good delivery time. However, the delivery company they used, Nationex, was truly awful. They left my tires in the lobby of my apartment building without notifying me. They could have easily been stolen. Following this, I also wrote to the company that sold me the tires, but they never replied to my message.

  I ordered tires and Eric C called me up to verify the tires and explain that two tires were at his warehouse and two other tires were at another warehouse. He explained that he wants to send all 4 at once so it may take up to 7 days longer to receive all 4 . I was fine with that . Awesome service !! Thanks again Eric !!

  Happy with delivery- ordered on Thursday, goods delivered on Monday. What was missing was not functional Follow up of the order - last info was second step .. goods pick up - no Transit, no Delivering. At 2 PM driver was front of our house, luckily I was at home. What if I wouldnt be home??

  Before ordering I contacted Capital Auto to determine shipping time as the part was needed ASAP. I was told "4-10 days for the warehouse/1-4 days for shipping. Using the average's, I of course was looking to have the item within 10 days. I ordered the item 18 Sept 25. Eleven days later I'd heard nothing so I contacted them. A response was quick to come advising that the item should arrive "their" location in 2 more days... and it did. That was 13 days for the warehouse. Item was shipped out to me that same day; and arrived my door 06 Oct 25. From order to arrival was 21 days, even using the extreme dates I was advised of, it was still 50% longer. I was disappointed.
