Verified reviewI've been involved in an extensive Jeep restoration for the last couple years and have utilized Kaiser Willys not only as a parts source but also as a tech reference. I am not very faithful in completing these surveys, but at times find myself compelled to do so for both favorable and unfavorable experiences. I have yet to encounter anything disappointing from Kaiser Willys. I've had many parts orders and I find the website easy to navigate and very clear in identifying the part I need and even customer comments with that part which often answers questions that I could have asked. I even find myself scrolling through parts illustrations for things I may have missed. The website is very well done. There have been occasions when an email or even a phone call is required. I've been very satisfied with both and those who I have communicated with were very helpful and knowledgable. Considering all the automation these days and the frustration of never being able to reach anyone for questions or help, it's very satisfying being helped in the manner we all once experienced. The third thing that I've been impressed with is the prompt service and regularity of all the ordering and shipping issues. I have never experienced anything disappointing or inconsistent with my orders and their accuracy. I recently ordered a complete exhaust system with it's components formed and fitted ready to go. I honestly was skeptical that such an order shipped clear across this country without issue could even be done. That four piece part was well packaged and shipped, even arriving a day early. In addition, the parts were so well formed and designed that it was one the easiest installs I've done. So when I become compelled to complete a survey such as this, it's because I am very satisfied and even impressed with Kaiser Willys and those behind the scenes who clearly know how to make the process work. Hats-off to those people and thank you for getting it right. I will continue with my restoration and will happily recommend Kaiser Willys to others.

Verified reviewKaiser is doing its best to supply the items I ordered. Items being on backorder are out of their control, however disappointed I am. Ive called twice regarding the delivery date, and they are always straight forward
