    The 4 wheeler came in a timely manner and nice. Fired right up after assembly. As far as the assembly process, it was a little time consuming due to how poor the instructions where. I literally had to guess as to where most of the components went or how they bolted together

    Nice bike for price, but never received any response to my email after I got my order. Issue with decals on the bike, brake caliper installed incorrectly and throttle stuck. Able to fix the two issues, but the decal piece is very disappointing. Looks like print issue or wrong side fairings sent. We sent pictures in the email to Customer Service and never heard anything.

    Shipping was fast, the dirt bike and 4 wheeler are both great. I would give 5 stars but they didn’t even tell me when either shipped. Not a huge problem but would’ve been nice to know. Either way, I just ordered our 3rd bike from them and as long as they keep showing up quick and running great, I will continue to order from Motobuys!

    Bad decision! I received the motorcycle ok. Had a problem with the motorcycle, idling and running at low speed. Took the motorcycle to the shop and they told me that it was vapor locking and had a bad carburetor. So I contacted Charlie at Motobuys , the service technician. He reported he was going to send me another carburetor, which I never got! But after paying for a mechanic to get the motorcycle running good and idling good $400 later it’s not bad.

    I ordered a Taurus 200U. I paid for a windshield that didn't come w/ the unit. By that time of the year, itbwas unbearable to drive w/o the windshield in Illinois. A week & a half later the windshield showed up, then I realized the cart died after driving about 20 minutes & wouldn't restart until it cooled down. I called tech support & gave him the code the dash was flashing. He said it was a crank sensor code & said to unplug the battery to reset everything. The crank sensor that arrived a week later isn't the right one for my unit & not I can't get an email response & the phone line keeps kicking my call to voicemail. I have $8k in a brand new unit that I can't drive for more than 15 minutes. I'm very unhappy & regretting the purchase.

    Purchasing the dirt bikes was easy they came quickly and on time. As far as the actual dirt bikes go, they have been nothing but problems from day one. The front shock was leaking on one of the bikes, the throttle was stuck open on the carburetor and now one of them will not work at all, it gets no spark. We have attempted to contact customer service multiple times, and have never heard back. Also parts are almost impossible to find even if you do figure out what the problem is. Would absolutely not recommend, and would never do business with again.

    The Jeep I ordered came in on time. The pallet was damaged. The cardboard was damaged, when I opened I noticed damage to the body, some minor. When I went into reverse, it wouldn’t shift back into neutral. I emailed the company about my problem. No response. My son looked into it. The shifting arm was in upside down and the lever it was connected to was also on wrong. It does shift now , but makes a unusual grinding noise when shifting to 2nd and 3rd.

    The product purchase was fairly easy and straight forward. Communication with MotoBuys was decent during the purchasing process. But as soon as we received our purchase we realized it had some damage. After letting their service department know the steering wheel was drilled wrong and had to be installed incorrectly, they felt it appropriate to send a can of spray paint and some random nuts and bolts. There were over 30 deep scratches and gouges on the frame, which they received pictures of in many follow up emails. We never heard from anyone at MotoBuys after we informed them of all the issues. We Would NOT recommend using this website unless you have the knowledge to touch up scratches and gouges yourself. Do not expect timely responses if any at all from any of the staff.

    Hello, After reviewing all images and emails, it seems like you had some very minor scratches which is the reason for providing the paint. There were no pictures of gauges included. Also, we did notice that you needed new sticker, which I also see was included in your Parts Request Order. Lastly, we suggest removing the screws from the steering wheel, line up the holes, and then screw in the screws.     The fact that it took me making a poor review for your company to get a timely response is disappointing. Further more the new sticker replacement was appreciated, along with the spray paint that we have to use to fix the multitude of issues that came on the frame. That being said we were led to believe that we were purchasing a brand new unit, and were dissatisfied with the condition it was shipped in. Which your company was notified about immediately, which was met with a tremendous amount of silence after we received the spray paint. As for the steering wheel, removing the screws and lining them up, will not work. Ken in tech support has already received an email with attached pictures of the steering wheel screw holes being drilled incorrectly. That being said, he either never saw the email or didn't care that a vital part of the machine we bought from MotoBuys was defective. Not once did I receive any correspondence back about these issues once the spray paint and sticker were mailed.

    Hello, You did receive a new unit. Your unit having Shipping Damage does not mean it's a used vehicle. Yes, the spray paint would fix the scratches that were on the roll cage/frame due to shipping damage. I spoke with our Tech Support, and he advised that the steering wheel was not being assembled correctly. Based off the pictures you provided, we noticed that you were lining up the screws 1 by 1and tried to screw them in, however, this method will not line up the holes. For this reason, I advised that you line up the holes first, put the screws in to hold the place of the holes once lined up, and then proceed with tightening the screws. If you are still unable to install the steering wheel, please send a video to customercare@motobuys.com, showing your attempt to install the steering wheel so we may assist further.     Everything was perfect! Up until it came down to getting it licensed. I was able to reach someone regarding my title and they said to call if the licensing department gave me any trouble. Well they needed an MSRP so I tried calling... and tried calling... and tried calling! They must have taken a month off cause I never was able to get ahold of them. I tried email and never got a reply. The licensing office finally put the amount I paid as the msrp which was awesome and things worked out. All in all my experience was good and I am definitely buying a dirt bike for my kids soon from Motobuys!

    I bought my very first motorcycle, Trailmaster TM38, from this company as a childhood dream of mine. From the day I received the bike it came with a few problems as I have listed to customer service via email. The kickstart does not work, the headlight blows the main fuse when I start it if it’s on, the kickstart rubs against the body and scratched off the paint. Since the first startup it does not start up right away. A part from the suspension fork did not fit. The battery has died on me quickly. Now my bike does not start and it’s brand new. I am very disappointed with what I received and I never got a reply back from customer service via email. I work Monday- Saturday and most of my shifts are 12hrs+ so I am best contacted through email. Customer service told me they would send my problems with pictures I have sent to a technician and I never heard back and I sent another email asking what happened and I still did not receive an answer. I work a lot of hours and would have loved being able to spend my free time using my bike but now I have a motorcycle that sits and does not run. The very few times I have used it have been fun but it only turns on at random times. I was interested in buying a go kart or quad from this company but after having this brand new bike that is not reliable at all has made me lose interest. I am doing payments on a motorcycle I can not use. At this point I want a full refund or exchange, at least a proper response with proper action. I am moving to a new job soon that will give me more free time so I am in hopes to hear back from the company soon.

    I bought the apollo blazer 9 for my son. I was very reluctant about buying a Chinese bike but i didn't want to spend 4500 for my sons first atv. We have had it for about 3 months now and this thing is awesome. He rides every day, and i mean every day with no problems. It was a great buying experience. I called motobuys to ask some questions about the difference models i was looking at. They answered all of them. I purchased right over the phone with my credit card. They said expect 10 days for delivery and it was at my door step in 5. I would recommend motobuys to anyone looking for a atv or motorcycle.     I attempted to contact them with several issues about my moped, for several weeks. I called several times per day, emailed them and used the chat. I received no responses, this have been going on for 2 months. I’m one day I was able to talk to “Charlie” he promised me that someone was calling me the next day at 11 am their time 1pm my time. Of course nobody did, I continued to called… no response. Two months later somebody called Kent called (once) when I was with patient and I couldn’t pick up, he sent an email letting me know he called back. I kept calling back and nothing! The issue of none of the gauge working and the shipping was never resolved. I regret doing business with them. It is frankly the worse customer service ever and I advise anybody to shop elsewhere! They don’t take your business seriously and it is too obvious!

    I bought a street version on the TM250 the TM 31X and was sent a bill of sale that stated in BOLD lettering that this bike is for off road use only. Why sell a dirt bike with a high/low beam headlight, tail light over the license plate holder, brake light, 2 mirrors and turn signals. 161 Powersports sends out the correct title. Buy from 161 Powersports. I even called to ask them to reissue a new title. They acted like I was troubling them. Not happy.

    I purchased 2 Trailmaster MB200 Mini Bikes for my grandsons aged 15 and 11. Ordering was easy and delivery was right on time. You do have to unpackage them and put a few things together but it was easy. I actually followed the directions. The Boys loved them and immediately rode them with no problems. It has since been a few weeks and they can't wait to get home and ride some more. They seem very well built. I would only recommend non-ethynyl gas.

    Delivery was right on time. Customer support was excellent. There was a disconnect between the shipping agent and Motobuys in the shipping address. I was happy to see that Motobuys provided the shipper information and I was able to check on my order and provide the correct information. Although it was unfortunate that the shipping company still transposed the address a second time, the delivery company was able to call me once they realized there was no such address and all turned out well.

    I waited the longest for my trailmaster mb 200-2. I'm from Alaska, it had to travel to get to me, but the wait was worth it! I use mine on a 25 mile long gravel road on rolling hills. This little bike can hit 40 mph going down hill! Wow! And I'm going up to 34 mph on level ground! Great bike! Glad I got it, hope to keep it for years. I'm riding it stock, no modifications to it.

    I bought 150cc scooter and had a choice of red or blue was hoping to get the blue one and that’s is exactly what I got it came fully assembled no damages excellent condition customer service was a great help and helped me with all questions I had and told me what to do to get my bike registered And the titles came before the expected time free helmet and gloves and lock all at the same time thank you motobuys.Scooter rides excellent it’s pretty darn fast I must say thank you guys

    There after the sale customer service and support is NON EXISTENT. After many times of trying to contact and speak to an actual human and not voice mail, I decided to purchase accessories and parts at a different dealer. Had I known this they would not have been the business that I would purchase from. Other dealers are quick to answer and ship what is needed.

    It’s was difficult to get someone to answer the phone to check the order. The go kart arrived on time but was scratched up and had a small dent in it. Packaging was insufficient to protect the product during shipment. I didn’t refuse it because I didn’t think a replacement would be any better. Should send some touch up paint.

    Ordered the golf cart (200). Took a week longer to get here than exspected, but the customer service was excellent. Communicated with me thru the process. I assembled myself in an hour. Easy to follow instructions. Seatbelt was a chore to figure out how to route behind the seat seat. Other than that, easy. Only two things negative thing I have: Shipper arrived with Tommy lift. Without my pallet forks on my tractor, couldn’t have got it off. And from my purchase, no manual. I personally feel it should have an owners manual. The ones on line are close. But not correct. I give 5 stars because Was truest pleased with my purchase, communication & customer service. Best of luck to the folks at Motobuy’s. Bill V.

    It was good although company never did respond to my review that motorcycle did have a 6 inch scratch on front right fork, were missing rear top shock nuts not supplied, Bike MOT came written with wrong purchaser name which caused trouble when titled. Regards

    Dont order the fast delivery way because you pay the extra money for fast delivery and it doesnt come any faster.Unless you do like I did and go 2 hours away and get it from the ups shipping site to get it a day earlier.
