Everything was perfect! Up until it came down to getting it licensed. I was able to reach someone regarding my title and they said to call if the licensing department gave me any trouble. Well they needed an MSRP so I tried calling... and tried calling... and tried calling! They must have taken a month off cause I never was able to get ahold of them. I tried email and never got a reply. The licensing office finally put the amount I paid as the msrp which was awesome and things worked out. All in all my experience was good and I am definitely buying a dirt bike for my kids soon from Motobuys!

One of the lug nuts was used before. Amd was stripped out when I received it with the jeep. One tire is egg shaped. Amd the chain gard was broke. I welded it. Other than that. I love it.

This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had, received it not working from day one to get it to start had to being it to the shop,4 days later would not start BATTERY FAILEDHAD TO REPLACE THAT , 4 DAYS AFTER THAT WOULD NOT START GOT IT TO SHOP AGAIN AND THEY DETERMINED IGNITION KEY STARTER FAILED ORDERD AND INSTALLED THAT , KNOW IM IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS BRAKES FAILED NEED NEW BRAKE CALPOR, I SENT MANY EMAILS TO MOOTBUY AND MANY PHONE CALLS ,NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS OR EMAIL, I HAVE SPENT $ 2700 ON A PEICE OF JUNK AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM MOTOBUYS AS THEY ONLY CONTACT YOU IF YOU ARE BUYING ,BUYER BEWARE , I SHOULD HAVE WAITED AND BOUGHT FROM A REAL COMPANY LIKE AMAZON AND THEY HAVE EM FRO $1,999

I bought my very first motorcycle, Trailmaster TM38, from this company as a childhood dream of mine. From the day I received the bike it came with a few problems as I have listed to customer service via email. The kickstart does not work, the headlight blows the main fuse when I start it if it’s on, the kickstart rubs against the body and scratched off the paint. Since the first startup it does not start up right away. A part from the suspension fork did not fit. The battery has died on me quickly. Now my bike does not start and it’s brand new. I am very disappointed with what I received and I never got a reply back from customer service via email. I work Monday- Saturday and most of my shifts are 12hrs so I am best contacted through email. Customer service told me they would send my problems with pictures I have sent to a technician and I never heard back and I sent another email asking what happened and I still did not receive an answer. I work a lot of hours and would have loved being able to spend my free time using my bike but now I have a motorcycle that sits and does not run. The very few times I have used it have been fun but it only turns on at random times. I was interested in buying a go kart or quad from this company but after having this brand new bike that is not reliable at all has made me lose interest. I am doing payments on a motorcycle I can not use. At this point I want a full refund or exchange, at least a proper response with proper action. I am moving to a new job soon that will give me more free time so I am in hopes to hear back from the company soon.

I would give 5 stars; however the front brake caliper is poorly made and will not bolt on due misalignment of the bolt holes. I have submitted multiple warranty requests to send new caliper with no response. Very poor customer service, beware

I bought the apollo blazer 9 for my son. I was very reluctant about buying a Chinese bike but i didn't want to spend 4500 for my sons first atv. We have had it for about 3 months now and this thing is awesome. He rides every day, and i mean every day with no problems. It was a great buying experience. I called motobuys to ask some questions about the difference models i was looking at. They answered all of them. I purchased right over the phone with my credit card. They said expect 10 days for delivery and it was at my door step in 5. I would recommend motobuys to anyone looking for a atv or motorcycle. When I get ready for the next size, I will be calling motobuys.

I attempted to contact them with several issues about my moped, for several weeks. I called several times per day, emailed them and used the chat. I received no responses, this have been going on for 2 months. I’m one day I was able to talk to “Charlie” he promised me that someone was calling me the next day at 11 am their time 1pm my time. Of course nobody did, I continued to called… no response. Two months later somebody called Kent called (once) when I was with patient and I couldn’t pick up, he sent an email letting me know he called back. I kept calling back and nothing! The issue of none of the gauge working and the shipping was never resolved. I regret doing business with them. It is frankly the worse customer service ever and I advise anybody to shop elsewhere! They don’t take your business seriously and it is too obvious!

I bought a street version on the TM250 the TM 31X and was sent a bill of sale that stated in BOLD lettering that this bike is for off road use only. Why sell a dirt bike with a high/low beam headlight, tail light over the license plate holder, brake light, 2 mirrors and turn signals. 161 Powersports sends out the correct title. Buy from 161 Powersports. I even called to ask them to reissue a new title. They acted like I was troubling them. Not happy.

My experience buying from Motobuys was excellent. I conducted my purchase entirely on the website after I had researched what I wanted to buy. The 2 mini bikes I ordered arrived in just a few days and the assembly has not been difficult. I cannot comment on their support or anything else at this time as I haven’t needed to use it.

Motobuys made the experience a great one! The Trailmaster MB200 exceeded expectations on ease of build, price point, and riding capability. The rear shocks and disk breaks are huge wins over other minibikes and buying from Motobuys.com means that the experience from selection to shipping is top notch. I would definitely buy again from this dealer! Everyone should have the excitement, adventure and reward of owning a Trailmaster MB200. You should get yours today from Motobuys.com. I felt like a deserved mine. And so should you. Do it right away!!! Come next year we'll probably hope to buy a second Trailmaster MB200. For now, I've had the pleasure of owning and riding hands down the best minibike on the market!!

My order is still in crate u sent. I have not had time to uncrate it, but looks like everything is ok and not damaged. I bought one of the same go carts from a different company in August of this year, it was damaged in shipping and I still haven’t received replacement of damaged parts.

Absolutely love my Rukus !! Only thing is I was hoping for a better throttle response. I only purchased the 50cc but it seems slow to start out. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it ! Quality and design are absolutely awesome !!

It did arrive with some body damage sustained in shipping but Motobuys sent out the replacement part immediately and I had that in a couple of days. Carlos called and made sure everything worked as it should. Would highly recommend.

I purchased 2 Trailmaster MB200 Mini Bikes for my grandsons aged 15 and 11. Ordering was easy and delivery was right on time. You do have to unpackage them and put a few things together but it was easy. I actually followed the directions. The Boys loved them and immediately rode them with no problems. It has since been a few weeks and they can't wait to get home and ride some more. They seem very well built. I would only recommend non-ethynyl gas.

Motobuys has a great customer support team that really took care of me when my first Trailmaster MB200 showed up damaged from shipping. Ordered 2 for the kids and 1 for the adults. They are fun. One of the kid go carts didn’t start, technical issue found to be the wiring to battery was installed backwards. Called tech support and he was attempting to be helpful, but didn’t point us in the right direction. Thank goodness my husband figured it out!

I waited the longest for my trailmaster mb 200-2. I'm from Alaska, it had to travel to get to me, but the wait was worth it! I use mine on a 25 mile long gravel road on rolling hills. This little bike can hit 40 mph going down hill! Wow! And I'm going up to 34 mph on level ground! Great bike! Glad I got it, hope to keep it for years. I'm riding it stock, no modifications to it.

Delivery was right on time. Customer support was excellent. There was a disconnect between the shipping agent and Motobuys in the shipping address. I was happy to see that Motobuys provided the shipper information and I was able to check on my order and provide the correct information. Although it was unfortunate that the shipping company still transposed the address a second time, the delivery company was able to call me once they realized there was no such address and all turned out well.

The Apollo DBx-16 came in good condition except my handlebars wouldn’t sit flush in the clamps. Most likely a manufacturer issue. Good bike for the price. No issues so far.
