    I purchased a set of 4 tires through Walmart, fulfilled by Rzev but only 2 tires showed up. I had to call customer service to Walmart and they contacted RZEV. Rzev, then fulfilled the remaining 2 tires, because they apparently had listed it wrong.

    Oh, that's right! I put the shocks in 2 days ago and my Model Y is a lot smoother now. Shipping took around 5 days but they arrived in good condition. The install was not straightforward and there were practically no instructions except for the torque for the tophat to piston nut. And there was no dust boot foot. The original one from tesla shocks will not fit over the Teins. And as Tein recommended not using bumpstops, the dust boot will not stay up in the tophat. To remedy this problem, I glued the boot to the tophat and zip tied the lower part of the dustboot to the top section of the shock.

    I order a hood protecter/bug deflector, just the way it shows on the internet for the prize of $88.99 plus shipping and tax for the total of $111.41. When I received the item it turns out to be a hood protector. I text the seller and asked for a return, their advice was two choices and nothing else, I chose the 2nd choice to pay 15% for restocking fee and pay for the return the return amount was $38.00. I sent the item back to the address that it came from, I get an email from the seller telling me that I sent the item to the wrong address and it will be an additional $37 to send it to their warehouse. All this for an item that was the wrong item that was sent to me to begin with, they claim that I order a hood protector, That item does nothing other than to protect the front of the hood it fits flat at the front of the hood, it's useless. They can shove it up where the sun don't shine. This is one company that I will not be ordering from ever.

    Cirilo, I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. I do wish to take this opportunity to clear up some information. To note, the part that you ordered was labeled on our site as a hood visor/protector (AVS Aeroskin Hood Protector/Deflector). We do not state anywhere on there that it is a bug deflector in any way. In your initial email, this was your main concern; that it was not a bug deflector. When you reached out to us, we immediately began the return process. We sent you the email asking the return option you wished to select. However, you never replied to this. In the normal process, you would simply reply to the email to confirm which option you wish to select and we would have provided the RMA number, address, and any other details that may be needed. However, instead, your returned it to the address on the label. This address is our main office location, which we do specify is not where returns can be made to. In the returned product, you also included a note on which option you wanted to select. This should have been included in an email reply, which would have proceeded to the final steps of the return. Due to this being sent back without the RMA number and to the incorrect address, we took the next step to forward it to the correct location as a courtesy and deducted the shipping costs from the overall refund. Please note most other companies would have just refused the item. If you would have followed the normal returns procedure, the refund amount would have been more and the overall process would have been much faster. We understand that this can be frustrating, but we can assure you that everything would have gone smoothly if you would had simply replied to our email.     The shocks tein endurapro plus tesla model 3 long range has changed my ride for the better. It’s life changing. It’s smooth like butter, I highly recommend for 2018 to 2023 on model y or 3. Support was great to respond and address any concerns I may have. I wish they would list this product for tm3 long range as a direct fit because it fits perfectly.

    Hopefully your able to update your website I was looking to order a set of tein endura plus for my friend he wanted to know the price. It’s only showing up for newer and performance model 3 & y not 2018 model and up. It’s a direct fitment hopefully one day you’ll be able to update .

    Shocks for Tesla Model Y arrived quickly, well-packaged and in excellent condition. There is one thing that could make this five-star experience even better: Tesla recommends that some of the nylock nuts be replaced when servicing shocks. It would be a nice gesture to include replacements for these nylocks with your shock kit. This would be an inexpensive way to maximise the reliability and safety of the install for your customers.

    The shipping was unexpectedly fast at first I got nervous because it had been 1 1/2 business days and I didn’t get a shipped notification but then when I got home the same 2nd day my springs were there. Overall 10/10 on the service I am satisfied

Since all parts are shipped exactly as the manufacturer sent them, we cannot open them to inspect every product. We trust that the manufacturer sent out the product free of defects and in working order. However, defects, damages, or other issues can occur during transit, transportation, or handling. For this reason, the parts are covered under warranty and insurance to cover any potential damages. However, due to how the manufacturer is setup, they request that issues with defective or faulty products be directed directly to them. This ensure that it is troubleshooted properly by their experienced techs and if something is damaged, a replacement is sent directly from their warehouses. This ensure that it arrives exactly as they send them out. We understand that this can be frustrating. But we do everything within our power to ensure that parts are safely transported and will be fully covered if anything does occur. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.     Slow shipping and slow response. Nobody had definite answers because they don’t keep items in stock. They are a middle man. Buy directly from the manufacturers.

We have warehouses where we stock parts and can get parts directly from the manufacturers as well. Unfortunately, not all parts can be stocked at our warehouses or if we run out of stock, we we have order them directly. On your order, we did had to order it directly as it was not in stock with us. Thought we do work as close as possible with the manufacturers, some may be slower to ship or provide us proper updates. We make sure to also keep our customers updated and have been providing you with updates regarding the order. We understand that delays can be frustrating.     They mailed the wrong part and are slow on fixing the problem. Telling me they have to talk to the manufacturer when they can clearly see from the pictures that it is the wrong part. I want my part returned and they are trying to delay. I bought the part from them not the manufacturer.

    Leon, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I looked into your order and want to simply go over some details. We were notified of the issue on 12/5, when you reported there was a problem with the springs. We requested images to show the issue and have something to present to the manufacturer. Once we received the images on 12/6, we made sure that the images were sent to the manufacturer and the return/exchange process was started. When the manufacturer confirmed that these were missboxed on their end, they offered to send replacements or issue a full refund. By 12/7, the process was fully completed with you requesting a full refund. This was all completed within 2 business days total, with a full refund being processed through as well. Though we understand the frustrations with situations like this, we work hard to ensure all parties are well informed and taken care of. We made sure this was prioritized as well due to clear evidence that the manufacturer missboxed this set. I hope this helps better understand the situation.
