They way you can review the gems in high definition images and in real 360 degrees motion as well as videos for them gems is amazing .and once I have received the order from them it matched exactly what I viewed on their website.

Verified reviewMy ring is absolutely beautiful! It's a platinum channel set with alternating princess cut diamonds and sapphires, and it sparkles like crazy! Too bad this site doesn't allow me to upload a photograph, because this ring is a sight to behold! I definitely recommend The Natural Sapphire Company for beautiful jewelry!

Verified reviewStones are stones, so the difference is in the service and extras. The Natural [Stone] Companies include detailed documentation and provenance that I love to have with each stone. I've never had a problem communicating with them, which is another big plus. I've done business with them before this purchase and will will continue.

She was help us understand the differences between the stones and helped us navigate the myriad of setting options. We never expected the necklace to arrive in time for Christmas, but Katherine was able to expedite the order. Verified reviewWould give 10 stars if possible. Flawless and fun experience from start to finish. I bought a 2 carat Padparadscha sapphire and the stone is absolutely stunning. The setting is lovely and shows it to perfection. Yes, it is expensive, but you are buying precious gemstones, so that is to be expected. I scoured the internet and you will not find better selection, service, quality, or value anywhere else. Lauren was responsive, enthusiastic, and patient with my (many) requests for extra photos, videos, etc. she also gave me her honest assessment about how the stone looked in person, which turned out to be 100 percent accurate and which I truly appreciate.

We came in two times to look at pink sapphires until we found one that was perfect for us. I really appreciated her sending over videos and photos of sapphires in between appointments. We went with a setting from The Natural Sapphire Company as well and it turned out great, it's my dream engagement ring! The CAD looks exactly how my ring looks in real life. The Natural Sapphire Company has such a great selection of sapphires for any piece of jewelry and working with Katherine made it so easy to navigate finding my perfect engagement ring without feeling pressured. Lauren was great to work with, very responsive to my questions and able to provide additional videos of the sapphire I was interested in as I live on the West Coast.
